I was referred here because of 2 teeth I needed extracting. I just had them done and Dr Jones took care of another nerve that was exposed at the same time. It was super fast and rates are EXTREMELY reasonable. They have a customer forever. The entire staff is awesome and pleasant to deal with. Do not go anywhere else for your dental needs.

During the shutdown/pandemic in NYC Ive had a dental issue that Ive pushed aside up until now ...it became unbearable, got in the way of my day to day and how I functioned. I found Battery Park Dental Group because I was in pain and couldnt wait for when my local spots in Brooklyn to have openings, I had to leave work immediately to be seen and it was a blessing. The team was able to attend to my emergency right away and I was able to return to work the same day, the next day we finished the procedure and I am feeling better by the minute. I have to commend Battery Park Dental on their hospitality, professionalism and cleanliness during a pandemic I felt safe and will be returning again!

Battery Park Dental Group has a super friendly and professional environment. Every staff member that Ive interacted with has been caring and respectful. I was worried about going to the dentist considering everything happening with COVID, but everything is done with with a lot of precaution. They also offer a lot of services so no need to travel to other offices for different procedures. I cant say enough good things about this group!

Battery Park Dental Group is a great place for your dental requirements. My entire family have our dental needs taken care of as they also offer pediatric dentistry in addition to requirements for adults. All the doctors and office staff have been great and very well qualified in their individual fields. They have also been very flexible with us for our appointments. They accepted our insurance so that was a plus. I fully recommend them.

Battery park dental group is awsome, all the crew are super nice and professional. I don’t know all their names but they all were great. I was there for hours fixing my cavities with Dr Maddie. She is so fast and detail oriented at the same times. She did all the work painless. Most dentists want to make you do extra work so they can charge your insurance but she didn’t about anything but fixing my teeth and saving me money too. Definitely recommend this place, especially doctor Maddie.

I had a very bad experience with this dentistry, to say the least. I went there for a simple annual check-up and I ended up being told that I needed to do a number of interventions (fillings, deep cleaning etc) and cosmetic changes that I didnt even ask for. All of this for a total of more than 5000$ out of pocket. They mentioned several time that I needed to do these things and take advantage on the money I still have on my insurance before the end of the year.I was really upset after this visit and consulted two other dentists who actually said that there was nothing wrong with my teeth and I didnt need to do anything. Meanwhile, Battery Park Dental Group kept calling me to make an appointment for to go through the interventions that according to them I really needed. I felt like I was talking to salespeople, trying to sell me as many intervention as they could rather than doctors actually caring about my dental health.I dont recommend this place, I used to trust doctors but after this experience I am much more careful about their diagnostics.

This people are very professional and know how to work with customers. I do appreciate when professionals truly care how they perform. Thats why I am willing to fly here from sunny Florida to get my smile beautiful and healthy. Dr. Jovanka is absolutely amazing, she very honest and open, love her! Oksana deserves a special thanks for being able squeeze me in during emergencies. It doesnt feel like you are in the dental office, atmosphere is lovely, warm and cozy.

Today I took my 2 1/2 year old son to his first dentist appointment and was not sure what to expect, being a first time parent I wasnt sure what to do...Then Jacqueline Zamani their pediatric dentist walked in. Wow! What a life saver. She was so friendly and gentile with him that he didnt even make one fuss.From the second she greeted us at the front area she instantly bonded with him by offering him stickers, toys and a movie to watch. She then proceeded to get this huge crocodile with beautiful teeth and sat him on my sons lap while he sat on mine. We both brushed the crocodile teeth and were both so happy and thrilled we were in Jacqueline presence. She then made him the star of the show by allowing him to select his toothpaste of flavor. She then started examining and cleaning his teeth and before you knew it we were done, not one tear, not one scream from the little guy. She was also nice enough to provide me some very helpful tips and recommendations on how to take care of my sons teeth.I knew from my past years coming here they would make this a special experience and they over exceeded my expectations. So thank you Battery park dental and a huge thank you to Jacqueline. We will both be back very soon.

Dr. Fabrikant and his team are truly amazing. I have been his patient for more than 4 years and would never switch. Im very picky when it comes to dental care. Both my husband and I have had extensive work done. Many fillings, never an issue. Dr. F saved my husbands tooth from a root canal. Both of the hygienists do their work with greatest care. Just wonderful, would recommend this office to everyone I know. Also they dont do extra work just to get money out of you which is rare these days.

Dr Jackie sees my two kids and is kind and thorough and has a professional (vs overly smiley) approach with them thats very effective - my kids cooperate with her and like going (even my anxious 3 year old). She gives sensible advice and is very thorough. She will call you back personally if necessary. The practice is run efficiently and takes insurance. Im so glad we found them!

Felicia my hygienist loves her job! She takes her time and is through! I have seen 3 different dentist and all were honest and verified my issues. The front desk verified insurance in advance which makes it less stressful. I also like the text reminders for appt. overall the staff is pleasant, jovial and professional.

Our family has been with Battery Park Dental Group for more than 4 years now. Dr Zivkovic, Dr Chau and Dr Fabrikant are top notch professionals. We did it all: several implants, root canals, extractions, crowns, fillings, night guards, cleaning - all their work is top quality. I had an unfortunate experience with the quality of work done by my previous dentist in New Jersey: several crowns and an implant lasted less than two years and literally fell apart. Dr Zivkovic and Dr Chau did a fantastic job: their professionalism and quality of materials are beyond comparison to what I had experienced previously. I only wish that I had found them earlier.Roxanne does an amazing job running the office - insurance, payments, last-minute urgent appointments or schedule changes - everything is seamless and with a warm smile.

Needed to get four wisdom teeth pulled, and could not have anticipated how easy it would have been. If I can say I feel lucky I wasnt in any more pain or discomfort then the dentist probably did their job pretty well. Everyone there is pretty competent. In addition to being professional everyone there is also extremely polite and caring. No one likes going to the dentist, but these guys at least make it as easy as possible for you.

It is super clean which means a lot to me.I and my kids have been patients of BPDG for few years so far. With my busy schedule this office stays on the top of dental schedule for me and my kids. One thing not to worry about for a busy mom :)Also I really like that one way of communicating with a patient is through texting. This is the most convenient and preferred way for me.My kids like to go there for check ups and other dental work as well. Pediatric dentists and pediatric specialists are great with little ones. BPDG has a nice play area for kids. My oldest one will need some ortho work done in near future, she only looks forward to it, she is absolutely not scared or intimidated.Our experience with BPDG was nothing but pleasant one. Fantastic experience! Dr Mahdiyeh treated me and I felt very comfortable working with her. Clearly, she is also very experienced, as I had some advanced dental work done with her.Invisalign - Dr Mahdiyeh was able to make a guesstimate of how long it would take to straighten my teeth. Given I had braces before, she was able to get everything done within 3 months (another dentist said that it would take longer) with minimal discomfort.Roxanne at reception is also a star. She was able to advise on best treatment options given my health insurance, and really went out of her way to make scheduling work (high degree of flexibility) and making me feel very well taken care of. They even shipped my retainers out to me when I went overseas! All in all, a definite five stars.

A while back i came here and they were able to remove 2 teeth from my mouth without pain killers and no pain. I attribute this to the skill of the doctor who removed the teeth from my mouth. I think they mightve used some numbing agent but still it was very skillful. I did not experience any pain following the procedure either.

I love this place!! Still in shock at my experience yesterday. I went in for a wisdom tooth consult expecting x-rays and a referral. Instead, I left half an hour later - without the tooth! The extraction took all of three minutes and I was able to go back to work immediately. I have had no pain or swelling. Even though I am nervous at doctors appointments, the staff were funny and reassuring and kept my nerves at bay. Highly recommend this group!!

Went in for a standard teeth cleaning,Lady could not figure out how to pickaround my permanent retainer and kept digging into my gums. She freaked out and stopped and said I need a deep cleaning: which ironically cost 250$ of of pocket even when have insurance. Seems like a huge scam. I did not want the deep cleaning just wanted her to polish my teeth. She refused. Ended up leaving and getting nothing done at all. It was a huge waste of time and would never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever recommend people to come to this dentist. STAY AWAY from this rip off.

Awesome. Helped me out in numerous ways and relieved a crazy toothache and did an emergency wisdom tooth extraction same morning. I went from excruciating pain to relief and can’t thank Dr. Riviera enough. Going back eventually for the rest of my wisdom teeth, a filling, and an eventual root canal cap. Trust me, you won’t regret your choice at BPDG.

I love Dr. Simon and everyone at Battery Park Dental. I had two old front veneers that I hated and needed to be replaced. Dr. Simon created the new veneers which match perfectly. We also whitened my teeth and raised the gum lines so all of my front teeth look bigger. I love the end result - such an improvement and it looks so natural!Im now working on Invisalign. I previously had 11 years of braces and orthodontics, but my teeth have shifted over the years and dont look the same as they should after all of those years of work. Dr. Simon recommended I do express Invisalign which would only take 10 weeks. So far so good and in 9 more weeks I will finally have the smile Ive always wanted. Thank you, Dr. Simon!I would highly recommend Dr. Simon and Battery Park Dental for all of your dental needs.

I went there for a teeth cleaning in Jan and was told that I needed fill-ins. I consulted with the front desk how much would it be, they told me it would be $30-$50 after insurance. Walked in on the day of... was advised that the actual cost is going to be $110...Since my first cleaning was fully covered, I was scheduled for another cleaning 3 months after and advised it would be covered as well. After misinforming me about my insurance coverage and was only told right before the cleaning that this time it would be $150 because insurance only covers every 6 months for cleaning... After advising them I wont be taking this service today, they said they will remind me in 6 months, to which I said no thanks... Im definitely looking for another dentist in the area that wont scam me by giving me last minute FYIs on the cost.

They have excellent dentists and assistance and you will feel like home! They are very professional and they care for your dental health. They treat us like a family.

I will not be coming back to Battery Park Dental for anything again after the way I was treated at my last appointment by Dr. Zivkovic. I have been coming here for 3 years and never once had we talked about Invisalign. The way she approached the topic was completely rude, inappropriate and disregarded any bedside manner. The first words out of her mouth when she entered the room was “Invisalign or retainers?” I had no idea where this was coming from after a perfectly fine cleaning with the hygienist. It was clear this was a sales pitch for an end of year promotion. I am so offended, upset, insecure, and hopefully no one has to feel the way I did leaving the office. Then they had the audacity to follow up with me via email to see if I was interested. This is purely cosmetic- if I was interested I would pursue Invisalign for myself. But again, it was strictly an end of year sales push.

Beware - I was told by Dr. Zivkovic that I had two early cavities in need of fillings. But I saw another dentist for a second opinion and was told that I didnt have ANY sign of cavities.Dr. Zivkovic was curt and used jargon, without taking the time to explain either the underlying condition or treatment options. Her receptionist commented on how I had thousands of dollars left on my insurance for the year and advised me to spend it.My experience at Battery Park Dental was terrible - the worst thing is to have a dental professional take advantage of a patients trust.

It is one of the worst dental places you can go. The office staff are very incompetent and do not know how to work with insurance companies. They have provided me with wrong information for months and misled me in multiple occasions. If you decide to go there, you should assume that you get almost no money from insurance and everything is paid out of your pocket which could be thousands of dollars for a single tooth.
