I had my first visit today and I truly feel the positive energy from the staff in the clinic. They are glad to help and happy that they can. Initial exams were pretty thorough, only lacking in what my memory fails to recall. Xrays were quick and precise and the wait wasnt too bad. Dr Suh makes you feel extremely comfortable, he gives you a lot of information and has great analogies to help you understand whats going on in your body. I received some really great results from my first visit alone. Dr. Suh found all my troubled spots without me having to say much! Although I do need follow up treatment, Dr. Suh provided so much relief in my back and I feel like so much pressure has been lifted! I can move my lower back freely again and the stiffness has gone away.

Dr Suh is the best Chiropractor that I know and had experience with. Been a Doctor myself I can say, that Dr. Suh is a real doctor. As a patient, you have to understand, that Chiropractor is a Doctor, not a physician but a doctor. Can’t say that about all chiropractors that I saw, but he is. You can trust Dr Suh to take care of your spine, even the neck, as a lot of people afraid to see chiropractor for their chronic neck pain. After my treatment plan finished, I stayed with him for maintenance adjustments. I brought my wife and my mom (another 2 doctors in my family) to address their issues. Even my pregnant sister-in-law was his patient. All of us were very satisfied with his treatment. Sometimes it takes a while just to get there from Brooklyn, but we made it. I wish Dr Suh a good health, have a more time with his family, and maybe open some kind of school for new chiropractors who don’t have an experience.

I’ve been to several chiropractors before; these guys are less rushed (though I wish that they actually did a head to toe adjustment at minimum once per week). They do not accept any insurance and are a bit pricey, but they do good work, and have an in-house X-ray too. Overall I’ll recommend them 100% even though the desk staff are a little hifalutin. Also I personally wish that my initial consultation was performed by the actual chiropractor not a receptionist. I felt robbed of an opportunity to properly explain myself in details; but they are a busy office, let’s see how I feel in a few months. My treatment is coming along nicely, I feel less pain and I’m beginning to walk taller and more upright.

Dr Suh is a miracle worker. He takes his own X-rays, so there is no confusion and no blaming the technician or reader for a lack of clarity. He explains clearly what he sees. He is efficient but thorough, friendly, kind, clear, and informative! He explains why he is doing what he is doing, which I find reassuring and interesting! Ive been to many doctors, both Eastern and Western. Dr Suh takes such a beautifully holistic approach to the body. He understands how intricate the relationships are among all the bodys systems and can fix things with no drugs, just an adjustment. He noticed that my hands were swollen, adjusted the vertebra, and has allowed my body to remedy the swelling. I was retaining so much water! My whole body feels lighter and healthier after one visit. I had lower back pain for so long and gave my hopes up when I found this guy on YouTube. I signed a contract for 6 months ... 3 months into my visits , I felt no better, in fact I felt worse. Sometimes the appointments were 5 mins long and felt so rushed. On top of that , the office ladies were very disrespectful to me . When I was 5 mins late, they would text me to hurry before they cancel. If you are more than 1 min late , they will be rude to you via text. Yes I understand you have a late policy but it don’t come off disrespectful. I would say “I’m 5 mins away” and they would say “hurry or we are going to have to reschedule”. They would lie and say they have other patients when I was 2 mins late one time and the place was empty. They not only were disrespectful, rushed sessions , I felt like I did not get my money’s worth because they didn’t fix any pain at all. In 3 months when I ended my contract cause they were not helping, I had to pay more money on top of that for ending it . I felt scammed and my time was wasted and I still have a back problem that they didn’t help me with.Chris @clop3z

I am absolutely amazed at what Dr. Suh was able to accomplish on my first visit! Fascinating is definitely an understatement!

First time I visited the office, there was a technical issue with an x-ray machine which made me wait for an hour and a half to see Dr. Suh. I understood Its an uncontrollable event, it could happen. However, when I saw the doctor, it seemed like he was still upset about what happened. He didn’t take much time to explain to me unlike when he explained to other patients on video clips. I just felt disappointed. $450 is a lot for me, so I expected to get better treatment.

I genuinely don’t think there are enough good words in the dictionary to explain my experience here. FOR YEARS I’ve had the worst back/neck pain and I’m only 25 years old. I have only been to one visit and have seen reduced swelling and a LARGE increase in my ability to move (even more important - without pain). I came all the way from NJ and the drive is completely worth it.

Dr. Suh never took the time to explain to me what was going on with my spine. He had an indifferent demeanor when I was being treated by him. It felt like a chore to ask him questions because he would give me vague answers. The appointments were rushed every time I went. I was asked to come in earlier several times on the day of my appointments. Very unprofessional. He was more interested in making money than working on patient retention. On top of that his costs are way higher than other Gonstead doctors.On the flip side, I did see results from going to him. I am in no way undermining his expertise in the field. I just don’t like the way he runs his practice.

Dr. Ryan Suh and his team at Specific Chiropractic are Awesome. I was diagnosed with a degenerative lower back condition and it was a couple of years since I could run and jog without pain. It took 2 sessions with Dr. Suh to get me to a point where I could start to build back my stamina and a running habit without pain. I could run again! Since being in treatment I have been able to engage with a personal trainer for strength training and am able to lift! If ever there is any discomfort I experience post workout, its something I can discuss with Dr. Suh and he attends to it.Dr. Suh is super supportive -- hes about getting you to live a full life, targets his treatment and is specific in advice.

I am really happy I found Dr. Martinez. He has a great, positive, calm manner and presence. When he checks in with you week to week I feel he really listens to how you are feeling before he makes adjustments that week. His adjustments are also really precise. He will take X-rays on your first visit that he uses as a guide, and before any adjustments he also uses another diagnostic tool along the spine each week. In addition, to your self report each week. Ive been sufering from left leg pain , for almost 3 years , enable to stand up and walk for more than 3 minutes due a terrible pain radiating to my left knee ,increasig parestesias in my lower left limb , I went to several specialists:orthos,neurologists,pain managements,PT sessions,a lots of test were performed, ER,and acordong to the diagnosis Drs told me I had a bad prognosis, I didnt know how to live and deal with my new condition ,I lost my job, I had to sold my house,I felt so miserable.Then I found Dr Shu ,and among all US chiropractors in you tube I liked the way he examines the patients ,diagnoses and solves even the bizarre cases.I travel from Florida looking for a hope and went to Dr Suh offices,he was very friendly ,affordable,professional, he paid attention to every detail, my health history ,my symptoms , the physical exam ,the X-rays,MRI,then he found the root of my problems giving me a new hope ,after the first adjustment I noticed improvement ,I was able to stand up straight and walk more stable and more time .In the second adjustment I was able to walk without crutches ,Im still getting appointments, but he is giving me my life back . Dr. Suh is amazing and his knowledge of the human body is truly impressive. I came to him with a lower back injury (deadlifting) I suffered 2 years ago that has been causing me pain and discomfort when performing actions as simple as bending over, sitting, and sleeping. After a through examination, Dr. Suh knew exactly what was going on in my body and one adjustment later, instant relief! He also addressed the issues I was having with my wrists, knees, groin and ankle; I felt so much better. Its crazy how the pain Ive had for years can be subsided within seconds. Only 4 stars, because I feel theres always room for improvement. The neck pillow is comfortable and aligns nicely in the small of my neck, enabling me to more easily relax. I havent got the most out of it yet, but as of now would definitely recommend it.

Dr. Suh is great! I came in with a facial tremor and in one visit he has improved it by almost 60 percent, which, having gone to multiple chiropractors/acupuncturists, is a blessing! Dr.Sur is highly recommended! His knowledge of body & nerve system is incredible and it helped me to understand how to approach my long suffering posture problem. At first visit he did x-lay ( He uses an old school x-lay machine with lower radiation which I thought very thoughtful.) and figured out the primary factor of my lower body discomfort which Ive been suffered with since I was little is from misalignment of one of lower back bones. I saw him repeatedly and felt great improvement of my posture.

I fell on my arm and hurt my shoulder. I Couldnt move it for 4 months. I was in so much pain. I went through depression because I felt disabled I couldnt do anything with my right arm. I usually don’t write reviews but had to write this one...Injured my lower back in the gym during a deadlift, I was in constant pain in my lower back and shooting pain in my legs. I been to the hospital, done physical therapy and saw a back specialist, all they gave me was pain killers. Pain killers stopped working for me after couple of weeks. I knew I don’t want to do back surgery which the back specialist recommended. I will keep this as short as possible. I have struggled with back issues for over 10 years. I am 29 and am a pretty active guy with a physically demanding job, and I am a workaholic. I flew in to see Dr Suh from overseas and can simply say it was all worth it. He gave me more than ample time to do my xrays and then diagnose me. I can say this because I have been to at least six different doctors and around eight difterent types of therapies and none helped. Dr Suh explained to me my problem and did his thing which has helped me quite a bit. I would say the amount he charges compared to the time he gives is more than adequate and I thank him for this. My wife has been in continuous pain for about over a year. Nothing has helped. We have seen pain specialists and other chiropractors. We saw a chiropractor before we went to Specific, because we needed to see one urgently, the pain was now becoming unbearable. The other chiropractor literally ripped us off. Dr. Suh is nothing short of a genius. Within a couple of minutes of examining her X-Rays and her back, he pin pointed her problem. After the first adjustment I could tell he was the solution to all of our problems. My wife’s smile was from ear to ear, and the sigh of relief was loud. Within one session he literally relieved her pain 50 percent. My wife went home that night and slept like a baby, she hadn’t in months. My first time seeing Dr. Suh was 2017 and from my first visit, I came out of there feeling good and he also helped with me with my knee that was not aligned and swollen, since he fix my knee, I havent had anymore pain or swelling. Now im back cause I have hip problems which makes it hard for me to walk or go up or downstairs. Now Im back and yesterday was my 4th visit to him, cause everytime he fix something, something else starts to hurt. Im trying to avoid hip surgery. I have to say last night I was able to sleep without pain and discomfort and today I was able to go down the stairs, still have problems coming up. I have been a patient of Dr. Suh for the past three years and he is as specific as a chiropractor can get in terms of pinpointing the condition and taking steps to help resolve the source of the pain. In the beginning, I started out seeking treatment from him once a week for about half a year to fix my foundation, as the foundation of my spine was affecting the rest of my upper spine/neck. After he stabilized it, he later reduced my treatment by recommending me to only come in twice a month since my foundation was improved. I now have minimal pain (depending on my posture and how long I am sitting at my desk each day) and currently see him for general maintenance. He is always respectful, and responds very quickly to calls/emails/texts if I have any concerns.

Dr. Suh saw me on an expedited basis when my back went out after moving a lot of boxes. He thoroughly and clearly explained my options and condition to me. Horrible. He caused more pain, and was very rude. You spend less than two minutes getting adjusted. Only good thing there is the receptionist Ana.

The Doctor suh is great

Dr. Suh has been my chiropractor for the past 8 years. His chiropractic skill has been exceptional. I should know because I have had many chiropractors in the past. He has been ethical and all my friends who has been referred by me loved him and his skill ! Definitely worth checking him out !!

Dr. Suh was great! He was able to see me quickly, he was friendly with excellent bedside manners, and helped me with my back pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a chiropractor.

Too bad I cant rate him 10 Stars! I have seen other doctors for my ankle sprain. Nobody could figure it out. I used to have lower back pain which I let him know and TMJ pain as well(which I did not mention to him before my first visit). Well guess what? the minute I left his office my TMJ pain went away like 80-90%. Definitely will mention that to Dr. Suh on my next visit. So far I have had 2 visits with Dr. Suh and already feeling better. Do not waste your time with other doctors. He knows what hes doing and once you go see him you will say the same thing. I was a mess before finding Dr. Suh. I had knee, lower back, chest, shoulder, elbow and neck pains for over 6 years. Ive tried acupuncture, physical therapy, yoga, and even seen a number of chiropractors before Dr Suh but no real improvement.I couldnt sit up straight in my chair or stand up straight. I was having lots of trouble breathing and diffuculty with digestion. Walking and standing was also difficult with knee pain/instability. Sleeping was impossible as I was always in pain and couldnt find a comfortable position. My neck and lower back was giving me a lot of problems too.Dr. Suh was able to help me and make me feel much better only after two visits. He doesnt charge for a check up only when he feels you need an adjustment. I felt a huge difference instantly after the specific corrections and felt even better after going home and icing down my problem areas.I highly recommend Dr. Suh, his expertise has changed my life, hes given me hope and has me feeling much better. I am very happy to have found Dr Suh. He has been a life saver to me. I slipped and fell on the ice last winter and I have been having excruciating back pain ever since. I went to the hospital and all the doctors gave me was pain meds. No matter how much pain meds I took the pain never really went away. I was getting concerned that I might be getting addicted to it and of course all the possible side effects. In comes Dr Suh and the amazing power of an adjustment. After just one adjustment, I immediately felt a difference. With continued visits, I slowly got better. Now I am back to my old self and doing the things I love. Thanks Doc!
