Nurses are very professional great workers beast of the best all Doctors Dr. Ahmed. Al. Ashmuy and many more greatest Sequerty beast of the beast rules. Only one thing to allow 3 visitors instead of two. And making allowances of one family schedule every day. To be staying out of the 3 visitors

I was so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. They take extreme safety measures with making sure everyone is sanitizing and masked up! I wished every hospital used these methods of safety and cleanliness!

We brought my mother with low 02 sats (COVID 19) to Mt Sinai based on reports of people who had been cared for in this Hospital. Mt Sinai had the best reviews and we were not disappointed.A very special individual by the name of Laniar (administrative staff of 5 West) saved the day for us when one staff member in the micu was giving us a hard time. Because of this nurse I gave the review only 4 stars. MT. Sinai needs to use more discretion when hiring staff for a micu where patients and their families are so vulnerable.Laniar and the rest of the staff, from security guards, nurses, technicians to the doctors really 5 stars and above!Our experience, the care our mother received by medically and humanly was above expectation.

I love this place. They treat you so well. The atmosphere is so wonderful. They don’t look at the color of your skin, but how they can help you. My mom is treated here for her congestive heart failure. The Doctors have turned her symptoms around so quickly. The entire building is spotless. Bathrooms are extremely clean. The staff are always willing to help. Absolutely no waiting time over 10 mins for scheduled appointments. This is how a hospital should be run.

Very nice Hospital but finding packing sucks

Save yourself time and stress and go somewhere else! Anywhere else.Being a patient for over 10yrs this place has really become unacceptable in the last 2 years.I’ve had three cancelled appointments ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT due to the nurse being out. There was zero apologies even after told I had to miss work. They always have an awful attitude at reception and have been extremely rude and aggressive when dealing with me and other patients. The wait is never under 45mins. The space is beautiful- but you forget this due to the awful experience. it’s absolutely not worth going to. Finally found a different location. Wish I could give them zero stars
