I received a call at 3:45 pm from Jeffrey Kohn office to confirm my appointment and my insurance info. I told the receptionist or billing person that I dont have my insurance card and I will call her the next day to give all the details. She had the worst attitude. Told me she cant promise to get authorization for my next week appointment. When I asked why did she call me just now -she cancelled the appointment and hang up on me. This was the end- I have waited for one month to see the doctor who was highly recommended.

Hes an amazing, caring doctor and his staff is great too!
