I ordered a few kits initially to try the service and was somewhat satisfied with the results. But then, 6 months later, everything was ordered again automatically and charged to my card. Apparently, I left the subscription on and I had no way to call them to cancel the order. So the kits arrived and I wrote an email saying they were still sealed in their UPS delivery packages. But they wanted to charge me $21 for each kit out of my refund and for me to throw the kits away. Wasteful. Would not recommend.

I had a strict timeline to get a COVID-19 test for both my mom and I because we was returning to the US. I was pleased with ordering and receiving the tests the next day, however sending them back was a real pain. I sent both our tests at the same time, my test got delivered and my results came the next day, however my moms results took 3 days to deliver back to the lab!!! I suggest ordering your test package 3-4 days prior because it is not true when they write 1-2 days delivery.

As many others stated, the instructions for the observation requirement before the UPS pickup is not clear enough. A 1-min video clip for the travelers should help for the customers. Many travelers are in a binding situation for the 72-hr time limit. That is, the firm should clearly state that the observation requirement before the UPS pickup.

Used them to get Covid tests, so that we would be able to leave the country. Promised results in 48-72 hrs. A week later got mine, but not until they tried to blame it on me for leaving out my date of birth on the application, which I knew was not true. Later changed their story to, we accidentally entered your date of birth wrong when copying it from your application.Lost over $5,000 on vacation deposits due to their negligence. Wouldnt even credit me back my money for the test. Horrible company, totally unethical and corrupt. Only good thing was the gentleman who came to the house to test us, very professional and courteous. Regardless, stay away , youve been warned.

Called to get tested for covid weeks ago, they came to my house the same day. Very caring and professional. I got my results 3 days later. Just ordered a kit now to have. Very pleased

What a shame-this test had such great potential but all it left with me was frustration! My family and I all experienced the same issues independently. The video portion of the test was not working. Therefore I had to chase them down and spent most of my day trying to reschedule the video call. It finally got resolved after 4 hours.

It’s been over a week and no results yet - called and was told the lab still was processing. Very disappointed with their promise of 2-5 business days. If they had just been upfront about timing, I may not have scheduled a doctors appointment to discuss results yet. Will not be purchasing more tests with them.

Really annoyed by the whole go online to schedule a pickup when they don’t provide you with all the necessary information (e.g. UPS account number) to so. Other than that and as of now, shipped within MINUTES of ordering and had it the next day. Will update once I take the test and I guess drop it off my damn self.

I have been using their at home test kit since the end of March if I couldnt get into CityMD. I find their at-home kit to be simple to do, drop it at UPS shipped overnight and your results in 2 business days. I do recommend it if you have the money.

I have no complaints. I ordered my kit Tuesday, got it on my doorstep early Wednesday, took the test in minutes, dropped it to a UPS drop-off location around noon, and got results Sunday morning.The test procedure and tracking was amazingly simple to follow and the website and portal is well organized and easy to use.

I’ve used them 5-6 times for tests and it’s almost always been a positive experience. One time my kit didn’t arrive when it should have, and customer service overnighted me a new one. No complaints, and I’ll continue to use them.

Truly incompetent— jeopardized my health. It’s been 2 weeks since I sent in my test and I only just learned (from contacting letsgetchecked directly) that the lab has been trying to contact me on the phone for a week about “an issue with my test.” There is absolutely no indication anywhere in the process that I’d need to be alert to a phone call from the lab, or that they wouldn’t be able to leave a message or text for security reasons. There is no way to get this information in the app or online— the platform simply suggests that there’s a delay on the lab’s end, and there’s no way to find out what your results are if you block unknown numbers or aren’t patiently waiting by your phone at all hours. Millions of people don’t pick up calls from unknown numbers they aren’t expecting. Now I’m very ill with some unknown tickborne pathogen and can’t proceed with treatment simply because letsgetchecked’s interface makes it seem like my test is delayed— when, in fact, the lab tried to contact me about it over a week ago! Customer service has been polite and professional but not attempted to resolve a really poor experience for me or refund me for a process that has jeopardized my health due to poor UX and downright negligence.

It all appears good until you order. I was charged immediately and received an email confirm. I received a 2nd email saying it has shipped.After checking mailbox for a week and nothing arrived. I called company. After looking up they said it was returned because they cannot ship to PO Box.Nowhere in the entire process or FAQs does it say no POBOX shipping (most sites error and say no POBOX allowed in the website functionality) or I would have changed the address. My POBox has a physical address as well and huge lockers to receive any package.Most sites would error and tell you no POBOX, not this company. When I suggested this change to remove hassle, I was told its the USPS who screwed up?So after waiting 10 business days for a critical test they dont email, or communicate. Customer Service arrogant.I asked for a credit then and there, was told 20 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A REFUND. I Think that is stealing at this point.Stay away from this shady company!

I’ve been feeling sick for months without answers from my doctor. I took a chance and ordered a few tests and found that I tested positive for Lyme. After my positive result I took this to an integrative medicine MD and we did further testing based on my result. I now have the answers I needed and I am now on a treatment plan to get well.

I was having surgery and needed to confirm I was negative for Covid prior to said surgery. As results needed to come in within 72 hours, I tested at a local spot and used one of their kits trying to double my odds on timely results within my needed window. Even paid extra to receive it within a certain window and be able to send it back. I successfully downloaded the app, activated my kit and received confirmation that they got it and were processing it in the lab. Given the surge in cases, I could understand the lag in results. 2 hours before my surgery I received an email and text that my results were ready. I logged into my app and received the pop up that my TEST KIT COULD NOT BE FOUND. I deleted the app, reset my password thinking maybe a hard refresh. THEY BLOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I sent them an enquiry and magically my next attempt to reset my login worked. On the desktop website, there is an error loading my results. App still tells me test kit not found. I tried calling them. Someone answered and HUNG UP on me. Completely unprofessional. I believe they could have a great product but are strapped and possibly out of their depth. If I don’t receive my results prior to my surgery this was all futile.

Lets get checked, more like Lets take your money. Ordered two kits which were cancelled by Lets Get Checked so I couldnt activate them. Called 3 time over 2 months to get the issue fixed. Got nothing but empty promises. Now out out of 140 dollars to late to do a chargeback.Update: After the 5th call I finally got the tests I ordered. It shouldnt be this hard.

Do not waste your money. I tried one of their hormone tests - the sampling method has not been thought through. While it may seem convenient, after piercing 4 of my fingers, I could barely fill 1/3 of the required amount. I wished this worked. Good concept, bad execution.

Do not use. It took them far too long to send me the test in the first place, then their website wouldnt allow me to activate the test. I sent it in anyway hoping Id get help from someone to manually activate it. Their customer support let me know it was going to take a while before they could have anyone get back to me. They received my sample but then blamed it on sending me a bad or expired test (when in actuality its either they have a broken website or were always just trying to get me on shipping). Now the refund could take over 30 days and I have to pay for their shipping costs. All around bad experience and a company that is either blatantly robbing people or hasnt had the ability to properly scale- so who the hell knows if the tests would have even been right.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE LIARS! I am still waiting for a test that was ordered 13 days ago. They state that you can send an unused test back for some credit (the customer pays the return shipping). I have been trying for 7 days to get a response as to the procedure for returning the test kit (which hasnt even been received yet)! Ive written 3 times and called once - NO RESPONSE! SCAM!

I was sick earlier in the week with a couple of COVID symptoms and had been in contact with some family around that time. Myself and some others are self quarantining in order to be safe, so I wanted to get a test as quickly as possible. I saw that they had a 24 hour result, so I ordered early Tuesday morning.The shipping got there as promised but instead of being able to return to US mail, it was through UPS. Since i could not drop it off at a facility, I had to pay extra for a pickup. The test was received by them early thursday morning so I had hope that things would turn out okay.Fast forward to late Friday afternoon and not only is the test not out, but it is not shown as even being processed by the lab now. With the weekend coming, it now looks like a few more days of self quarantining. I am not the only one who is being inconvenienced by this.COVID is a very scary and time sensitive situation and this is not the time to use bait and switch tactics. If this was going to take 2-5 days like your other products you should let people know that so that they can make a more informed decision.I would have sought a different option if I had known this and have a horrible impression of this company.

I wanted to like this service as a alternative to going to the hospital at this time but I cant. I reached out to them and they told me that my test was being delayed due to the labs they were using was also testing for COVID-19. I truly, truly understand this, but nowhere on the site is this posted. Again, I understand that testing for COVID-19 SHOULD come first but people who are purchasing their products are unaware prior or during the purchase of their products. I spoke with a nurse who was polite but straight forward like this was acceptable. I applaud the labs for testing COVID-19 first, but I paid for express shipment and turnaround which shouldntbe a option. They didnt fulfill this request. This is essentially fraudulent. The express option should be removed right now instead of customers paying extra. Definitely will be reaching out to BBB.

Scam. They shipped out three tests that do not work!! I required a follow up test while in quarantine and this company failed to provide an active test. I required a bowel fit test and this company dropped the ball!! Waste of money and the reps are rude and dismissive.

I wanted to like this product. I really did. Unfortunately it didnt work out. I did everything as directed. Shipped out my sample on a monday morning. I had to call twice to followup on my sample. After 2 weeks of not hearing from anyone. I call to only find out that my sample could not be processed. It wasnt a pleasant experience having to fill up the sample and especially to have to do it for no reason. The website they have also does not work. I filled out the questionnaire and activated my test like i was instructed to do and i mailed my sample back. After checking my dashboard constantly for my results, my dashboard was telling me i never activated my test and i needed to fill out my questionnaire. This company is lacking. The only good thing about this company is there customer service. They offered me a refund or a new test sample but i am still aggravated that i had to go through this whole process to get no results in return.

It is nearly impossible to get through to any customer service by phone or email after several calls and emails. They also don’t honor their shipping times even when you pay for upgrades shipping. Extremely inconvenient, would not use them again.
