I made an appointment through Zocdoc to see Dr. Bral for dizziness. Though I had to wait for a little while in the waiting room, Dr. Bral quickly assessed me for BPPV and when she confirmed that was the diagnosis, she treated me for it. She made sure I was feeling okay and steady after each motion and checked on in me in the waiting room after I was recovering. As a newly sudden hearing loss on one side less than a year, I was referred to Ms. Bral, Audiologist thru my Otologist. She has provided her professional knowledge in guiding me in choosing the appropriate hearing aids that suits my need among the numerous variety of selections. She has enormous patience in programming the newly L. replacement to the original R. side which I had lost just three months ago (Yes, I had already lost this pricey devices which I just purchased less than a year!) She made numerous phone calls to the Aids company to render customers and IT supports in programming the paired devices plus her own tech-savvy add on skills which are totally commentable. I would highly recommend Ms. Bral to anyone in any given day!
