I have been seeing Dr. Dean Mitchell for over a year now for pain management, and treatment. He has been incredibly kind and knowledgeable from the start, he takes time to listen and has gone above and beyond in regards to my health. The excellent care I have received at Mitchell Medical Care Group has helped to reduce and improve symptoms of pain I have struggled with for years, and the warm presence of the staff constantly make me feel welcome in the office.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Dean Mitchell for the past fifteen months. He has been allergic to wheat and dairy since birth. His wheat allergy is very high and my wife and I have been researching for years how we can help him so he does not have an anaphylactic reaction due to exposure. We did our research and discovered Mitchell Medical Group. Mitchell Medical Group is one of the only practices in NY that offers sublingual immunotherapy treatment (SLIT).SLIT is safe, effective and very convenient, especially for teenagers, like my son. After 15 months of treatment, his numbers have come down a bit and we have seen progress. NYC office.Dr. Dean is exceptionally smart and his podcast (The Smartest Doctor in the Room) provides extremely useful information on so many health topics by so many experts in their field!I really appreciate Dr. Deans approch to helping his patients by way of always learning and staying on top of current developments. This makes it very interesting to speak with him as he has a wealth of knowledge that makes our conversations last and last!Dr. Ricki has been on the other side of the fence, where she has been a patient as she herself struggled with going through different doctors to get help. So she understands where I am coming from and how long I have been struggling, especially when doctors tell you candida doesnt exist and its all in your head, now go see a shrink. She also has vast experience in fibromyalgia and endometriosis.The IV therapy and antifungals do work. The energy I have and the clear headedness is very evident and my stomach will get better with time and therapy... it took decades to get to this point and it will take a while to fix these issues... which is what some people do not understand.And yes it is expensive, but when I have my gastroenterologist recommending this practice because they have helped some of her patients when she, and modern medicine, werent able to, I listen!The staff in the office are incredible!! I have gotten call backs from them for urgent issues after office hours! They really do care! Dr. Ricki Mitchell is incredibly knowledgeable. She has helped me through lyme disease and all the related symptoms for years now on and off when I need it. If youre sick and tired of feeling sick and tired --make an appt!!!

To start, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The office is clean, the appointments are on time. Dr Dean Mitchell is fantastic, compassionate and truly looks for a cure/relief for his patients. He is also open minded and willing to go outside the box and does not let his ego get in the way of what is best for his patients. Other Drs could learn a lot from this wonderful man

I have been seeing Dr. Mitchell and the other staff for over two years now. I go monthly for an IV treatment and to meet with the staff. Dr. Mitchell and his team have significantly helped with my healing process. They are always friendly, attentive, and genuine and I truly enjoy going to each appointment. They are all extremely knowledgeable and have taught me how to correctly better my health and wellness. I highly recommend their office.

I have been using Mitchell Medical for 7 years as my doctors. They are very through, and the work with you to solve your issues. I see many patients returning to them time after time. So much so that we (the patients) often have long running conversations about our lives. I had Candida and they pretty much cured me. I now only go for follow ups. But when I was really sick they followed my progress constantly. They adjusted the treatments several times to solve my specific case. Although it took a long time to get better, they stayed with me all the way. I highly recommend them, and have sent several to my friends to them.

I cant overstate it: Dr. Dean Mitchell changed my life! I suffered for years with itchy skin rashes and painful blotches on my face, and no allergist or dermatologist took the time to ask questions and run tests like Dr. Dean did on my first visit. I tested positive for Candida, and my skin cleared within two weeks of treatment. Its a miracle!!! Dr Ricki Mitchell is great! She listens and does complete testing. SHe is compassionate and knows what she is talking about! I was feeling lousy when I walked into her office 3 months ago and I am feeling MUCH better! I have been to many doctors and none of them helped me like Dr Ricki Mitchell!

Have been seeing Drs. Mitchell for many years and have nothing but high praise for the time spent in my appointments, some of which are on the phone, and the willingness to listen and integrate many forms of medical knowledge besides the conventional. Such a rare combination and would recommend anyone with chronic issues as well as general medical to use this practice!

My nose was blocked for weeks...he was able to give me something that returned my breathing to normal. I havent had any issues since.

I initially came in for health issues related to Ic and candida, my first appt with Dr mitchell, was okay, he signed me up for candida protocol they have, which is Iv treatments which are insanely expensive 325 per visit and a candida Diet, which i was already on, and weeks and sometimes months of prescription antifungals, its suppose to be a 6 week cure, so they say according to the paper work they hand out,To get to the point ! My main issue with this practice is the doctor never says hi to you, sometimes feels like he blatantly ignores you, as he walks by the Iv room, on the few occasions that i had questions about the treatments, he was short with me and i felt pressure to make a follow up appt with him for small questions, meaning more money. I also felt Dr mitchell, Didnt seem to like his job and always seemed stressed out, and unhappy . For those of us who suffer a much as I do, having a doctor who isnt warm is the worst feeling ever. Another issue is you cant contact the office except Tuesday and Thursday .. I have found so far in all of my experiences with doctors that the natural ones are sometimes the worst .. AND SOOOOO expensive. They prescribed me anti fungals for the candida which i believe flared up My IC. After this happened and after 4 weeks of IV treatments I decided to discontinue seeing him, or going there, cause i never really saw him , his nurse staff are the people who see you . I will say this tho, the nurse staff was really nice. And they were warm. i think after my last few experiences with male doctors i wont be seeing any male doctors any more, and I would not reccomend this practice to anyone.. If your having issues related to womens health issues, find a good female health Dr an MD preferably, who specializes in holistic health. Best of luck

I came to Mitchell Medical Group with Fibromyalgia symptoms all over my body!My life was one pain after the other.My arms,legs,shoulder blades and feet hurt so badly,I had to stop working! That was seven yrs. ago.This widespread pain continued for years,making it difficult to travel or enjoy lifes pleasures in any way!I finally found Dr.Dean Mitchell over a year ago.I cant express how much better I feel from the treatment I received at this facility. I planned a trip to Iceland for September 2018.I realize I can take one good step at a time,as long as I have Mitchell Medical Group as my support!There is so much more I learned about vitamins and healthy foods vs non- healthy. I have learned about foods that cause inflammation and pain.This has been an amazing journey for both my mind and body!If you suffer from a immune disease,this is the facility that will understand!
