Moving out of the city on Friday and I’ve never been so sad to say goodbye to a group of people that have taken care of my allergies for almost a decade now. Patti is just the sweetest woman you will ever meet. The receptionists are beyond helpful and the doctors all are amazing. To say I hate shots is an understatement. Yet, I have never felt any pain from my injections. I literally have not had any sort of allergy issues in a very long time. So sad to be leaving the state of New York and will be not able to come for my shots.

Just amazing place. They always take care of you and make you feel good about going to the doctor. They tell you all your options and you together make a guided decision. The Doctors are very gentle and heal with a modern approach to medicine. They are up on all the new treatment trends. Pair them up with Capsule and they make a great team. A rare find of a doctor office. They will even see your toddler for allergy testing. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lighvani is amazing. I have had coughing in May/June every year in the past five years. I have seen two ENT doctors and one pulmonary doctors but the issue is still there. Luckily I saw Dr. Lighvani. The prescription he gave solved my coughing issue two hours after I took the medicine. Since then, I do not have serious cough.Dr. Lighvani spent almost 30-45 minutes in going through a very long list of questions and test results. His careful and detailed analysis of all those information concluded a totally different driver of the issue. It is not due to allergy as other doctors told me. The medicine which Dr. Lighvani prescribed works very well on me. Dr. Lighvani clearly nails down the problem.Dr. Lighvanis staffs are very friendly and helpful. The front desk lady is well organized and very efficient in organizing the schedule. The staffs are also very professional. I had some bad coughing at their restroom when I just arrived at the office. They treat me well.

Dr. Toh is so kind and caring, really does her best at addressing any and all questions/concerns you may have. She is very knowledgeable. Her front desk staff (especially Jennifer!) is so accommodating. They understand schedule limitations and do their best to work around your schedule. One of the best office experiences I have had in NYC! Definitely recommend.

Dr. Lighvani is a true partner in identifying and addressing any allergy related issues. He went the extra mile to rule out any underlying issues. His staff is amazingly competent. It runs like a concierge practice and they take insurance. A real gem.

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Lighvani and his staff. I have been getting allergy shots at Dr Lighvanis office for about 5 years now. The practice is well run, efficient and well organized. The space is very nice, clean, and modern, and the staff who provide the shots are excellent. Dr Lighvani himself is terrific as well. I have found him to be an excellent doctor - medically savvy, knowledgeable and with a great bedside manner. He is friendly, gives each patient plenty of time and is great about answering questions. Finally, there is a staff member who verifies insurance coverage, which is amazing, because that means you dont have to call your insurance yourself. Overall, I highly recommend Dr Lighvani and his practice.

This office is a amazing! Dr. Lighvani is very knowledgeable. The front desk and nursing staff is equally as knowledgeable. They keep the office running like a well oiled machine. Especially nurse Shaquan Keyes. She played a key role in administering my skin patch test. Shaquan made my testing process feel like a breeze with her amazing bed side manner and knowledge of placement of all 121 allergens!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lighvani’s for over 10 years now and I enthusiastically recommend him to all of my friends:) Nothing grinds my gears more than a dismissive doctor, but Dr. Lighvani is super attentive and is a great listener. He’s got a very cool attitude, I love that he’s one to provide options and isn’t pushy.

My six year old saw Dr. Jennifer Toh a week and half ago for his EoE diagnosis and she was great. Personable and knowledgeable about the condition and definitely left feeling that we were in good hands!!!

My first visit to this office was very nice. I did not wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. Dr. Lighvani spent a great deal of time with me adressing my concerns and answering my questions. He was able to present me with a variety of treatment options and was very attentive. After dealing with some terrible medical offices, this was certainly a refreshing and pleasant experience.

Dr. Lighvani is actually pretty good. His staff, however, made it so difficult for me to get my allergy shot. My insurance company and drug rep continuously told me that it was bc of my doctors office, I wasnt able to get my shots. Time and time again, I remained patient. Even when I switched insurance companies, the rep told me they attempted reaching out three times and finally asked me to get a hold of them. What really got me writing this review was trying to make an appointment at 5pm but wasnt seen until 5:30 pm, causing me to be late to my next appointment. I tried calling at 3:30 to book it at 5. They kept assuring me to call 20 min before the shot. I called again at 4:45 and I still had to wait until 5:30. They dont have any consideration for others peoples time and are not really helpful.

I went to see Dr. Lighvani on May 14th. I did my lab work on May 15th, yet it wasnt until June 4th when I finally got my results. Dr. Lighvanis office asked for a repeat of two tests. I did so the same day (June 4th). Its now July 12th, almost 6 weeks since I did the lab work, and not one word from the office. This is hands-down the worst office Ive ever dealt with. I strongly suggest you visit another allergist. Never again for me.

I honestly cannot give enough stars to Dr. Lighvani and his team. I had come in without an appointment due to an emergency and the doctor saw me within 10min... while people in his waiting room! I had seen (5) doctors prior to Dr. Lighvani and to no avail, no one could diagnose me. Within minutes of seeing my condition Dr. Lighvani gave me his prognosis and after two days of treatment I am healed! His professionalism and sincerity made the whole experience pleasant at a time where I didnt think I would see the light again. He even provided me with information on my illness and followed up with me after two days to see how I was feeling. I can truly feel he cares about his patients and he is a remarkable doctor. Would recommend without hesitation.

I was recommended to see Dr. Lighavani by my ENT to be tested for allergies because I had a great deal of unexplained congestion that had gone on for a long time. When the results of allergy testing came up negative, Dr. Lighavani pursued another path and made a preliminary diagnosis of GERD, commonly known as acid reflux. This seemed unusual, as my stomach wasn’t the problem. He suggested I try a special diet for 2 to 4 weeks to see if anything changed. I saw immediate results!I’m a convert and would highly recommend a visit to Dr. Lighavani if you find yourself with symptoms similar to mine. GERD is one of those medical conditions that often go undiagnosed.

Im a new patient of Dr Lighvanis, but not new to the world of allergists -- and Im deeply impressed with Dr Lighvani. I was not kept waiting for my appointment, his staff were warm and knowledgeable, and his office was clean and comfortable. When Dr Lighvani spoke with me, I felt that he really listened to what i was saying. He asked pertinent questions and was empathetic, incredibly knowledgeable, and explained everything with depth and clarity. We did some testing in his office and I was given a clear plan for how to proceed after I left the office. When I called with a question later, the staff were able to answer immediately. I could not have asked for a better experience or a better doctor.

I have been suffering from chronic cough, sneezing, post-nasal drip, and clearing my throat for more than 10 YEARS!! How many doctors have I been to besides 3 allergists, 1 pulmonologist, an ETN (who actually told me, I guess youre one of the very few we just cant help. Really? Are you kidding me?!)?? Not one of them took a look at what I was eating and how that might be affecting my system.Dr. Lighvani told me to go on a strict anti-acid diet and to read The Acid Watcher Diet. The first paragraph described my diet completely. It included tomatoes, garlic, orange juice, wine, water with lemon, carbonated water, and that square of chocolate at night. My whole pH system was off balance.It was Dr. Lighvani who finally got to the bottom of the situation. I have stopped coughing day AND night, no more past-nasal drip, clearing my throat incessantly, etc. I am extremely grateful for his professional acumen and recommendations.

I cant say enough about my positive experience here. I have been Dr. Lighvanis patient for some years but this is my first visit to new offices. Light and airy and reassuring from the moment I stepped on. The nurses, office manager and staff are happy, liveky,professional and encouraging. I walked in with a nagging asthma attack but walked out feeling better than I had in days. Mornings are less busy if you can manage it. Highly recommend the attentivetivess of the doctor and his staff.
