I came in as a total newbie to acupuncture and I had a great experience. I walked out being super relaxed and grounded. Their space is really aesthetically pleasing and clean which plays a big role for relaxation for me.

Have been coming to WTHN for over a year. Started back in 2019 and took a bit of a pause, but after a bike accident and concussion, came back in summer of 2020. ACUPUNCTURE 100% assisted in healing my concussion. The healing required patience, but I was grateful for the gentleness and guidance that I received during that time. Have ALWAYS been very grateful for the attention of each acupuncturist-- I always feel extremely listened to. I have been seeing Andie for a few months and have had such a wonderful experience with them! Also, WTHN has been very affordable for me/space is always VERY clean/and all staff are very kind!

Best kept secret in the city - Lana is amazing if you are looking for trigger point solutions. Clean office and relaxing vibe. Highly recommend.

I just had my very first acupuncture here and just wanted to share my love and gratitude. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease and zen. The receptionists were lovely and my acupuncturist was incredible and had so much knowledge and feedback of what I need to do, to get my body back on track (I suffer with plantar fasciitis) I have already scheduled my next appointment and started telling my friends they need to go to WTHN ASAP!Have a blessed week

For my first time at acupuncture, Experience was just ok. The space is Very clean and looks very nice. However, lack of one on one attention, and my session felt very rushed. I didn’t really know what I was suppose to be doing, and no one seemed to pay attention to my notes about it being my first time ever. My therapist didn’t explain what the session was going to be, or where the button was to push if I had any questions during my quite time in session.

It is my tears that keep my soul alive in the furnace of this pain. They cannot extinguish what has been, yet only carry me forward until a time comes when that searing pain is distant enough to forget more than remember, and maybe one day erase itself from my brain. So perhaps it may be an oddity to thank my tears and be proud to cry, yet if thats what saves me from becoming a monster, a person indifferent to suffering and sorrow, then crying is the smartest thing I can do.

HORRIBLE!!!! This is the WORST acupuncture I have EVER been to!!! The front desk staff are RUDE. They are completely unhelpful and constantly ask about payment. They dont create a warm environment and going to this store is not a comfortable or relaxing experience at all. The acupuncturists range from decent to TERRIBLE!!!! I have never been in so much pain or bled so much after an acupuncture session. They are also basically walking product pushers who just leave the room and never come back. The dont check in on you, and they are awful at finding the right pressure points. Bough the 5 pack option they had a while ago...HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Nice experience just read the fine print; this is a $450 commitment. This is not “unlimited” as marketed, its $75 per month and you are committed to 6 months, otherwise a cancellation fee of $100.

I’ve had a wonderful experience coming here over the last several weeks. The practitioners are wonderful, the space is relaxing and inviting, and the prices are super affordable.
