Don’t go here. You’ll wait for hours. Can’t even get your appointment. They book appointments for you, you aren’t even aware of. They book you two months out into an appointment.So you have to wait to see a doctor two months later. They’re always booked. So if it’s an emergency better off going to the hospital. Don’t even waste your time. It’s complete chaos.

UPD! *i’ve got a call from my insurance regarding a treatment requested from this facility! A doctor i never saw requested my insurance about a crown! Crown?!!! Seriously?I won’t be surprised if they will try to charge my insurance for a treatment i’ve never got! Avoid this place!!!*I had negative experience with the Dental site of this medical facility. I wish i saw all bad reviews before going there, so i wouldn’t waste my time.The Dental site is kinda nightmarish. Dental stuff is rough and rude. I’ve been doing X-ray several times for my orthodontic treatment, but it was never such a torture like in this place.I’ve got only cleaning because doc wasn’t there. They forced me to make another apt with doc which i refused. So they just made apt on a random day they’ve chosen without my consent.Do not recommend.

Totally unorganized, spoke to an Evelyn who went over my insurance and coverage for nothing because when I arrived I was informed that the doctor that was going to see me didnt except my insurance ! Total waste of my time and cab money. Would never go there again, plus the inside waiting area was way too full of people.

This review is for the dental site, they’re unprofessional, and I’m talking about the dentist, the dentist is so rude I only went through with the procedure because I was already laying down with anesthesia, the dentist didn’t told me he was going to use anesthesia on me until I saw the syringe coming to my mouth this was for a simple teeth cleaning. The dentist didn’t explained the procedure or the need for anesthesia, he is rude if you ask him something he will give you a nasty look. The dental site of this clinic should be shut down. absolutely disgusting behavior, this is the first time i seen a dentist behave this way. I don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a dentist run from this place

Go to an established clinic instead. Upcoding (adding extra fake charges) and overbilling is common here. I was charged $570 for an annual womens health exam. Insurance claim includes 4 visits and a surgery, which I didnt receive. They dont have medical records online, so theyll want you to pay an additional $250 just to see the results during a follow-up. OBGYN lied when asked when I asked which services were included in the visit (she said routine STD test would be included in the original $250 fee), instead received a bill for thousands of dollars, of which $570 is for me to pay. All this for an annual womens health screening. Waited over 2.5 hours past my appointment time. Super disorganized and likely to run you into debt for nothing.

The Dental Clinic was the absolute worst place I have ever been to my entire life. This place should be shut down. The staff people on the dental side are very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Believe the negative reviews. I promise you those are real experiences, I went through same thing. The place seems very shady as well. Save yourself the stress I went through. . Again, they should close this place down. It is the epitome of disfunction. This review is for the dental side. I had no experience with the medical side.

Update: From 1 star to 4My mom was contacted by facility and they apologized for the inconvenience they caused her. I am thankful for the care she received on Wednesday 11/18/2020. I work in the medical field and I work with Doctors, Patients, insurances world wide and one of my goals daily is to ensure our interaction is always pleasant. I really hope that this practice strives for the same from here on. Thank you for making it right.

TERRIBLE OFFICE! do not go there. The people at the front desk are nasty and unprofessional. My dentist did a root canal and then gave me an appointment for the following week. No one call me to confirm, I would call and they would hang up the phone MULTIPLE times. I had to find another dentist as soon as I could. I do not recommend. Plus its always packed.

Awful & extremely unprofessional staff. My mothers doctor only sees patients Mondays & Wednesdays, and while shes amazing, the rest of the staff drive patients away. The front desk workers are the WORST, they take advantage of the latino community, they dont care about wasting peoples times and straight up lie to their patients. Theyll have you call over 4 times in one day just to schedule an appointment & keep you on hold for over 20 mins each time. They dont call you to confirm & always blame the patients for not answering the calls that THEY never made & justify that for cancelling your appointment. Every time we come to this place we see other patients complain about the exact same thing. AVOID this place at all cost. Do not trust their good reviews, Yelp literally warns you of how fraudulent they are.

I am really happy with this clinic. The doctors there are very professional but most of all experienced. They are committed to finding a solution to the most complicated diagnostics. The staff and doctors professionalism is highly recommended.

I needed an itemized receipt for a procedure but they did not provided it to me. I will never go there again. You lost me as a client and also my family.

Started with lower back pain and later found out to have tight hamstrings that also contributed to the pain. It has been improving slowly with back getting better and my hamstrings still getting some work to loosen but there has been a better improvement that I can tell. It has been a great experience to have the physical therapy done and let my pain be worked on to be non existent for my future

Do not go here if you’re looking for a professional experience, the assistants spend all day walking around ignoring patients and when you ask them a question they’re rude. No one really has an appointment. They double booked people, you’re seen as “first-come first-serve” if you’re lucky cause they might not even see you after they keep you wait. This place is a joke ! Super unprofessional, lack of privacy, humanity, and the staff are rude and uncapable of doing the job their get hire to do so. They waking around with a piece of paper “pretending to do something” when they’re actually socializing among them.

This was my first visit to this clinic a I like it doctor narmina the neurologist was very helpful her assistant dany was very professional I’m looking forward to see more doctor in this office.

They have good attention, the neurologist was very good, the only thing that speaks only in English, but is good and his assistant very friendly.

The doctor Mark Galperin is rough around the edges but his technique is outstanding he resolved my issue with outstanding result, I’m able to move better and without pain his assistant Dany is one of the most professional and caring person there is.

The only reason I am giving this place one star is because I cant give it no stars. A doctor told me it was a Medicaid/Medicare mill and he wasnt kidding. The place is beyond over crowded and there is at least a 4 to 6 hour wait to see a doctor - any specialty. The doctor I was supposed to see refused to see me after a 4 hour+ wait because he had an issue with a doctor I used to see. I was floored. He actually almost threw me bodily out of his office yelling at me. Quite honestly, I thought he was one of the sleeziest doctors Ive ever met. Nothing could excuse that mans utterly rude and unprofessional behavior. The staff, however, were very nice considering how busy they were.

The dental office is a mess. They have you wait hours to get images of your teeth taken and then wait hours for a ten minute teeth cleanse.The main doctor tells his assistant to take his patients and to prioritize kids. To top it off I saw him take a payment in cash from a patient instead of having her do her payment through the workers at the front desk.I left my appt without my cleanse and I see him outside smoking and talking to a man. Very unprofessional. I have been going there for two years. Do not waste your time at this office.

I was seen today for a fractured finger by Dr. David Fleiss ( Best Ortho ) and he made me feel very comfortable because he was very curious about my injury and suggested to get another x- ray for my finger since it’s been about two weeks. He also recommened an excerise for my finger so it wouldnt get stiff. Fleiss’s assistant Yamilet was sweet & helpful and assisted him with taping my finger together. Also, Valerie Dicent who is a MA made sure to check me in and comfort me while expericing pain in my ring finger. This is my first time meeting her and she had such a positive and loving attitude.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST MEDICAL CLINIC I HAVE EVER SEEN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They take way too many patients and do not gave the staff to support. The front desk are SUPER RUDE. Do not acknowledge you and ignore your questions. Customer service is atrocious here. I would rather stay in pain than wait any longer. 4 hour wait minimum here. I HOPE YOU LISTEN TO ME AND AVOID THIS PLACE.

You make an appointment and you literally wait 4 to 5 hours to be seen. The waiting area is very crowded and loud. People there are very inconsiderate. The staff is however friendly. Wish they revamp the waiting area to make it more comfortable and not book so many people at once, this way the waiting wont be so long.

This clinic really needs people that listen well.Some nurses are very kind but some them keep me in suspense.I just ask for a provera birth control shot so I can calm my hormones and get back to work and studying and she was angsty with me. I waited weeks for that appointment! Theyre full of evil the gyn wouldnt obey gloves or masks i should report them nobody is going to trust that clinic anymore

This is without a doubt the worst medical facility I’ve ever had the misfortune to step foot inside. The service and professionalism are absolutely abysmal; a simple medical exam and results pickup turned into a month long nightmare of long waits, missed phone calls, and three sets of delays or spontaneous decisions by doctor Medvedovsky to simply not come to the office on the appointment day. The most frustrating and infuriating medical experience of my life. I highly recommend seeing a hedge doctor, a homeopathic practitioner, or a homeless person over medical care at this facility. Very long waiting time! First time I went there, i have been waiting for 4 hours, and when started to complain, they told me that I wait for so long because I am a new patient. I asked for how long else I must wait, they told me maybe 2 more hours! Finally, because I started to loose my temper, they cut me through the line so I could bee seen by a doctor that day. However, the second time I went there, i have spend 4 hours waiting again! The place is crowded, and nobody manages the order, people are eating in the waiting rooms and speaking loudly on phones. Even if you have an appointment, get ready to spend 4 to 6 hours waiting. And please note that 100% of people who gave this place 5 stars have written only 1 review. There is one guy with multiple reviews who said he waited 15 min. 🤣🤣🤣 Total scam.

The physical therapy in the medical center is amazing!!! All therapist treats all with respect, makes sure your are comfortable, and helps you with your needs. At the moment Clabe and Matty are treating me and I have been making progress. If I could suggest anyone, it would be Clabe or Matty. Isidra who is at the front desk always calls to makes sure that I go to my therapy and is always kind as well as Gisel and Claribel.

Terrible customer service, insanely long wait times, doctors rush you in and out. The atmosphere is chaotic, disorganized and unprofessional. Be prepared to wait weeks or even months for simple test results. Save yourself a lot of time and headache and find a different provider.

I go here several times the wait takes hours every time. People are in a bad mood talking too much and the nurses try to keep up but it doesnt seem organized and its too crowded.The dentist was so bad she scratched my teeth with a sharp object this was not a cleaning Im used to having from previous dentists. They ignored the cavity I had and my tooth broke I went somewhere else to get it pulled out. Im not joking its that bad here.
