This place does not care about your family and treats them like s&#t ! They will not handle them with care at all! The poured cold water on my grandma and have foul attitude towards her family members. They are completely unprofessional DO NOT TRUST THEM !

Terrible. Horrible care, extremely bad food, little activities, and little to no privacy and the staff were so slow and did not care. Great location though but I hope that no one has to stay there ever.

I have been working at Hainkel Home since August 2018 and have seen such an improvement in a very short time. The staff is wonderful and cares about our residents. Marketing, clinical, financial, admissions, therapy - we all work together as a team under the leadership of our new administrator. I love working here and can’t wait to reveal all the great things that are in the works!

New ownership! I would give it a try. Wonderful to see Mary and Rob gone!

Poor care. Perhaps they have changed management in recent years, but from my experience in 2012 - I would not feel safe placing a loved one here.

Wasnt completely unprofessional but, , ,My Mother would call me on the days I didnt visit her & say,The food is cold,the coffee is always cold,the intercom is extremely LOUD (Startling)the bed my Mother slept in was OLD,DILAPIDATED,the rehabilitation she was scheduled to receive She Never Received.After a certain amount of time(which was shortly)& she still received no rehabilitation,I arranged for her to be discharged.
