Ted is incredibly gifted. He has an incredible intuition and understands both the physical body and soul very well. My advice is to just surrender to his knowledge and wisdom and let him treat you according to what he feels is best to address your issues. I’ve had many massages by some incredible masseurs, but Ted takes the cake. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with him. You won’t regret it. I guarantee!

Ted incorporates many different methods to customize the treatment for your needs - chiropractic adjustments, pinpoint/pressure therapy, range of motion stretching, cupping, scraping and so many more... it is truly worth every penny.

Ted the Muscle Mechanic has a special gift that utilizes all three, in addition to “cupping”, which I’ve never heard of until I started seeing the Muscle Mechanic. I think I had some carpel tunnel problem that he corrected, that I didn’t think was possible. Very good service and also somehow relaxing.

Got a medical massage. Great communication - both listening and letting me know when pain was coming. Able to apply a lot of pressure. Also provided some good stretches to do as a going concern. Will definitely go back.

I found Ted on Google and read all the great reviews. I reached out to him to explain I was looking for someone that was willing to work with my father, who suffered a spinal stroke. (a rare diagnosis that causes paralysis in your lower body) He was open and willing to assist and work with my dad however he could. He was accommodating and came to the house to work with him. Muscle mechanic gave me a work over. First of all, great guy, professional, friendly, etc. Second, great massage, I don’t have a ton of experience with massage maybe once a year or so but this was one of if not the best. I’ve already purchased another one and he says he now knows where to concentrate. Performed cupping on my back which was a new experience for me and I’m interested to see if I feel the difference later. Overall great experience and I would recommend to anyone else with stress, musculoskeletal issues, or I need of some relaxation. Great job!
