Dr. Melissa Jordan and her nurses at the Ochsner Baptist Women’s Pavillion went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my first visit with them. Dr. Jordan spent so much time listening to my concerns and answering my questions. I wish I knew her nurses names so that I could recognize each of them for their kindness and efficiency as well. Truly a phenomenal practice.

My experience at Ochsner Baptist Women’s Pavilion was very pleasant and I was extremely satisfied with the service. The healthcare staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an appointment with George B. Morris IV, MD and could not have asked for a better doctor. He was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He made feel like I was really being cared for, including emotionally and mentally. I would definitely recommend other patients go to Ochsner Baptist Women’s Pavilion and to Dr. Morris specifically.

Dr Byrd has an amazing bedside manner and always goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable with not only the procedures but also the process.

After completing my 9am appointment with my doctor, she scheduled me for another test. The earliest time available that day was 1:30pm. I have more than a hour drive from my home. I went to the café to get a bite to eat and let time pass. I decided to go check in for my appointment early at 11am. The receptionist informed me that I was quite early for my appointment. I affirmed that I was aware of the time. I sat down and five minutes later my name was called. After I completed the tests that the physician ordered I was leaving the facility at 12:30. I was very pleased with my care in so many ways.

This hospital was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A nurse is so great Support and Or kind to me. The doctor was excellent and very knowledgeable everyone work together as a team and make me feel comfortable and that guy was in very good hands. Ever since I have switched to Ochsner I have noticed a difference in the quality and concern for people. The way Ochsner educates the doctors and the way they treat their patients is a come pleat opposite of what I had been used to. I am very thankful grateful and getting healthier because I have decided to trust all my doctors except for one with all my health care needs. If you’re not getting quality care where you are now trust me I know the difference and Ochsner has made all the difference in my professional healthcare needs.

Very efficient and timely help. Woke up with pain, but it was not life threatening. Talked to a triage a nurse at 3am who helped me address the pain and get an appointment first thing in the morning. Hours later I was the first patient to be seen at the clinic. What a relief!

Dr. Klavans was awesome. I was in between doctors trying to find who was best for me. She made my decision very easy. She is very informative and outgoing. I appreciate her honesty and willingness to listen. Glad I have found the doctor for me.

Dr. Mary was the sweetest, she got me in and out and she made me feel soo much better about myself. Also the other two women that were there were super sweet also! Superb job

Dr. Band and nurse Kelsey from Labor and Delivery were the absolute best. The care that they provided was unparalleled. Ill remember my sons birthday with the fondest of memories because of their kindness and knowledge. I truly felt like my baby and I couldnt have been in better hands.

Dr. Sargent always listens to my concerns. He has the best bedside manner and he values his patients time. He has delivered all 3 of my kids. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an ob-gyn.

Im visiting from out of town so its always tricky going to a new OB. I really liked Dr Charbonnet! She was patient and gentle. The nurse wasnt very friendly but Id definitely go back again. Also i was able to get this appointment the same day I called!

Even though it is a womens walk in clinic, I was able to schedule an appointment. I arrived and was warmly greeted by reception, who directed me to the clinic, which is very conveniently located on the 1st floor just around the corner from check in desk. Once inside, I found a comfortable waiting area, and was promptly greeted by nurse Paulette. She is very friendly, yet professional, and took care of getting my information. Shortly after, NP Hart came in and took care of me. She is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She is also extremely thorough, which I truly appreciate. Because of her education, instinct, and attention to my details and history, she was able to help me. What a great service for women!

The facility is clean and inviting, with employees everywhere to help you find your appointment. The location is very convenient since I live in New Orleans, and it is easy to find parking in the large garage.

The staff were all professional and very kind. I did not experience any appointment delays during my visit and was actually scheduled for a mammogram the same day. Very efficient!

I wondered aloud why the office was moved to much smaller quarters, so the nurse expressed her excitement for their just renovated suite, where they would return at the end of the week.The staff and physician, as always, were professional and kind. I look forward to seeing them next year in their refurbished digs.

My experience at Ochsner Baptist was wonderful. The nursing was incredible and they really took care of me. I would like to expressly shout out Patricia, Jasmine, and Kelsey from Labor and Delivery. My delivery was very stressful and didnt go as I planned - I was scared to death - but these women made all the difference. Anesthesia was wonderful and walked me through the epidural and surgical procedure. They were so well organized and efficient.After delivery, Jenna and Sarah took excellent care of me and my baby. I am a first time mom and scared to death that I am going to screw something up. They helped with all the little things as well as the big things and I am so grateful.

Everything was great. I was in and out. I had 2 appointments and was out by 9:00am.

From the moment I walked into the office, until I walked out, everyone was super nice and very professional. I barley waited more than 2 minutes in the waiting room before Monica came back to get me. Monica was really sweet! Dr. McHenry was super caring and actually took the time to talk to me about my blood disorder I have with pregnancy, past OB’s didn’t worry about it, but Dr. McHenry seemed concerned and was looking forward to talking to my hematologist when I do get pregnant again! If you are looking for a super sweet staff, understanding, and timely, I suggest this OBGYN office! Best decision I made:)

When I arrived there was hardly any waiting. My process began within 15 minutes after I arrived in the office. The staff showed lots of positive energy, and concern for my well being. She was so uplifting and gave me great suggestions to help with some of the issues I was still having. This appointment gave me a recharge and inspired me to make changes to help fight the fatigue that was still dragging me down.I highly recommend this Survivorship appt. to fellow female cancer survivors!

I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Hamilton in the last 2 months and Dr. Hamilton and her staff are the best. They are very professional and pleasant. When it comes to OBGYN care, there is no where else that I would want to go besides Ochsner Baptist. Dr. Sandow is by far the best OBGYN that I have ever seen. She listens to and addresses all of your concerns without judgement and makes you feel so much more calm and confident when you leave her office . While I was in the hospital having my first child, Dr. Sandow and all of the other nurses, doctors, and staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will forever recommend this team to anyone that asks!

Dr. Veronica Gillespie is a warm, caring and extremely competent doctor! She makes you feel like youre her only patient and provides quality and personal care that patients become vested in. Patients not only want their physicians to be knowledgeable in their specific areas of medical expertise, but its their bedside manner that ensures that a patient will return to that doctor in the future! The warmth and compassion has often been missing in the interactions between doctors and patients over the past years, but Dr. Gillespie made me feel right at home! This was my firsr official visit with her, and I look forward to my next annual appointment. Ochsner Baptist facilities are exceptional and I am pleased with the care I receive from all of my nurses, staff and physicians under the Ochsner umbrella!

I’m pregnant with my first child. I called when I was 8 weeks pregnant but they couldn’t see me till 2 weeks after the holiday. I had horrible morning sickness, and I could never call and get anyone on the phone, so I used the message app. and was told to get vitamins. The health providers were excellent on my first visit, but when I checked out of the pregnancy check the clerk didn’t tell me I had to also recheck in with her again for the ultrasound so I sat for 45 mins waiting for an appt they said I was late to. Then no one told me they scheduled a blood test for me and 2 days late I was notified I missed it. When it was not scheduled when I went in. The oschner system itself is cold and feels cruel. You will never be able to get a real person on the phone.

This was my first time visiting this campus, ( Ive always used the main campus) I was very pleased with everyone I came in contact with, friendly, helpful, and concerning. Ochsners Hospitals are always the best.

Dr Band and her team are amazing!! I felt safe (saw her as COVID continues to impact our world) and heard. She listened to my concerns and was able to offer thoughtful solutions. The wait time was also very reasonable.

Everyone was efficient and pleasant; Nurse Kristin in particular took the time to explain everything and did not make me feel rushed at any point. My doctor recommended multiple preventative care options specific to my health history. It was great to feel listened to while also receiving quick efficient care. Ive had multiple doctors who either dont listen to my needs, fail to read my history, or who make me feel judged. This doctor was excellent. I will definitely be keeping her.

It was my first time at the hospital. I was impressed by how easy it was to get to the hospital with the use of the directions they texted me. They had an easy to access garage with plenty parking spaces. And my wait to be seen wasn’t long at all. They even had someone near the elevator giving directions. The cultural diversity of staff and doctors was comforting too. Everyone was polite and professional. It was neat, and pretty, and well kept in there too. I wasn’t sure if I would visit this hospital again, but now I’m extremely sure I will visit this hospital again.

Sara Byes was amazing: she always makes sure I’m comfortable when giving my injections. She makes my office visits an adventure by talking to me as if I was someone in her family.
