I’ve been training with Keith for years. What strikes me about him is his endless work ethic and enthusiasm. He’ll make you work harder than you ever have before and you’ll be amazed at the results. It’s pretty cool to have your partner tell you that you look good and have more energy than ever before. Go to this boxing and fitness gym you will not be disappointed!
