Brittany was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Vision Center has a nice selection of frames and staff is pleasant and efficient.

Joanne was very knowledgeable, skilled, and really cares about getting things right, which is important when making lenses, especially w my strong distance prescription, lot of astigmatism, and fairly strong reading prescription (I got progressives). She knew the type of frames that would work well for my situation and found an excellent one that just felt right, looked right, looked good. Also, she is very patient, as I am a perfectionist:) and she is lots of fun, Ive gotta say, we had a good time. Picked up the new glasses today and they are excellent in all respects. I learned a good bit from my time there with Joanne, things that will help ensure I obtain the best vision possible in the future. So yeah, if you get a chance to work with her, youll be fortunate!

I have been going to Ochsner for years. However, there are some employees that go way above and beyond their job description. Miss Lyndisha was god sent on what was a very bad day for me. She was attentive and made sure I left with a smile. This young lady is truly an asset to the Ochsner family!!

She was patient and courteous throughout my consultation and I ended up with 👓 that I love. Andy was also great and helped with out with adjusting my eyeglasses when I went to pick them up. Great service all round. I would recommend them.

They were very helpful when I was looking for a new pair of sunglasses. They took the time to make sure I found a pair that fit just right and they had all of the big brands to choose from. I’d recommend to anyone looking for sunglasses to visit one of the locations.

Love going to Ochsner Vision Center. They are so helpful. They help you find the right frames for your face and for the right price. So i dont feel like i am paying too much. They are also great at fixing glasses. I have been there three times and they fixed my glasses! Thank you!

Joanne helped me purchase lenses with my new prescription for two of my existing frames. She recommended the Varilux X progressive lenses and polarized mirror lenses for sunglasses as my second free pair during their BOGO promotion. These lenses are truly amazing with excellent high-definition clarity! I was also able to use my flexible health spending account to pay for the lenses. Highly recommended with friendly and knowledgeable service!

Patisse was fantastic and thought out of the box for me, even though it was late in the day and I had a problem that was tough to fix. I greatly appreciated her help and recommend her to anyone that has a problem. Thank you!

I told the tech my vision was not clear with the new glasses. She made no attempt to adjust the arms on the glasses which were clearly not even. She just said to me to give it a week for my eyes to adjust. I took the glasses to St Charles Vision and the tech adjusted the Arms and I can see out of them now. Maybe the tech at Ochsner was new, but I was very disappointed with the service. I paid over $300. 00 for these glasses.

The emergency room doctor said they would call with appointment for the next day which was friday but when no call cane I called to find out opthomology clinic is closed on friday my eye which had super glue accidently put in it hurts terrible and is very red and swollen why did ER opthomoligst tell me to come in on next day which is friday ?

Horrible. Their credit card machines are down, they dont take insurance, and their Saturday hours are worthless because the lab isnt open then.

I did not have a good experience for my eye pain. Seen all of them. No one has helped. So disappointed.
