Dr. Mark and the NOLA Doc crew are wonderful! They are accessible via tele-medicine, and also house calls to your front porch- its the best of modern tech convenience and old school human-to-human care! Their care of my partner and I during the pandemic has been a godsend. AND they do important work in our community. I recommend NOLA Doc to all my people!

We called noladoc after my wife had an accident involving injuries to her nose, mouth, check and leg. She was also possibly dehydrated and may have suffered heat exhaustion a couple of days prior while we were in Galveston. Dr. Mark and nurse Matt came to our hotel room and did an outstanding job of listening, diagnosing and then treating her injuries. Brooke was also amazing. I highly recommend noladoc!

I was totally out of it these people saved me. The Doctor was very professional and friendly. And Claire was awesome !!!! I was totally dehydrate and got the hook up. Well worth the money . She stay with me the whole time and we just laught and laught. About an hour later i felt like a million dollarsI have not felt this good in months. Thank you guys!

Highly recommend Dr. Mark!My partner sliced his thumb open on our first night in New Orleans. We were panicked and could not get it to stop bleeding. In an effort to avoid the emergency room, we called Dr. Mark and he was over within the hour. He was able to get the bleeding to stop, give stitches in our AirBnB, clean and dress the wound successfully, and give instructions for further care. On top of that, he was extremely calm and kind in a what was a very stressful situation for us. He even called the following morning to check back in on the stitches over the phone. All in all, we had an amazing experience and we highly recommend the NOLA Doc for anyone who would like to avoid a trip to the emergency room. Thank you Dr. Mark and Brooke!

NOLA Doc saved my trip!After a long flight (followed by an even longer night of bar hopping in the Quarter), I had a brutal hangover and needed help. We contacted NOLA Doc and he was there in less than an hour. Mark was professional and courteous and has an awesome bedside manner. He hooked me up to some IV fluids that he customized to address my terrible nausea and by the time he left I was ready to take on another day in New Orleans! Highly recommend.

Do you remember that scene in Downton Abbey when the entire house comes down with Spanish Flu and they have to call for the doctor to treat all of the various nobility visiting the estate? Thats kind of how I felt when my husband suggested I not leave the bed during a very *unholy* bout of flu- a bit like is this too fancy for us? but too sick to get out of bed and protest. Dr. Mark was prompt, caring, extremely knowledgable and proactive. How refreshing to spend an hour in the company of a doctor who truly cares for his patients in the comfort of your own home, and instead of reaching for antibiotics, touting the benefits of proper hydration (broth people!) probiotics and supplements! I highly recommend him in the event you feel under the weather and require a house call!

Dr. Mark Berenson gave me the most thorough and insightful medical and health consultation Ive ever received from any doctor. Thats a strong claim, but its absolutely true. I was feeling absolutely miserable until the fantastic doctor Mark Berenson came to our hotel to administer treatment. I had been vomiting with diarrhea with no end in sight for almost 12 hours before he came, and Mark was quick and effective at learning my medical history and diagnosing. He immediately set up an iv which he administered painlessly on the first try (a first for me, usually everyone is rooting around in there looking for a vein). I felt better so quick it was incredible. Mark also has a wonderful bedside manner, and his friendly conversation illuminated some treatment opinions for some of my chronic pain as well.Don’t waste your time going to an er or urgent care - if you’re feeling like death warmed over, an amazingly competent and friendly doctor who comes straight to you with the good stuff is available in NOLA! He also said that he is happy to help with ivs for fast hangover cures 😜
