😲 OMGI wish I had read the reviews before going to this place. The lady that drew my blood today was rude, rough and acted like she was in a hurry. I cant remember her name but I went in today around 3pm, and I remembered because all she did was complain to another employee about someone leaving work around 3.While all that was going on, she proceeded to shove the needle in my arm and remove each vial and replaced them with extreme force. Ive had my blood drawn lots of times before, but this time, it left a bruise on my arm.DONT GO TO THIS PLACE

I went in today to get my blood work done, and it was not my best experience. The worker who did it this time name is Tiffany. She got the job done way quicker than she was supposed to almost like she was in a rush. She hurried up and stuck me with a needle and began to insert the vials. While taking one vial out and placing another one in she was not gentle at all. Hours later after I took off my bandage, I realized how bruised the area that I was tested from was and I do not bruise easily, at all. I also saw how I had a huge blood clot not too far from the area as well. Almost like the needle went in one way and out another, at least that’s what it looked like. Iβ€˜ve had blood tested multiple times before this and this was the worst experience I had ever have. I had a great experience once before at this same location, but by a different worker. I would’ve rated them a zero if I could’ve.

I went here today, the lady who took me to the back was VERY RUDE! I needed to take a drug test for my new job, My manager told me to go to this place since they send all their employees there. Once I got home I printed out the email from my job with my registration number on it. I arrived to the place and the wait time was about 15 minutes. I didn’t mind I wasn’t in a rush. I was called to the back & I showed the woman my email and she told me β€œYour not supposed to be here”, I said β€œMy manager told me to come here for the test.” She grabs the paper and says & I quote β€œYou can see with your own eyes that your not supposed to be here.” Then proceed to try to kick me out of the room. I usually don’t leave reviews but this one was needed. Wish I could leave zero stars very rude employees.

This is not a very polite office. Their is no one at the front desk, when I was called to the back the lady that was assisting me was very RUDE! 1st thing she told me to go ahead to a room which she didn’t even point me in the direction, then when I get in the room she said, I’m gonna need for you to put your phone down, well if I was given directions on what to do I wouldn’t be on the phone. It was just an overall bad experience. The other co workers look at you like you don’t belong there,They are rude! You can hear the workers yelling behind the door, using profanity, and talking about personal things, loud enough for the patients to hear. The literally made me wait 30 minutes for a drug test, when their was no other patient waiting. I will never go back there!

Just Terrible! Lady there has an unbelievable bad attitude. It wasn’t just a bad day bc my wife warned me about that location and her bad experience a month before. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Trust me!

VERY RUDE on the phone!!!! I felt as if the lady that answered the phone was extremely unhappy to be bothered, and felt the need to take it out on me by speaking with a condescending tone and attitude. The check in process is completely automated, and there was no receptionist in the room. Many patients needed help checking in, but there was no employee present to assist. Customers had to help each check in, because some were not very saavy to the kiosk. This slowed everything down. The technician was polite, but clearly in a huge rush. Next time I will drive the extra distance to visit Labcorp.

Intake lady was very rude. She acted as if I should have known what to do without her direction. I don’t like to give establishments bad ratings, but because of her stank attitude, Quest Diagnostics gets a star and would be less if I could do that

I went here two days in a row and the first day I witnessed what I assume to be the manager screaming at an employee for simply being kind and understanding to a patient who was upset. The second day the woman I saw berating an employee was the woman to draw blood from me. She tried to trick me into putting my credit card on file until she realized I knew it wasn’t required. I then requested a smaller diameter needle because I have problematic veins. She was clearly irritated by this request. She then proceeded to aggressively take my blood high up on my arm and caused a baseball sized hematoma. Every single medical practitioner and phlebotomist I saw since then this week has been aghast at the size and placement of the hematoma. Do not use this location. I switched getting my final blood work done at a different location this week to avoid this woman’s attitude and unprofessional behavior.

The problem with this theyveinstalled new sign-in machines,there a lot of senior citizensarent familiar with this newtechnology, and need helpsighing in,They just to sigh in thesenior citizens in that arentfamiliar with signing in.thatwould be nice, they mustremember theyve seniorcitizens in there family,and would want someoneto help them.
