Just Kids dental is a great place to take your children to get seen. I’ve been bringing my kids here for three years now and the staff was always patience and friendly to myself and my kids. Thank you guys for doing your part. We will be back to see you’ll in 6 months.

I can’t express how deplorable the customer service at this dentist office. From the times I’ve gotten calls last minute to reschedule appointments at the last minute because an “emergency” came up. Well today was the last time we will be visiting this office. I arrived right on time at 1pm. For two appointments for my girls. We waited 30 minutes before one of them had gotten triaged. I was unaware that the same dentist would be doing their work, & I had to go to work for 4pm. Should’ve been enough time IMO. My other daughter now gets called to the back, it’s 2pm now. So the dentist steps out. That’s once. She comes back in, minutes later, didn’t wash her hands, puts gloves on and gets ready to proceed with my daughter. She then reaches for her phone, & leaves the room AGAIN, this time to NEVER return. All while the laughing gas is just going on my kid’s face. So I ask the medical assistant where did the dentist go, and how long will she be, she ignored me. I asked her to remove the laughing gas and equipment from my daughter’s face so we can leave. Of course we had to wait a few minutes before she could remove it. But this is not the way you treat people. You could’ve asked another dentist to step in or at least to come in and say something. Just wanted to share this for anyone wanting to know how the service is here.

We were greeted and seen in a timely matter. The assistants were wonderful with my kids. Dr. D was awesome and gentle with all three kids. We recommend this facility!

My kids and I love this place. The staff is super friendly and professional and are definitely kid friendly. My son tells them he wants to spend the night!

I have been coming to just kids dental since I was 15 I’m 25 now and I still come with my kids the service is awesome all the staffs are very friendly and respectful ❤️ I will continue to bring my kids until they are to old

OFFICE ALWAYS CLEAN. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE.. MY KIDS ARE ALWAY SEEN WHEN SUPPOSED TO... THEY NEVER HAVE TO WAIT LONG..

My children have even going here for years and we’ve always had a great experience. The staff and doctors are knowledgeable and friendly. Wait times have been minimal. They are efficient, accommodating and through. Appointments are easy to schedule. I am happy my kids also like coming here.

What the hell, this is a dentists office. There were staff not wearing masks we we went there today! Were never going back. All 4 of our kids will be going to a new dentist that cares about their patients and our community.

The staff is amazing and so pleasant. All my kids go here. They are quick and the waiting area is entertaining for the kids. They are a really awesome place for the kids. I wish they took Adults 😍😍

My daughter has been going to Just Kids Dental for 2 years now. I absolutely love this dental office. The Doctors and their staff are very nice, polite and very knowledgeable. My daughter loves to go to the dentist because they make her feel very comfortable. I also have a 14 month old son who will also go to this dentist. My son is 1 and he just had his first dental appointment. I absolutely love this office. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Office is bright and clean and service was professional and prompt. Dr. Bullard was very friendly and professional with my little one. Happy to have found my son a dentist!

Today my child had an appointment and I had my niece with me and I love that a doctor came in and took the little out the room to get a toy while they Check my little girl teeth because she was screaming and crying...thanks so much I love this place ..

I bhave been going here for 6 years. The staff is very friendly and I never have to wait long. The doctors are straightforward and not trying to get extra money from you. Great place!

This facility was a great! The receptionist at the front desk was very polite. It looked clean and spacious in the inside. There was even a large play areas for young children, which is nice.I started taking my daughter to this facility about two years ago, and I appreciate everything they do even more now that I have had disappointing service with Kool Smiles. I took her to Kool Smiles because their scheduling worked better with my availability. However, they sent us out the door with my daughters teeth only half-cleaned, and that was only after I insisted that they scrape her teeth.I went to Just Kids after the really disappointing visit with Kool Smiles and tried to get her teeth cleaned more thoroughly but it was not allowed since Kool Miles already charged our insurance for it.Luckily, while I was was with Just Kids, the dentist looked at her teeth and could not believe that her teeth had such clear build up. The dentist asked me if her teeth were cleaned recently, and I told her that she had been seen by Kool Smiles that same week for a cleaning. She herself said how irresponsible it was for that dental office to release that child with noticeable built-up still on her teeth. That wonderful, glorious dentist said she would take care of it, even after I told her the front desk told me that my insurance had already been charged, so we had to go back to Kool Smiles.She called in an assistant, used a block to keep my little ones mouth open and scraped her teeth clean as she sang to her to calm her down. She also told me that electric tooth brushes were NOT recommended for such young children because they are so abrasive and cause irritation, which explained her cries and discomfort over that last week while chewing and eating. The advise the Kool Smiles dentist had given me about the electric toothbrush was in direct opposition with what the Jus Kids dentist thought was appropriate for her age.Night and Day! Night and Day! The service I got at Just Kids was above and beyond what I expected! I think Kool Smiles could learn a lot from Just Kids.

One of the worst adminstrative staff you can ever deal with. Unorganized, lack accurate information and unhelpful. It happened at least twice with me that they bring me to the office for an appointment and I have to leave with nothing done (or only little done) because of wrong schedules or bad communications.Try to avoid if you can or at least make sure to call before and get all the info ready specially if you have to drive for long distance.
