Love love love…..My mother has been a patient of Dr. Hagler for some time now…. I was looking for a new dental office so she recommended that I go to Dr. Hagler’s office….I am glad that I did.During the pandemic …I received great friendly service from the staff, exceptional dental work such as examination, cleaning, and an adjustment.Both Dr. Williams and Dr. Hagler took the time that wasnecessary to provide me with the proper treatment that I deserved and made sure that I was 100% satisfied before leaving the office.What really stood out to me the most and was super important to me was that the staff wore their mask correctly and made sure that they sanitized the areas after each patient.As we all know during the pandemic the quality of services in the community changed significantly in not such a great way…NOT HERE….I received excellent friendly services.What this tells me is that Dr. Hagler takes great pride in representing his office, provides awesome training for his staff and does not tolerate foolishness…..if my name was on the outside of the building….I would do the same. Great team work! I look forward to my next visit!Thank you Eagle Family Dental!!!!

I love the atmosphere from the waiting area to the examining rooms. What I don’t like is having an appointment for 12:00 p.m. and being seen at 1:30 p.m.for a cleaning, there should be more than one dental hygienist.

I am an existing customer , and despite coming here for upward of 4 years , they scheduled me at 9am apt. However, upon arriving , the business was closed. Nobody called me after making the appointment to accommodate business opens and closures. People have other things planned and jobs to do . Completely unprofessional.

Unprofessional & don’t care about their patients needs. Perform 2 tooth extractions & sent me on my way with prescriptions without a signature. Then I had to wait to get them to be signed. Also waited 2 hours to be seen for a scheduled appointment.

UPDATE: NO ONE STILL NEVER CALLED ME AND ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH.I guess I should have read these reviews before going here. I went because its around the corner from my house.First, I waited an hour to be seen. I understand some procedures take long, but for what he did, an assistant could have done it. He examined my teeth and said all these things needed to be done and that someone would call me after my insurance was verified. 3 weeks later, no phone call or email. He was very cold, not warm and professional like I thought. If dentists would smile more and make patients feel welcomed, they wouldnt be afraid. Now Im afraid to go back. Im still in pain.

Ive always had a pleasant experience with the Doc and the staff. They were especially comforting during the pandemic easing my anxiety about returning to the office.

I have made three visits to the Eagle Family Dental office within the last two months. Within that time frame, I have found Dr Hagler and his staff to be very professional, friendly and informative to me and the other patients. I highly recommend his office and services to any and everyone.

The front desk was like the opening act for The star in Dr. Hagler. He gave out and explained the consents and. Post op. His staff checked on my after the worksI had to go back for an adjustment which I did And after that no problem. Highly recommended

Two young ladies in the front are really nice. The pregnant Dental assistant and the other dental assistant were unprofessional. I had a crack tooth and I over heard them talking about how bad it smelled. I decided to leave before getting anything done. That was my purpose for being there. Please find some where else to go. Not a Professional place at all. My fillings cracked and I had to pay again to get his fixed for it to crack again.

I would recommend Dr. Hagler to any and everyone. I had two bridges put in at different times. I never felt any pain or discomfort at anytime. He appears to be a very serious person, a true professional who is very good/excellent at his craft. I am very satisfied with his work. After each bridge placement, a member of his staff called the same day to check on me an called again the next day. All is well and I am thrilled with what he has done for...…. a beautiful mouth and a beautiful smile. I guess anyone can have a bad experience, but..... Waited over an hour to get called back. Lackluster tech took 1 panoramic x ray which I was told 15 minutes later would need to be retaken. I waited for 10 more minutes and no one came back. I could hear a procedure being done next door, I left without being seen and will not be returning. Cutting my losses. Im sure the staff will respond to this stating they have no record of my visit. Definitely there should be more of a patient focus in this practice as opposed to quantity over quality.

Dr. Hagler is the best Doctor in New Orleans. He answered all my questions to the best of his knowledge. Dr. Hagler and his staff are very professional, gentle and caring with the highest state of the ART equipment. They made me feel right at home every time Im there while the gospel music is playing, watching T.V. and reading updated magazines. I couldnt be happier to have a big fine handsome young doctor like Dr. Hagler. Lawd, have mercy!

Ive been going to Eagle Family Dental since last year & I honestly always have a great experience. I had a tooth pulled on last Thursday & the staff went beyond their jobs to assist me! I had my 7 month old with me & I thought it would frustrate the staff that he cried but they watched him when I had xrays & Dr. Hagler even didnt mind when my baby was interacting with him as he was prepping me for the extraction. As a mother, that made me feel comfortable as ever! Thank you all Eagle Family DENTAL!

This is Reyna Sorapuru reviewing AGAIN I still feel the same. Now I’m terrified to go to the dentist PERIOD because of what happened to me here and you can’t verify me in your records because my last name is different. Since y’all wanna be so smart.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. The workers are extremely nice but Hagler is very rude, mean, & insulting. I got two wisdom teeth pulled at the same time and when he got to the left side it was not numb. As he was pulling it was very painful and I kept moving and screaming. He then told me he do not deal with children and that I need to be still. I was 19 at the time btw. He’s very arrogant and obnoxious. He’s not caring at all and He do not make the patient feel comfortable at all what so ever. Do not go to him !! Find somewhere else !!

I was very nervous about the procedure I was getting and no one asked me if it was my first time getting this procedure done and then maybe they wouldve recommended sedation. But they didnt. So not until half-way through it I had enough. I had to stop because I was extremely uncomfortable. No apologies were made, I felt like he was rushing the whole time. My thing is youre supposed to feel a little sympathy towards your patients, especially if they make it clear to you that they are scared. I FELT NONE. I felt an attitude and nothing sympathetic. Im not knocking this place but people have good and bad experiences anywhere. Mine was not good. Sorry not sorry.

Not the most professional when it comes to dentistry. He seriously needs to work on the way he handles patients...if he needs someone to turn their head a certain way, he could simply ask. He just forcefully pushed my head the way he wanted it to go... which answered the question I was asking myself about the his list of don’ts that was posted on the wall.

Love love love Dr Hagler. So down to earth and knowledgeable.

DR. HAGLER IS A WONDERFUL DENTIST. I HAD 2 REMOVALS AND I WAS VERY SCARED AND ON EDGE. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. AFTER HE WAS FINISHED I HADNT REALIZED THAT HE WAS DONE. I FELT NOTHING. I HAVE FOUND A NEW DENTIST.

One time I wouldnt bring my kids to no one but Dr. Crear and one day I went with all 3 of my kids and 2 of my lil cousins. Thats when we met Dr. Hagler he pulled all 5 of the kids wisdom teeth my youngest son had 8 wisdom teeth in his mouth because he have this thing called wide mouth but anyways Dr. Hagler pulled each of them and my son didnt feel a thing neither did the rest of the kids. Dr. Hagler gave us his cell number and said no matter what time it is please feel free to call me if something is wrong. That next night my son mouth was still bleeding and we called Dr. Hagler and instructed me to place a tea bag on the bleeding areas and have my son to bite down on it. I promise you guys my son mouth stop bleeding within 15 to 20 minutes afterwards. Dr. Hagler is and always have been very gentle with my family. I recommend friends and family to him. Dr. Hagler staff is awesome. If he doesnt get time to check on you his staff definitely checks on you throughout your healing.. I dont care what anyone else says I definitely will recommend them to anyone. I even had family come from Raceland to see him amd him and his staff took well good care of my family. Thanks Dr. Hagler and your wonderful and respectful staff!

After awaiting 35 minutes for him to come in the room I took an important call,once he see me on the phone,I quickly hung up and apologize for doing so because he does has signs up saying no talking,but he seems to not except my apology and talked to me as if I were a kid.well thats exactly what I felted like after I got hammered by him.Dr. HAGLER is very cocky and RUDE and disrespectful to clients that has an disability...shame on you doc....HAGLER! You shouldnt accept clients as such if you look down on them.

I AM IN LOVE WITH DR. HAGLER!!!! He keeps his staff professional, friendly, and welcoming. He made my experience as pain free as possible. Plus hes hot!! Lol!!!! 5 stars all the way!!

He is ONLY GOOD for pulling a tooth, nothing else! He did my filling on a tooth and I had problems for almost 2 years. I went back to him to tell him on two separate occasions that’s something was wrong he did not care to listen to what he had done and he was just overall RUDE! HE filed my tooth and placed a temporary filling or something which cracked . Instead of going back to him I went to another dentist and let them correct his mistake. He is not in this profession because he love it , it’s for the money! My coworker also had the same issue with him I’m seriously thinking about reporting him and getting someone to investigate over there! STAFF WAS NICE THOUGH!

He is rude as hell! And handles you rough . Doesnt show ANY concern. And he also makes up problems so he dont have to perform whatever you need done. He was rough with me and my lawyer IS being contacted!

Poor service if u got an appt at ten u not gon get seen ta 11 and his staff is unprofessional all they do is gossip and bring there drama ta work

The Dentist himself is great but his staff needs work. Rude service and poor timing. Would only recommend for emergencies. Waist of time.

Wasnt pleased with this place the dentist did a filling and comes back and say I need a root canal. Like other reviews he is rude and handles you pretty rough. After the procedure I couldnt eat anything hot or cold I felt like screaming. When I went back to him he said give it some time one year later- tooth (still not getting better).
