Last year. Amazing. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Additional to the fact it was my birthday and I received 5 star treatment.

By far the best hotel to stay in town. Great service and welcoming staff. The Afternoon English Tea is the best. The spa is exceptional. This is truly an extraordinary place New Orleans can brag on.

I love the Spa at Windsor Court! I have been more times I can count. If Im in NOLA Im going to enjoy some time there. The staff is so welcoming and professional. Amy is an outstanding massage therapist. The Monarch wrap is such a big deal!! The locker room, pool, I could go on & on. Just do it!!

Beth was in to take care of us on thanksgiving day and our experience was exceptional. Never considered New Orleans as a spa destination, but she changed my mind. Will be coming back and would recommend to anyone! Great attention to detail.

Amazing service and amenities. I have never before had staff completely fall all over me like Im the Queen of England. Prices are a little more steep, but definitely worth it.

This whole hotel is spacious, clean, and wonderfully appointed -- and the spa is no exception. From the moment you walk in youll notice the amenities -- everything from a free steam shower to every kind of toiletry to complimentary wheat grass shots -- that you may not get at other spas. My massage therapist was such a sweet and calming presence, and my service (the Monarch Wrap) was such a treat. I really liked this place and would definitely go back.

Great experience! I went in for the 80 minute massage and the express manicure. The massage was great, as expected. I was surprised with the express manicure, which lasted over a week...with regular polish.

Wonderf. hotel in New Orleans. Everything is beautiful, the staff is very friendly. Food and especially breakfast are amazing. Rooms are very luxurious (hall, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and dressing). Nice place to be at particularly during the carnaval period. New Orleans French Quarter is a must !

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love the Windsor Court Hotel and all of the dining facilities. It is beautiful, the staff is amazing, the food is delish, the service is bar none, and the atmosphere is luxurious. So, I expected the best from the spa.We had a couples massage. The facilities and staff were courteous. The massage was very weak. The masseuse used almost no pressure. I asked twice if she would adjust and she did not. I am not a super muscular person so I dont know what was going on. I get regular massages and have not ever had this experience. My boyfriends massage was great.Afterward I took the card of the manager and emailed to express my displeasure and concern that the masseuse was not responsive. The massage was very costly at around $200 each which would not have been a problem if the experience was good. To add insult to injury the manager was defensive and not at all responsive. We emailed twice. She advised that I should have upgraded ahead of time to a deep tissue massage and never for once considered that I may be correct. She had no response to the fact that I asked twice during the massage for more pressure. As if paying an additional $20 or whatever was the issue. (If I can afford $400 for two massages clearly I am not worried about an upgrade.) I asked that she simply listen for other complaints about the masseuse or provide feedback, but she again advised that I was wrong.Wow. I had never had bad customer service at a luxury hotel. I will never go to the WC Spa again even with the discounts Ive been getting by email. I will also share this story with any and all who ask me about the spa.

This spa is beautiful, and the staff is always very helpful.whether Im looking to relax for a few hours or just desperately need a massage or pedicure this is favorite spa.

I had Imani. She was friendly and did a great job with the pedicure. But unfortunately when she got to the manicure she skipped the scrub, hand massage and paraffin wax. She also skipped 1 coat of polish which she asked me if that was ok and I said yes but I didnt realize until I left other things got missed too. I called the spa when I got back to my room and they were helpful and gave me a credit for the parafin but Im still disappointed that I paid $55 to get my nails polished and buffed.
