Hands Down the best place for your child to go. Mr. Jernigan is absolutely the kindest person I have ever met. He knew exactly what my son needed and taught us both how to overcome his reading disorders in a way that was fun and educational. Look no further than here for help and you won’t be disappointed!!

My son has been seeing Ms.Laura at the New Orleans East location for about 2 years now. Shes very patient and has worked very hard with helping my son with his pronunciation.hes doing amazing now, thanks to Ms.Laura!!!

Mrs. Laura has helped my daughters with her speech and pronunciation. I’ve watched her use several different speech improvement tools and they all have help my daughter improve her speech. Thank you Mrs Laura for doing a great job and having the skill and patience to help my daughter.Thank you.

The audiology department took the time to review my daughters special needs. We got our report within 2 weeks of the evaluation. If I could just rate them, I would give them 5 stars. If you need an audiologist, this would be the place to go.The speech services were not helpful. It took 3 MONTHS to get my evaluation back (after I called MANY times). Youre better off elsewhere for speech services. If you have a deductible plan, they expect you to pay up front (not a problem). But if your insurance pays more and you are entitled to a refund, good luck getting it! It has been a month and Im still waiting on my refund. I get the same excuse every time I call to check on my refund, It will be mailed on this day or that day. The front desk lady is very nice and I would giver her 5 stars.

Amazing staff and service. My daughter received services here for 2 years and they were always really invested in her development. They went above and beyond writing letters.for her teachers and making sure she was getting the right level of support outside of speech therapy. They have a positive, warm, welcoming environment which not only serves in developing speech but also confidence. So glad we found this place.

The staff there is great, you are always welcomed with a smile upon entering and exiting the facility. My grandsons therapist is just Awesome: Ms. Trish we appreciate all you do.

Mr. Lesley is great with our son. He has already managed to make tremendous progress with his use of prepositions and enunciation in such a short period of time. Mr. Lesley is wonderful when it comes to knowing how to get Our sons attention and keep him focused. He can be a wiggle worm at times so keeping him on task can be challenging. Very pleasant working with you so far this Year! I wish we would have contacted you sooner. Thank you!

The entire staff is very kind and accommodating. They are super helpful when you have a problem with your hearing aid even if it is your fault. They have helped with cleaning and repairs. Theres no parking lot but street parking is rarely a problem

My family has been utilizing NOSHIs services for almost a year now. My childs cognition, speech and language has EXPLODED during this time! The staff is courteous and helpful. My childs therapist is both knowledgeable and sensitive to his needs, always aligning his therapy goals to both his personal needs and what is being taught in the classroom. My daughter has improved a lot since she started seeing Mr Jernigan. My daughter has been in speech therapy since before we got here in 2015 and it didnt seem like she was improving until after we started seeing Mr Jernigan. With him it felt like she improved over night and 6 months ago when we had our son she still improved and didnt regress. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for speech therapy

I would love to give this place no stars not even half way into the place there were dead roaches laying around. Worst of all when told about them the receptionist just sat there and could care less that there were children around the area. This place is a health violation waiting to happen.

My daughter has learned so much about different sounds and word pronunciation. I would recommend Mrs. Fitzgerald, my daughter loves her.
