So! I waited a while to give my review. Im going to say because half of my jewelry was stolen from this establishment while I was receiving service and the staff did not seen to care is the reason I give ONE STAR! With so many open spaces where multiple people are I should have known not to put my 2 pairs of gold earrings (studs) (gold and diamonds.. prolli fake diamond but I kept up with them for years) in the blue cup when prompted. But I wasnt thinking. The only the I got back was my necklace & Im sure its because its a necklace which is bigger then earrings so I may have been more bothered about. Sadly i only live across the street from here but Id rather go across the globe then to get services if my belongings will DISAPPEAR

The staff in the back is amazing, they take care of my son so good every single time. However, I’ve yet to meet one nice receptionist. They always have a face on like they’re annoyed if you ask them questions, have cut me off while I’m talking, they just seem like they do not want to be there nor do their job. If you’re not a people person then a receptionist job just isn’t for you.

Hate the place, did stuff i didnt authorise and charged me

Shirley who schedule appointments was extremely RUDE!!! She threaten to cancel my appointment because she woke on the wrong side of the bed this morning very unprofessional and because her I’ll be going elsewhere she needs to be train more she Has no people skills... they called me to schedule an appointment I didn’t call them I just had a question and she went crazy!! I don’t want to go somewhere with staff acting like they’re crazy!!

Very nice and experienced dentists. The price is very reasonable. I was diagnosed to be deep cavity and need a root canal. After the deep cleaning the dentist found the cavity did not reach the nerves and finally decided to fill the hole instead of root canal. I was told to return for a root canal anytime I feel hurt in the future. This is really a thoughtful treatment.

I am new to New haven and picked this dental clinic for my kids based on the reviews but I am very wrong in doing so based on other reviews. Bad service. No time management. Always delaying the service. The doctor does an average job explaining stuff different from my old pediatric dentist. I will never go there again.

I had an amazing experience at Sutton dental . Makera the dental hygienist took his time with my cleaning and my teeth feel great. He was very welcoming and made my visit comfortable and easy . . I definitely would recommend Sutton dental to my friends and family .

New Dentist in area..does a great job on braces have all different colors nice atmosphere. Very clean.and employees also very nice great local place to go for braces.my Friend was very satisfied and she states the service was painless it was quick dentist was very nice....even wanted to check my teeth..

If you have a problem during a holiday with braces, there is no one available with the Orthodontist until after the holiday. Example: Today 1-30-19, Sutton will not be back until 1-8-2020, quite a long time if you have an emergency with your braces.

The staff here is great. I have had Cara with me for my appointments a few times now and she is by far the best! She takes the anxiety out of going to the dentist by making it a positive experience. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Powe, and Cara was there holding my hand through the tough parts. We were all able to joke around and laugh which made the experience that much easier.

Staff and physicians are always professional and courteous, follow up exam is always given in advance, your childs dental history and needs are explained in laments terms so you can relate and understand. The establishment is always clean and well kept.

I brought all 4 of my children in to Kool Smiles the other day and the efficiency and knowledge was amazing. They interacted with all my children great and were able to handle my very active 5 year old. Thank you for the great service.

Great experience at this office. The doctor was really nice and the staff to excellent care of us.

In the past month this place had called me 15 times trying to get me to come in for a cleaning as I used their service once last year. They even called my emergency contact, my mom, telling her I need to come in for a cleaning. I finally gave in and made an appointment with them and I asked them to verify that my insurance was still active and the cleaning would be covered. they repeatedly told me they couldnt check now and would only run my insurance 2 days before my appointment. So I called them the day before the verify my cleaning was covered and they said yes. I came in the next day and they pulled up my file. They told me they just ran my insurance and it was inactive. They wasted HOURS of my time including leaving work to go for an appointment. They probably think if they can get you in you will cough up the money anyway but I left to go back to work. What a scam.

My daughter loves it! Everyone was nice to us. We were an hour late to our appointment, and I explained the situation; they were nice enough to squeeze us in.

Ortho team is great! Sharra is great ! she always makes sure she doesn’t hurt me when she changes my color for my braces .. love u girl !

Dr.Bandla and her assistant Elizabeth were fast and precise while filling in my cavity. I was only in the chair for 20 minutes!

Elizabeth and doctor Quinn, were very good and have carefulness when they work on you.

I love bringing my boys here. We were going to another office in East Haven where we reside. But they didnt enjoy going. But once we started coming here they looked forward to every visit. The funny thing is my son said mommy can we go early. My other son yelled Yayyy we are going to the dentist. This makes me happy as a mom that my sons love coming to the dentist. This will pave the way for them to enjoy and love taking care of their teeth.

Their doctors are great and most of their receptionists and assistants are also nice. It really does take just that one bad apple to take away that 5th star.

That place is is horrible! The dentist was disrespectful and couldnt handle when she was disrespected right back told me I had to reschedule. Their customer service is trash. In NY you wouldnt get treated like that. They get NO stars.

Very poor dentist dose not know how to diagnose a poor crown. They do not know what a post core and post crown build is they want to pull your teeth. You will need implants after there care or a good dentist to do post core post crown build.

The receptionist are awful. Theyll cater badly. Ive been calling for 2 days for an appointment and when she answered she told me they can make an app because they dont know why i have to bring my daughter to New Haven because I was from Bridgeport. I told her the Bridgeport office give me a referral because they dont deal with the cravings and New Haven do. The lady put me on hole and transferred me to the office of Bridgeport without asking who was the patient. I do not recommend this office because they treat people badly. The lady said that its only one person working in the office and has more patients waiting. She dont even gave me her name so who ever was working on 3/24/2015 at 2:20 you need to change you attitude.

The most unprofessional experience I ever had in dental care. I had an 8am appointment and I was only seen at 9am. Even then, the secretaries didnt do their job correctly and hadnt checked my insurance prior to the appointment, making it so that I couldnt be seen by a dentist.When my insurance couldnt be confirmed because the company is at a different time zone, the dentist proceeded with the cleaning without notifying me that it was possible I would be completely charged for the appointment! That is not informed consent as they didnt inform me.There is no privacy. You dont have an individual room and so everyone is next to each other, and you can hear other dentists talking to patient.Dont waste your time here like I did.

The staff is good but Doctor has no concern for patient except for money. They recommended sedation and anesthetic for my 2 year old to put in crowns and performed X ray. I am shocked that how greedy these people can get without considering the well being of kids.. Dr. Shruti was not only rude but she did not even try to discuss the recommandations Never going back!

They were Ruud an hAd me an my four kids waiting in the waiting area for 3 hours. My twins needed work done but they were coughing because they have asthma they told me because he sick they can not rescheduled their appointment an will no longer be seen there. Ive never heard of that and my feelings were hurt I walk out in tears. They were so mean dont go to the Kool Smiles in New Haven it would of been the first time the twins ever had work done but its okay i found a better way nicer kid friendly dental office that understands when a child have health issue but Also need dental work professionals. kool smiles do better.

I had 10am appointment and didnt get seen until 1130..I had 3 tooth remove yesterday and the surgeon that did it lacks empathy..He was running back and forth between myself and three other patients.. I was left in the room for a very long time..When he was done,he did not even take the time to listen to any concerns i had after.. The dentist assistant was very kind..However,, I wont be going back to that location anymore..

The front office manager is extremely rude and condescending- she told me I was lying about being in pain! She cut me off and was not empathetic at all. Kathy is her name i believe- whoever works days on Tuesdays. If you have the option to go elsewhere- go.Also- the first doctor I visited completely misdiagnosed me and I ended up having to pay to see another doctor, then come back again for a situation that should have been rectified the first time.

Not happy with the service.My child had anemergency with his braces!!They have no on-Call doctor/or partnership with another facilityfor emergencies.Will be glad when the bracesare removed!

I used to like Kool smiles when they first opened. I recently switched my children from there because they are unprofessional. They overbook appointments and the sitting time once U get in the back is ridiculous because they only have 1 doctor working.

The receptionist at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful when you talk to the office manager he has a don’t give a damn attitude the staff in the back are awesome nasty . I brought my daughter here for a yearly check up they found she needed if you filling I asked them if they can do for anytime but to get Peyton more they only did two at a time . I would not recommend anyone to take the child all themself to this dentist . Office is very dirty so was the bathroom staff an office manager needs to learn How to treat patients

I am still trying to figure out why my husband and I experience was the worse, because our daughter goes their and I have been nothing but satisfied in and out service. But my husband and I both waited an hour before to be seen and the whole appointment took 2 hours each. My appointment was at 9:00am and I was done at 11:00 and wasnt seen until 10:20am, my husband appointment was at 10:00am he didnt get seen until 11:00am and her was there until a little after 12noon.

Everytime I come here im in and out. There excellent service and I recommendend this place to everyone. This is one spot where your definitely going to get in and out!

Weve been clients for over 2 years and service was good up until this year. The turn over rate is HORRIBLE. . Some staff are very pushy and unprofessional. . The pediatric services are horrible as well. . . Adult care is OK. .would no longer be a patient there . .
