Im a teacher at Sew Easy and love what I do! It brings me so much joy seeing each childs face light up walking through the door everyday. I have always loved to sew and to be able to teach children this life skill is such an amazing and empowering feeling. I love seeing their confidence and creativity blossom with each project they make.

My now first grader was taking sewing classes for over a year at Sew Easy, since kindergarten. She loved going to classes and used to make pillows for her friends at school. She loved showing me all of the new creations she made, and never shows any sign of disinterest, until I received a phone call from the owner whom I’ve never met, advising me to think twice before signing her up for her next session, as she has been working on a project for too long, and has been spending too much time talking to her friends, as stated by the teachers in her class. My daughter was very hurt by this and decided to stop taking sewing classes. A few weeks later I received a phone call again from the owner, asking me to call her associate with a credit card number, because she has not cashed the check I sent in over three months as it has been sitting on her desk. I was unable to connect with her associate as I was leaving on vacation. I was then called multiple times while on vacation and unable to answer. The day I landed, a male, I believe the owners husband called and spoke very rudely to me, demanding my credit card information as if he was a collections agent. I am so disappointed in the way my daughter and I were treated. Although the teachers have always been nice, and my daughter has loved going to sewing, our interaction with the owner completely turned us off!

My daughters love Sew Easy! They have been going to the classes for years. Great instruction on creative and interesting projects. My kids bring home things they can actually use.

My sister has been going here for years and she loves it!
