DR AMIN TOOK CARE OF MY DAD, JAMES NEWMAN. HE WAS ALWAYS PATIENT, KIND, AND WILLING TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING WE DID NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND?. NEVER RUSHED US. TREATED MY DAD WITH GREAT RESPECT THROUGH HIS ALZHEIMERS DISEASE. I TRULY ADMIRE AND RESPECT DR AMIN. NOT VERY MANY LIKE HIM ANYMORE.

Love love Dr. Amin. Live in Alabama and come faithfully. Have came from Iowa for appointment. Excellent bed side manner.

Horrible staff. Dad needs his blood pressure medicine and need 5 bypasses but they won t return our calls. Its been months. Never come to this dr. He may be good but it you don t have a heart issue when u get there, u will by the time you leave from all the stress they cause.

The hospital I had surgery at had this guy look at my ekg before my surgery (not with him) for the ok. The hospital and my insurance told me there were no copays owed and I had the surgery. Couple months later his billing office sends me a bill for $30, I contacted the hospital and my insurance again and both assured me I owed nothing. My insurance even said they would pay the charge but his billing office would not contact them nor would they make any efforts on their part. I could never trust a doctor with such shady billing practices.

Dr. Amin is a very good doctor but his staff is horrible. They do not follow up with you after stating they will. You call and leave several messages and still don’t get phone calls returned. The current male nurse is very unprofessional and does not seem to be very knowledgeable of his job. My blood pressure medication was changed without my knowledge and he didn’t seem to know what was going on. I would not recommend this office!

Topnotch doctor who cares about his patients....very thorough.......excellent staff.

A great heart speciialtist and great staff

Definitely would not recommend this place. I was sent here by Emergency room doctor to get emergency echo for heart. I was told they will see you tomorrow and do this and have results immediately. WRONG. I went and paid a co-pay to get another appointment to be seen. So, I come back for the echo and then have to come back the next day for a stress test. Then I am forced to come back the next day for results. I complained, as this is too much. Just phone me my results. They wouldn’t have it, I guess they need all the office payments they can get.So, I go to get my results. My appointment is at 9am. About 905am someone arrives to finally unlock the office. At 10:30, Dr. Sarkar comes in to the room. I am not happy by this point. He never apologizes or anything for the wait. He tells me all the tests look great, but is going to treat me for a heart issue regardless. This made little sense to me but whatever.He gave me an RX for heart medication to begin immediately. This was sent to CVS. Apparently, my insurance requires a pre-authorization for this. So, CVS faxed the form to the office of the doctor and they needed to call or send it to insurance. I phoned 3 times over 2 weeks and they still haven’t done this. They refuse to return my phone calls either.

I think the Dr is a good Dr but the people who works in the office is very irresponsible when it comes to their job!my husband is out of his Blood Pressure pills!and we tried to contact them several times!!to folloow up the request from the CVS Pharmacy!But you cannot even talk to a right person or a return call from them!never!!!im very disappointed to this people because my husband really need that pills!!

Dr. Amin is a great physician and is a pleasure to work with.
