This company is actually owned and operated by Lincare. I do not recommend Lincare. Id look for another provider immediately! Ive dealt with this company for years. Very seldom have there been good experiences. The good only comes from a handful of employees that have the best intentions. Unfortunately, corporate will still do what they want, even at the cost of patient care. Most of the time, there are supply issues. However, my biggest complaint is the oxygen service is horrible. Roosevelt and Derrick are wonderful, but the rest of the delivery drivers have poor people skills and they really dont want to do the job. Heaven forbid, trying to get oxygen on the weekend. Its like pulling teeth to get a delivery. My recent complaint is that this company will let the patient go without oxygen, period! Were currently dealing with a weather event that creates a great deal of problems with oxygen delivery. Thats understandable, but this company doesnt take any precautions before a winter storm to avoid service issues. Heaven forbid, there is a winter storm, this company will tell you your out of luck. The service manager, point blank told me that oxygen delivery isnt their problem and the patient can do without or find some other way to get the oxygen. If thats the case, why does this company provide a medically necessary service?Go somewhere else or deal with the nightmare.

Aside from the five different staff members I’ve spoken with being courteous and polite (except one, who started getting snooty at my questions), we’ve had a horrible experience with this company. We came to Nashville, Tennessee, on vacation to visit our children with my 76-year-old Mama, who is on oxygen 24/7. We called in Monday to order her portable tanks so we could take her riding and sight-seeing (from the safety of our car due to Covid). We were told they would be delivered next day - Tuesday. By noon, no one had come or called, so I called back. Long story short, I spoke to four different individuals, all in all, over a two day period, with each wanting to take down all the same information and one even sounding as if we were not in their system at all. However, they had already delivered an oxygen machine to the home where we would be staying before our arrival. We even called our home oxygen supplier who then called this company on our behalf. Minutes after, one of their employees called us back, assuring us the oxygen would be delivered shortly. That was hours ago. We have essentially lost 2 days of vacation waiting on them to deliver the portable oxygen my Mama needs to go riding. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone, unless you like hearing empty promises.

Service was cancelled over two years ago and they still bill me a rental fee. Have now made five attempts to correct this situation and nothing has been resolved. The worse customer service ever. Completely useless company.

Other than having a hard time getting through on the phone, the staff went above to help me with my dads equipment order. The ladies up front were very nice. It would be nice to be able to speak with someone right away tho.

Trespassed on my property twice when they scheduled me for a certain day and then they delivered oxygen tanks on a different day, do not answer then phone, hang up on patients, use a variety of scenarios to explain why they did not deliver oxygen to you including you did not call during business hours and there are only 20 slots on the computer and they were all filled and we didnt get that message, when you ask the delivery person for supplies he will say you have to ask me specifically which supplies you need and then when you tell him the specific names of the supplies, he smiles and says NO, you tell the other delivery person that he is delivering on the wrong day and you say Yall told me the delivery is Friday and this isnt Friday and the delivery person gets ENRAGED and yells WHO YOU CALLIN YALL?!! in my face and slams the door and refuses to give me supplies or explain why he is TRESPASSING ON MY PROPERTY again, have been accused of hiding tanks and asked by the delivery person to physically search my house in an attempt to find the missing tanks which they accuse me of hoarding, chastised by the phone operator WHY DO YOU USE SO MANY TANKS? to which I explain that I go to the doctor and I go outside and I AM ENTITLED TO A QUALITY OF LIFE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A LUNG DISEASE, finally the Regional Manager calls me and accuses ME OF SWEARING, which honestly is a natural response to this level of abuse of a patient, but which I did not do, but I understand the need to blame the victim, besides, TRESPASSING IS A CRIME and SWEARING IS NOT A CRIME, the patient will be victimized by this company, the patient will endure an unbelievable amount of mental stress and strain in an attempt to simply get a regular supply of oxygen tanks once per week, this is absolutely the worst Medical Supply Company in Nashville. Period.Abuse of a patient is a crime. Trespassing is a crime. Here we go again: Was in the back room of the house waiting for the driver to call me to tell me he was here. Driver did not call me, even though a huge sign is posted on the door with my phone number. No loud knock, no doorbell, nothing. Went outside in the afternoon to find a note on the doorknob saying Sorry we missed you! Well try again tomorrow. So the next day comes, and this time I hear the truck in the driveway, so I am standing at the door. I start to ask Derek about why he didnt call me and he says WE ARENT SUPPOSED TO TALK TO YOU which is a very de-humanizing thing to say. So then he says Sign the tablet or I am taking the oxygen tanks back. I start to say Wha-What? and then he gathers up the tanks and starts taking them back to the truck. So I start to sign the tablet, and he drops the tanks and grabs the tablet and starts walking away. At that point I inform him that I do not want him on my property anymore, at least not without a background check. Acted like he did not hear me.Spoke with Jason the manager and explained the situation about Derek yelling in my face WHO YOU CALLIN YALL the previous week and also explained this incident. Jason says You cant run a background check on my employee when I told him I did not want this abusive employee on my property anymore, never mind all the failed attempts to deliver oxygen (see above for description). Jason told me that he couldnt guarantee that this employee couldnt be on my property, so he would have to stop delivering oxygen. So I had to choose between either not having oxygen tanks delivered or having this disgruntled employee on my property. I chose to not have oxygen tanks delivered. So Jason says You will have to come to the office to pick up the oxygen tanks in person but you should call ahead first because we run out of tanks and we might not have them. So I tell Jason, Oh Im used to not having oxygen tanks at this point, Jason, dont worry.Who would be so cruel as to deliver oxygen tanks and then gather them up and take them back from the patient who desperately needs these tanks in order to go to the doctor?
