Natalie is a saving grace and Im so grateful to have someone I trust (with my whole heart!) problem solving my skin issues and acne in a way that is tailored to ME, my lifestyle, my history, and my goals. She breaks things down into bite sized pieces for an understanding and approach that makes me feel like Im finally on a track to achieving and maintaining glowing skin!

This place does not seem to be set up for a diversity of clients meaning, if you are melanated they cant really help you with any laser treatments. I booked a consult and told the receptionist that I wanted to come in and go over the treatment options for my skin type because I am African American; so she was informed. I did some research and it sounded like they had the laser that would work well with people of my skin tone so I was excited to come in. The next day I was told over the phone that they did not have any laser treatment options for African Americans. Not sure what changed from one day to the next. They may want to specify on their website that they only treat specific skin types for laser treatments so this wont happen to anyone else.

Complexion is far and away the best Cosmetic Dermatology Boutique in Nashville. Beth and Natalie are true masters of their craft. They both value a youthful and rejuvenated aesthetic- their patients never look overdone. Additionally, Courtney is the most meticulous esthetician Ive ever visited. I would give Complexion 10 stars if I could!

Amazing place!! Beth was so helpful and honest about what my skin needed. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy expensive products or procedures like a lot of other places will do. She has also been so kind and helpful with any questions I have outside of my appointment times. I have lived in Nashville 6 years and tried many different places & this is by far the best. I cannot rave loudly enough about Complexion and the women who run this heaven sent cosmetic derm boutique! I had gone to a super popular skin care clinic in Nashville beforehand and kind of felt like I was in an assembly line of girls, it didnt really cater to the individual so I was on the hunt for something new. I came in a year ago for a little touch up and to feel the vibe of the place and get a sense of the skill of the practitioners. It took all of about 10 minutes before I signed my life over to these ladies who are the perfect combo of conservative and innovative, always listening to me before offering options and opinions. They refreshed my face after having a baby (the sleepless nights were showing) and I finally feel like (a better version of) my old self again!! Whether you see Natalie or Beth, theyre both fantastic, and Shelbye does amazing facials!

There has to be a reason I drove 40 miles to get a treatment at Complexion Nashville. That reason is Beth Higney. I had seen her in previous years when she worked at another clinic and tracked her down to her new location. In my opinion she is the consummate professional in skin care. Beth carefully evaluated my skin to determine the best procedures to benefit my skin. She patiently answered all of my questions in a friendly non rushed manner. With our faces being one of the most obvious parts the public sees, I confidently place mine into Beths experienced hands.In addition, Katie ,the receptionist, was friendly and delightful to talk to while waiting and kindly answered all of my questions when I called to schedule my first appointment and to make a followup appointment. I am very pleased with the services that Complexion offers and will return in the future.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Complexion and the entire staff there. First of all, the space is absolutely gorgeous and Natalie and Beth thought of every detail. From the wonderfully plush blankets in each patient room, to the personalized sound system (you get to pick the music that plays in your room) and the comfy chairs, you kind of just want to hang out at Complexion! Ive seen Natalie for both fillers and botox and she is a very skilled provider. My results have been fantastic and Im looking forward to my next visit for micro-needling. I find it reassuring that both Natalie and Beth are NPs and have a ton of experience in cosmetic dermatology - I wouldnt let just anyone put a needle in my face. They know what theyre doing. Complexion so many skincare offerings beyond the typical botox/filler stuff - Natalie can address just about any skincare concern you have. Last, they carry some really great products that you cant get anywhere else in Tennessee. Highly recommend Complexion to anyone looking for a provider who really knows their stuff!

Last week, I had microneedling done by Natalie. I’ve done microneedling at least five times in the past at a couple of different places and Natalie is a pro with a microneedling tool that is superior to the others. Very happy with the results and highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back!
