My daughter an I come here once a month for pedicures. I also get eyebrow waxing done. We feel this is a relaxing and peaceful environment. We have gone to many, and this is now our only go to place for the services they offer.

Place is really clean and welcoming, but the service is poor; they almost always are understaffed, I felt my pedicure was rushed, did not scrub under my feet enough, only one person doing manicures every time I go there, have to wait a long time and the younger girl doing pedicures does nails and pedicures at the same time. Last time she used the same cloves she was giving someone a pedicure and came over to me to do my gel manicure with the same cloves; in this pandemic, I will never go back. The older lady with the nice eyelashes and that dresses well, keep your political views to yourself. It’s very unprofessional to share your political views at the workplace, next time a client expresses an overt distaste for a particular governor or president, handle it like a business owner; not like you’re at a girls night out.

First visit and definitely not my last. I forgot to get the lady’s name but everyone in there was super nice and professional with the clients they were working with, they went at a really good pace while still giving quality work. I got a full Acrylic set and I was in there maybe an hour and a half? Waited 10ish minutes for them to finish with the previous client to get to me. They offer tons of different services at decent prices. Very clean and they did a good job at keeping everyone distanced as best they could for the size shop they have

😍I went to Aispa & Nails on Radio Road to have my nails done. I love the decorations inside the salon. The salon is clean, organized, and no chemical smell at all. The staffs are friendly, their customer service is the best, and they take precautions due to COVID like wearing masks and gloves. They make my nails beautifully. I recommend this nail salon to everyone. I will keep posting more pictures for my next new nails.

I had to come to Florida from North Carolina because of a death in our family. I was looking for somewhere to get my nails done so I went to Google search and there was AI spa. So I called made an appointment and Im so glad that I did. these ladies went out of their way to make my experiences pleasant as it was and I would just like to thank them.

I first called to make a reservation for a manicure and nails, they offered (force) the dipping powder, when i arrived i didnt want the dipping powder but the lady refused to do acrylic and i had an event that night so i felt force to go for the dipping powder, she said the nails will look very naturals, nothing further from the truth, I dont like the nails, they are very thick and they feel so sensitive to the contact. And on top of that the tech told me she was not going to give me a manicure, only the nails, honestly i felt lied and disappointing, will not go back there and i dont recommend this place at all.

I was not happy with the price or quality of my nails. I was astounded by the price. I paid more for a fill than I have ever paid for a full set in my life. It took far too long as well. The people there were quite nice. I have no complaints about the customer service at all.

We love this place! The salon atmosphere is so nice, and we are always treated so well. I am always impressed by the impeccable pedicures. Bonus points - I took my daughter for her first pedicure and she had a BLAST. The staff made it such a special experience!!

I am from out of town and my aunt told me about Aispa. What a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is so relaxing and they did such a great job. My skin feels great and my nails look great. Very satisfied!!!!

I had an appointment at 1:00pm and was still waiting at 1:20pm. They finally set me up in a pedicure chair with cold water in the basin. No jets were turned on either. I sat for another 10 minutes and finally stood up to leave, which I did. Do not recommend at all. There was also a woman who came in at the same time to have all her cracked nails redone.

This is the best salon in Naples. They do amazing work and very friendly. Highly recommend!

I paid extra for their SPA Pedi, it was supposed to last 45 minutes. If that includes the 15 minutes drying time, their estimate is OK. I mentioned at the beginning that I was most interested in the Leg/foot massage part. That part lasted about 3 minutes. I have had much better and longer massages from a regular pedi at other salons. Disappointed at price and service delivered. Will not go back.

I have been coming to Kate for powder nails for well over a year. She does a beautiful job and my own nails are healthier than ever! Kate is always so kind and professional! It is a very clean, spa like environment with multiple services and peaceful music! I always look forward to my AiSpa calm getaway!

Our appointment for pedicures was for 430, we arrived 420. No one greeted or acknowledged us for 20 minutes then had us sit with our feet in lukewarm water for another 20 minutes.Finally they decided to do our pedicures (we should have walked out). Very perfunctory pedicure not relaxing and an awful job trimming nails. I had to re-trim several at home.Only good thing, the place seems clean and hygienic and without caustic odors.Very disappointed, appears unstaffed with indifferent technicians. Going elsewhere.

Overall, it was an okay experience. Pleasant customer service. Presentable nails. Nice application. Very lovely layout and comfy ambience with soothing music. My cuticles, which are REALLY sensitive, didnt bleed though my thumb was nipped a little. Overall, the basic needs were met.However, nothing extraordinary considering they charge $5-$10 extra for gel polish than most nail salons Ive been to and charge $5 extra just to remove it before applying a new coat. But I was on a tight timeline for the day and wanted to give them a shot, see if they were worth the money. And despite the $15 over the norm, one of my thumb nails still chipped today. Its only been one day and its gel polish... Saving grace is I chose a relatively neutral nail color, so its not too noticeable.I think 3 🌟 is reasonable, and I anticipate as they continue growing they may improve, but lowering the prices may be a good start. At least until their quality of services match the prices[UPDATE] Two days into gel manicure and the nail has chipped further and now peeling. This is not worth the money I paid. For that my rating went from 3 🌟 to 2 🌟. No one wants to pay for a chipped mani for Thanksgiving.

This place first of all is very unfriendly. The owner is absolutely One of the worst attitude I ever saw in my life. The quality of their service is awful they don’t even know how to do nails. Membership Points money that’s all they care about. They gave me five different prices on same service every time I ask.Their prices are so high like they are located in the downtown of LA Naples has so many nail salons around almost every corner and I definitely recommend to everyone who never been here to stay away from this place!!!!

These women are so wonderful at their jobs, I go here all the time. Everything I need they accommodate and I leave feeling confident and amazing! Pricey, so proceed with caution, but- I bring my family in here when they come to visit. I have them do all of my waxing, massaging, and mani pedi of course! I have been going here for years, and cannot say enough good things. The owner makes you feel like you are a part of all that happens here.

Under the new ownership, this place is great. The new pedicure chairs are so comfortable and the service is top notch. I cant wait until the massage rooms are completed. I go once a month for a great pedicure in a lovely shop thats close to home. Love it.

I took my Handicapped Sister to get her toes done. Linh did a wonderful job on her toes. She was very caring and compassionate towards my sister she even helped her into the chair. She treated her like a human. I will be taking my Sister back there and request Linh.

It was a very relaxing experience and my nails look amazing.

My friend and I came in to get acrylics done and we were forcibly talked into getting dip powder instead also paying about $15-$20 extra we were very set on getting acrylics and the process for the dip nails took about two hours for each of us. The woman at the front desk claimed that the dip powder nails were just as strong as acrylic but healthier for our nails.Surprisingly this morning my friends nails decided to break it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet. I hope the company can see this review because not only are we not pleased with the process that we went through yesterday but I will be speaking to a higher authority to get our money back. The woman that waited on me continuously kept asking me personal questions about my money and how much I spent for everything how much I make at my job how much my daughter’s daycare is how much I spent on gas. I don’t really truly believe that that is a very honest place to be going to determining whether or not they should overcharge me by asking me questions about my personal spending’s is ridiculous. My friend and I both have children once it was said that we have kids they completely change the way they spoke to us. Wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last nail salon on earth.
