I didn’t listen to the reviews here or on other websites and that was a mistake. For the first few visits, he was great, super responsive and always asking questions. After I wanted to go off meds, he got the prescriptions in order for me to wean off of them. However, a month later all of my symptoms returned. I tried to contact the office several times and even used his emergency pager number. It’s been two months since my symptoms returned and I’m still waiting for a callback.Update 04/28/21: My pharmacy has tried to contact him for refills and he wont answer them.
Very bad service, took forever to have results back.
This guy needs to retire. He never reads the notes from the prior visit to even know what medications were used. Had zero bedside manner with kids and has posters on his was from 10 years ago.
Dr. Katerji is caring and intelligent. Hes one of the best doctors I have seen. He has taken care of both of my children and I wouldnt take them anywhere else. He found a rare disorder in my daughter that seven previous doctors missed. He is a lifesaver.
Dr. Katerji is a kind, compassionate, smart Dr. he has taken care of our son Seth for 6 years and Seth looks forward to seeing him every time. Its hard to find a good Dr. nowadays, hold on to Dr. Katerji once you see him.
