This doctors billing group is a total incompetent mess. They bill incorrectly and their billing inquiry line just leads to a busy signal so there is no way to contact them and tell them they need to rebill correctly. Consequently even though you go to their doctors that are in network, you insurance company wont pay unless the fix the billing errors (they show up as out of network even though they are in-network due to messing up the billing) and there is no way to contact Edwards Medical Group billing department to let them know what is going on. If you go to a doctor in this network expect your bills to get rejected with no way to contact anyone to get is straightened out.

I came here for a simple consultation about birth control. Fast forward a month later, and I had still not been contacted by my insurance about the next steps. Come to find out they never sent in my paper work in the first place. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and organization at this establishment.

I came for major surgery on Friday and checked into the outpatient department. The white elderly female who checked me in gave my family the wrong patient id number for me and they were not able to follow the progress of my surgery leaving my husband and elderly mother sitting alone worrying about where I was for more than 3 hours. Other family members for others had tracked their loved ones and had left. They even came and took back the key to the locker we were assigned to rudely. Let me tell you something, I may not be the same color as you but I am a human being and the way you treated my worried family is unacceptable. They saw my family sitting there (my husband and mother) and showed no care or concern for their error. You are horrible people and if you cant look past the color of someones skin to provide health care services please get out of this field. I feel sorry for you.

Hujowe miejsce a bunch of scammers and a thief and Konowalow tesc died 2 years ago and they are still fighting for money, I will add that he had 100% insurance:(
