Please do not go there if you have work related injury! The worst experience I ever have! The Nurse Practitioner let me return to work with restriction that I can only use one hand. The line of work I do requires 2 hands!!!!!! I explained it to her so many times she doesn’t get it at all. I cried out of frustrations. You come to work to best of your ability then got injured & treated like that??? I ended up getting a second opinion to My PCP (the real Doctor) who are so caring & very sympathetic. NEVER AGAIN going to that immediate care EVER!

My husband fell and hurt his thumb and doesn’t have insurance. We came here and were in and out within 3O mins with X-rays and no broken thumb. Staff is very friendly and the Nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable. I also saw they give B12 shots so I have been coming here every 2 weeks for those. No appointment necessary!

First choice is an incredible place to do your physical exam/wellness check up. They are very staff/customer friendly and have great experts/professionals.

WENT In for rapid COVID test and I was called with my results and emailed all within 30 minutes HIGHLY recommend plus they were the cheapest price in areathe WHOLE staff was very accommodating and friendly Thank You!!!

This office refused to submit the whole bill to my insurance company. The EOB of my insurance company indicates that my responsibility is $0. But I was charged an extra $90. This part was not sent to the insurance. This office refused to do that.

I just came to this facility for the first time because I just moved to Naperville, so I took a chance and just googled a place to go to for my chest pain and I was in and out very quickly with an EKG, a chest x-ray, and an overall exam for my condition. The receptionist was extremely nice, so was the M.A and the doctor. I wish I had their names because they deserve to be recognized for their great work, and I also forgot to mention the x-ray staff who was wonderful as well. I couldnt believe how quick it was, the x-ray and the ekg came back within 10 minutes. And I was on my way out. Thank you so much to all of the staff! And a special thanks to the Doctor Who took the time to actually listen to me and it literally made my day feel a lot better.

I went to the office in October for an urgent matter. The service was quick. I never received a bill, now 8 months later I received a bill out of the blue that has Past Due and Final Notice posted on the invoice. Ive tried calling the billing number 3 times and just get voice mail. Not a well run place.

The staff is caring and very professional. They noticed I was nervous made me feel very at ease. Great job!

Went for an employee drug test. They don’t close until 6pm but I was told they stop doing drug tests at 4:30pm (didn’t provide any explanation as to why). That really helps the people who don’t get off until 5pm. Tried to go on a Saturday but wanted to call first to see what time they “stopped” doing drug tests and no one answered even though I called during business hours. Called multiple times no answer. Wound up going to a Chicago location to do the test. Don’t bother.

First Choice Immediate Care is welcoming new patients. The Drs. and Nurse Practitioners that are staffing the clinic are trained and Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and Occupational Health. Each of them have over 10 years of experience in their medical fields. The waiting times are minimal and best of all the cost is a fraction of ER or Urgent care facilities. You will be very pleased with the service and the outcomes of care.Dan D.

This place is exactly how an immediate care clinic should be. I had an earring back stuck in my piercing hole that needed to be taken out. Lindsay Ogle, NP saw me. She is seriously the best! She is so kind and patient. She saved me a trip to a specialist. I am very grateful for clinicians like her!

I came down with the horrid flu/cold on a Monday, and finally cried uncle on Wednesday because it was turning into bronchitis very fast and I needed to keep on top of it. Since my family doc is closed on Wednesdays, my husband recommended 1st Choice. I called and made a same day appointment. Got in very fast, the NP listened to my story and agreed that I needed drugs to help. Since Im diabetic and needed a sugar-free cough syrup, she took the time to research it, filled out all my scripts and we were on our way to the pharmacist in 20 minutes. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a urgent care facility. Trust me, make 1st Choice your go-to place. We will.

I came to first choice with a bit of a strange dilemma.... my mother is from out of state and because of a miscommunication (or lack of professionalism) her doctor did not fill one of her important prescriptions. My mother was advised to either go to the ER or and urgent care to be seen to address the issue. Which either way would prove to be inconvenient.When we arrived were greeted kindly and the front desk staff was very accommodating. The nurse, Lindsay, who saw us was very sweet and understanding of this complicated situation. She was professional and empathetic. We were in and out with no run around and my mother can sleep tonight because were were taken care of by this great staff!

Waited 2 hrs for a drug test while the lady’s in the back talking not doing anything I wouldn’t even give this place a star

Due to the new lady at the front desk, I had a bad experience at this clinic. However, I have been called a few times by the manager in order to resolve the issue I had. Other than that, I can say I am satisfied with the service provided.

This place is fast and efficient. I got in and out in 20 minutes and didnt even have to stop at the pharmacy because they had the medication I needed in house. The staff is friendly and professional. Avoid the long waits elsewhere.

Had a horrible experience here. I won’t go into detail but because of the incompetence of the NP, I had to contact 2 other primary care physicians who explained to me that she was completely wrong about her diagnosis. I called her back explained to her that I spoke with DOT and 2 other primaries, but because of her arrogance and the fact she said she had adminstered 500 (lol) of the same tests that she knows what she is talking about. When you deal with a person in the medical profession who is too caught up in being right about something that has been explained to a patient by 2 different primary care physicians and the DOT but she feels because she knows more than the department that sets the standards, you have a problem. I don’t know who owns this clinic but my advice is to sit your NP down and teach her how to be humble and understand that being a medical professional means that learning never stops. You can always learn more from other doctors, that’s what makes the medical profession so outstanding. I have never met a bad doctor or NP until I went here. I HIGHLY don’t recommend this clinic for any DOT physicals, I had to spend half my day correcting her mistake which she so arrogantly said she will stand by, even as I told her that THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SAID SHE WAS WRONG!! Please take my advice any company or administrator DO NOT SEND YOUR EMPLOYEES HERE, you WILL REGRET IT!!

Pointless to go here. So they tell me I have the flu. Ok well I agree thats why I came. I came here to get some medicine to help me cope with symptoms. Maybe a $10-20 promethazine. Instant no. Gave me zofran and they wanted almost $100 for it. What happened to the days the dr was there to make you feel better?

Very good clinic! I had a trip to Mexico last week due to an emergency and could not find anywhere to take the Covid exam that the airline or CVS requested me to do and then I arrived at the clinic and they attended me without an appointment and the results were delivered to me in 30 minutes!! You dont know how much I thank you for your service !!
