The staff made me feel very welcome a very nice relaxed experience. The procedure that I had done they explained all steps of the procedure making me feel at ease. Highly recommended.

Really appreciate Dr Ariarno and her expertise. We did wait for almost an hour as the office was very busy. I know it takes more time, but print instructions would be helpful because one can forget details too easily.

I’ve been with Dr. Ariano for several years and have always appreciated her professionalism and her caring attitude.My husband and I actually moved to Florida 9 years ago and so valued our relationship that I kept her as my dermatologist all those years. I have now relocated to Illinois and am thankful that I maintained our relationship.

My appointment today was first with Patty for facial hair removal. Patty is wonderful. Then I had a talk with Dr. Ariano about options to help diminish my rosacea on my face. I have heard about different methods and was quite confused and she throughly explained the choices I had. I chose Dr. Ariano’s recommendation and I am very happy that I did. She was able to fit me into her busy schedule for today also.

Today was my first time coming to the clinic. Had a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. There was barely any wait time which was great. The receptionist was nice and accommodating. I saw Dawn Roman who took the time to address my concerns while still getting me in and out. I love that! Can’t wait for my next appointment with you guys!!

Excellent staff and physician. Dr Ariano and her assistant are professional and friendly. Dr Ariano is thorough and takes all the time needed with her patients. I have complete trust in her as my dermatologist.

I am a redhead and have had and continue to have many cancerous and pre-cancerous spots all over my body. Most dermatologists want to only treat the lesion once it becomes cancer, but Dr. Ariano is very proactive and helps to keep the surgeries at a minimum. I live out of state and still return to her for care because I can trust her!! Shes the Best!!

The office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Ariano and Esthetician Patti j Moore are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I drive out from the city to see them since they are so good.

I have gone to Dr Ariano for over 30 years. At one point My husband & I moved from Wheaton so looked for a Dermatoligist who was closer to our new location . I learned some doctors looked at what concerned me & sent the assistant in to treat that single spot. Some only wanted to alert me to the cosmetic services they offered. As Dr. Ariano talks she scans my body looking for things that concern her & treats them. No other dermatoligist has ever been as thorough. I hope she lives forever as I don’t think I will ever find a dermatologist as good as she is.

Today was my first visit. Receptionist was very nice and got me checked in quickly. RN that did my work up was very nice. Saw Dawn Roman and she was very kind and very thorough. She took time to explain everything during my visit. When checking out I was given a “goodie bag” of skin care products! Very pleased with this practice.

Dr Ariano is very good at her job. She answers all our questions and helped to clear my acne. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology.

Visiting the doctor or going anywhere public is different now. The precautions taken by the doctors and staff to minimize exposure to the virus is commendable. Waste of time, bounced around on the phone from transfer to transfer, and ultimately no outcome.

I saw Dr. Mendez for laser skin rejuvenation to help eliminate the sunspots on my face. From beginning to end, Dr. Mendez was very communicative and professional. He explaining the details of the procedure and how it worked to eliminate my sunspots. He had excellent bedside manner and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Post-procedure, he spent time explaining ways in which I can maximize the positive results. I really appreciate the care and information I received and have had excellent results. I highly recommend Dr. Mendez!

There was nothing exceptional about this office. Your stereotypical, stale, boring doctors office. The dermatologist was clearly in a rush and was a speed talker. I had to ask her to slow down bc the protocol for my son had multiple steps. They didn’t write it down for me which would have been nice due to the complex ingredients she told me to look for in multiple cleansers and lotions. I took notes in my phone. I have no desire to go back here. Very lackluster experience. Much better experience at the Dermatology Institute off City Gate. Go there instead as they spend time with you and make you feel at ease and as if you’re important to them.

Front staff very nice. Office very clean and follows Covid protocol professionally. Scheduling was easy and getting in was quick. Dr. was OK, I felt very rushed and did not appreciate that. My time is just as important as anyone elses.

2 Main reasons why I have to give this One star rating to this office.1. I had a severe bug bite rashes and I wanted to address it immediately. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days. However during my visit, the staff at the front desk was in a rush or something, noted my Pharmacy wrong and I received a text from a different CVS that afternoon, that my prescription is ready. I called the Doctors office immediately to change the pharmacy. I waited 2 days and there was no change. So I called them again and she said, she has already requested the pharmacy. She cant do anything more and asked me NOT to call her anymore. I received the prescription after 5 days. Well, front desk staff noted down the address wrong and she says I cant dont anything more.2. The cream prescribed didnt help at all. $10 worth over the counter store brand ointment was much better than the prescription. I will not be recommending this office or going to this one.

I really needed help on an emergency basis, and I was given a same day appointment. Dr. Gill was thorough, careful, patient, compassionate, and explained everything very clearly. Doctor Mendez is an exceptional human being and that makes a difference on the medical field. He personally called me to thank me regarding my appointment that needed to be rescheduled half hour earlier. He gave me full attention and explained to me everything about my procedure. I have to mention that he works with a great staff as well. I totally give them all the stars on my rating.

The nurses and staff are extremely friendly. The Dr. took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions.

I saw Dr. Gill and she was phenomenal! I had a suspicious spot for her to check so she made sure I understood what a skin cancer looks like and finished with a head to toe check. She made me feel at ease and very confident that I was getting the best care. She has a great approach to educating people so they can help themselves. Im very impressed.

I went to another dermatologist a few months ago and they didn’t listen to any of my concerns. I finally saw Dr.Schowalter at Pinnacle and I couldn’t be happier. I wasn’t able to wear makeup or use any of my skin care products for MONTHS because it suddenly started to burn and irritate my face. I have allergies to just about everything and Dr.Schowalfer listened and made sure I had a treatment plan that worked for me. Sounds simple enough but this has been near impossible for me to find. Anyways, it has been about 3 days since my visit and my face feels almost completely normal again. Not to mention the entire staff was welcoming and genuinely nice.I wish I knew about this place much sooner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This was my first time with Dr. Gill at Pinnacle Dermatology. I was very happy with the care I was given. I feel like she understood all my concerns, she answered all my question and she took extra time with me to help me understand how I can improve my skin care routine with just a few simple changes. I love two of the original women doctors there.....and since Pinnacle bought out the office, all but two of the the original docs left. I can see why. The office staff are ill trained to deal with patients. My last phone call to the Hoffman Estates office made me wonder how much they pay staff ... perhaps not much. The woman who answered wanted me to see a PA for my recurring melanoma situation. No Way. I wanted to see a doctor. She argued with me! Not only was I talked to disrespectfully, I was told in no uncertain terms I would have to wait two months if I wanted even ten minutes with a doctor in Hoffman Estates! The doc appts were full. My recourse? I traveled 45 minutes south of my home to see one of the doctors that originally treated me. I trust her, so I made the journey. Plenty of open appts there...she could have been used better in Hoffman Estates. I think Ill look for a different outfit. This seems to be the trend in America....small doctors offices are bought out and patients are cattle, not real people with real medical issues.

Just moved out to Naperville and needed to find a dermatologist for a wart on my sons finger that the pediatrics office couldn’t take care of. The dr was great and very caring when it came to my son and making sure he isn’t in pain during any part of the appt. She explained what she was doing and instruments that she would use which put my 5 year old at ease. I’ll definitely use her for myself and for any other family needs that require a dermatologist. One other thing is she didn’t push a follow up appointment on me. She told me if you need me come on in and if not don’t worry about it! Thanks so much Pinnacle Dermatology!
