Staff was very courteous and helpful. The technology and testing is first class and the results were immediate.The products available are very effective, efficient, and ergo friendly to the user.I was thankful for the time, recommendations, and referrals to assist me.I would recommend any person needing testing and hearing assistance to schedule an appointment with them.

Being a new resident of ID, I had been calling around for a month, trying to find someone to sell me a small part for my hearing system... After calling many other dealers without success, Kimberly at Hearing Life Nampa told me she would get the information I needed and get back to me, which she did in about 10 minutes ! She ordered my part, and 2 days later I picked it up ! It was worth the 30 mile short drive to Nampa to receive this first class service. They will be my go to in the future for all my hearing appliance needs. Thanks Kimberly !

I recommend Hearing Life to anyone needing hearing aids. They are always willing to help and have great customer service. I was out of state for longer then expected and I called the office and told them I was out of batteries and couldnt come in! They sent me a little baggy full of batteries for free! That was awesome! I love the care that ice received here. Theyve changed Audiologist a couple times but the quality of care has remained above par. Kimberly handles the front office, died equipment cleaning and provides excellent customer service.
