They have Red Button Cotton Candy Ice Cream...its my favorite ice cream. The employees have always been super nice. The prices are a little high but its close to where I live and its worth it.

I love this store! Well priced and very friendly staff. Ive had several good experiences with the helpful staff. Its been very rare that they havent had what I need. With being a grocery store, keep in mind that non food items tend to be more expensive.

Been our go to store for the last several years. They handled things very well during the craziness of last year. They dont dont supply every item we regularly get from grocery stores but we shop here most often. Thanks

This is my new go to grocery chain. This one has an extensive deli and cheese department. It seems to always have interesting things and the prices are about the same at any other store.

The Maceys employees are not very interactive with the costumers they get, The one I had the other day wasnt very friendly at all. I wasnt sure if she wanted the pumpkins up on the belt or not and before I could ask she snorts and me and says PUT THE PUMPKINS UP HERE! And points to the belt. I said sorry I wasnt sure were you and before I could finish she cuts me off and says no they belong up here! ok well geez lady Im sorry your not having a good day but you dont need to be rude to me. After I cash out I walk over to the Starbucks and the two employees were super slow and got my order wrong even though I was the only one there.. I wont be back to Maceys.

Love this store. The place is packed with goods and come on, the $.50 ice cream cones.Clean, organized, no worries

My neighborhood grocery. Some of the cashiers call me by name. Displays are clean, shelves well stocked and faced. Good prices. Plus, it has an American First in it. Very handy.

We are visitors, not locals. Came here often when we used to live in the area and simply wanted to leave a review because it was nice to be in a Maceys store again. Clean and organized; fair prices all around.

I love this store but the prices are higher and products are not always there. I guess its just a sign of the times.

Amazing supermarket Sushi here and the King Kong soft serve cones are a big hit with kids! I Have been shopping at this location since it was an Albertson’s and then a fresh market and now Macy’s and it is been a huge improvement over the others. Great selection of items easy to find the store is clean and new and the prices are comparable to the other supermarkets in the area.*****SUSHI UPDATE*********It seems like they have gone with a new vendor for their sushi and unfortunately it is nowhere near as good as the old sushi chef made! Their sushi is a little bit cheaper now but the quality and taste is definitely not the same. I have tried the new sushi several times and have been disappointed and probably will not buy it any again!longer

They dont have as much in stock as some of the larger chain stores but the staff is always friendly and helpful. Best curbside pickup out of literally everywhere that offers it. The communication is fantastic.

Grocery is fine. The fresh fruit and vegetable area is poor from layout & navigation to the way the food is displayed (just try to pry a bell pepper or small zucchini out). It is supposed to look cool, but you truly have to wait in line for some stuff. Its so bad they cant fix it without starting over from ground zero.

The kid with name tag William and the girl with the name tag Tyler G. should not be working together. They couldn’t stop talking and focus. Nothing is more frustrating than having them completely stop to talk rather than ring me up. Macy’s shouldn’t be paying them.

I used to come here just to get pizza slice from the deli, they were great, but this time they forgot to put tomato sauce in the pepperoni slices (lay off the kush?) & this chicken pizza or whatever is just void of any flavor like the tomato-less pepperoni slice I got with it. Smiths marketplace makes new york style pizza by the slice at their deli for 2$, at Maceys its 3$ and they don’t care anymore so definitely not coming back 🌚👍

This is the best curbside pick up in the valley. It is so fast and so convenient! I order online and I set my pick up time. I pull up to a parking spot, pop my trunk and sit in my car for 10 minutes while my groceries are being loaded and then I drive away. They were out of a frozen meal that I had chosen, and I was messaged with alternatives and they were sending me pictures of the selection in the frozen aisle. I was so incredibly impressed with the communication and the fast, efficient service. I haven’t done much of these curbside services prior to Covid, now post Covid, I don’t think I’ll stop! I highly recommend coming here if not for the curbside pick up, for the good prices.

High priced grocery store. Does have an excellent indoor fast food deli with seating and affordable prices.

As an ex employee I am very unimpressed with Macey’s. First of all they promise raises when getting each new title and going up in the company. But they don’t, I was given a higher position and was waiting MONTHS for the raise they promised me before giving my 2 weeks. I checked my pay stub each pay day to see if it went through but it was still left as the hourly money amount I was given from day one. Of course I told managers that I did not see my promised pay and they claimed it was still going through. But after MULTIPLE MONTHS they still can’t do anything?I would also like to add they hire too many young teens that legally cannot work past 7 pm. Mind you we close at 10-11 pm. So carts are piled outside, hardly any left inside for the customers, and there are no baggers for all those hours. Hire people who are old enough to stay late so that your store can be taken care of especially in the front with customer service.

Great store, produce is almost always on-point and carry more specialty items than places like Walmart, Smiths etc. The only downside is they are fairly more expensive on even staples and run of the mill items.

It was wonderful because I was able to use a motorized cart so I was able to purchase all I needed. (If I cant carry it all I cant buy it.) One of the inconveniences of being handicapped ♿

I like the grocery in the store but some items are expensive! I am an American Asian guy and I been shopping at this store for years and I always have a good attitude about saying thanks to every employee who helped me or answered my questions but since Covid 19 occurred and there’s a cashier who’s wearing a glasses and have a pretty long hair treat me with different attitude than the others even I was very polite to say thanks to her and she was turned away and not reporting! I am wondering that because I am a American Asian? The country I came from and myself didn’t cause Covid-19 and I feel bad too! I hop every one get treated equally and like each other! Hey, lady I think you have a pretty long hair.

Staff are great, produce is awesome, sandwhiches are overpriced.

I love Maceys, its right down the street from my house and they have great deals! I even do my banking here!

Good food and it was clean and fresh, everything was in place.

I have used Rosie’s app for delivery to my sister from this store and each time critical items were left off the order despite that i selected substitutions okay. The items were critical like toilet paper and ground turkey. The first order had 1 item missing, the second 3 items were missing and the last order 4 items were missing, no call or anything they charge a hearty fee for delivery and my sister gave a tip each time. The management of this store needs a shake-up. DO NOT USE this store for delivery unles you like going back to pick up items left off the order. Horrible service.

Very expensive alot more then other big stores

Shopped there a few days ago. Female cashier acted put out when I requested paper bags. She put so much in one bag I could hardly lift it. I brought this to her attention. She put the heavy things on top of my bananas, I was surprised at this. For the prices at this store, I expect better.

What a cool grocery store I havent been into a Macys for so long it was really fun seeing this store again their produce was really really good definitely a place to go for that and their prices on everything in general really werent that bad somewhere quite a bit cheaper than other stores and somewhere a little more expensive but overall I would definitely go grocery shopping here very well-lit very polite friendly employees everybody was smiling even the stalkers were in a good mood which you dont find that very often

I cant get over the fact that the lady at the deli counter wouldnt slice my meat to order she said I had to pick from what was already cut and I wanted thicker cuts definitely not a place Im going to shop at more often just once in a while

A walk away . . . courteous staff, especially checkers.

I begrudgingly go here regularly because its only blocks from my house, but I get so frustrated with their inability to honor their own price tags. Almost any product on sale or marked down in the store with ring up incorrectly at the cash register. And when you try to challenge the check out clerk, Im regularly met with Huffs, puffs, and snarky comments. Get your house together! I now take pictures of the price tag on half my groceries so I can just pull it up on my phone. What a waste of my time!

This place still has great produce even in the midst of the pandemic. The food is fresh and the chocolate tastes yummy, delectible, and all manner of good words. They also have soft serve ice cream that has great value and there flavors (chocolate, vanilla, and swirl). The cheese has the best part though.

Grwat place to shop. The associates are awesome i ran into someone named taya and jaeli and they were amazing. They helped me find my products with a good attitude and were super sweet about it. Would highly recommend here to shop, ill definitely be back because of them.

Screw this place. They have raised prices on most items 40% overnight. I wont shop here anymore. Same with Harmons. Smiths and Winco are the only places Ill go.

Hats off to this place! I went in to get a gallon of milk but my card bounced for some unknown reason. The lady working paid for it out of her own pocket!! I am going to give her double next time i go there!

A huge plus for me is the beer selection. I realize this isnt a deal breaker for many folks in the state of Utah. However, for someone like me who enjoys trying new beers from time to time. Its nice having the availability while grocery shopping. Most other grocery store dont have a wide selection of beer.(For anyone reading this who is new to Utah. Please understand that buying alcoholic beverages in a grocery store is a fun and exciting adventure.)Side note. Maceys stocks some of my favorite chips. Doritos Flamas and Barcel Fuego kettle cooked (purple bag). Most other grocery stores dont offer these chips and its nice having them available.

I used to love Maceys because they WERE cheaper than the leading grocery stores, and they always had the neatest items that no one else carried. However, they are much different now, they are more expensive than most and their prices are so high they compare with even target! Things just are a different experience e everywhere.

Ultimate Kong cones! Are you kidding me?! People in Utah dont know how good they have it. That Kong cone would cost about $10 in California! And Im not kidding. And the quality of the soft serve was out of this world. Love, love, love it. Cant wait til were back in Utah to get more.

Such a great place to come and get grocery’s or even just get ice cream. They have a nice little area where you can sit and eat your ice cream.

Maceys seems to always have what I need. Their produce is very good and they have good customer service.

Just started shopping here recently and Im impressed with the quality of the store as a whole. Fresh produce, displayed nicely. Lots of goodies in the bakery. Meat department top notch. They either train the employees or hire ones that like to smile because you see lots of smiles. Prices are fair and I appreciate the cleanliness of the store. I think theyve got a new customer. ( I like smiles )
