Impossible to get on the phone after around 4. They say they have staff on call 24/7 but Ive never been able to get anyone to answer the dang phone. Id avoid them if another speciality pharmacy is Available to you. Literally on hold right now for over 30 mins.

The Coram Enteral Nutrition Department is very frustrating to communicate with. You have to wait about 1 hour on hold to get a live person to talk with. I attempted to call the local office in Murray several times, but they only deal with IV infusions, not Enteral Nutrition. The Murray office has no way to help expedite the process. After 1 hour on hold, I got in touch with Customer Service in the Enteral Nutrition Department. This department was somewhat helpful, but the process is long and drawn out. I feel like the whole process could be expedited for better patient care.
