The male who worked this morning on July 12 2021 who answered the phones in family medicine. Is the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. He put me on hold multiple times because my kids were crying. And he hung up on me and said “bye” so rude. Rude enough I never wanna go here again.

Terrible. I’ve called many times trying to pay a bill and they’ve hung up on me multiple times in the middle of the call, even the middle of me giving them payment information. Will never go back.

I went to Dr. Martis And I took in the bottle of everyone of my prescription and her assistant wrote them all down in the computer I need one Refilled So they called it in and they called in the wrong one the wrong dosage so I called them and spoke to her assistant she said she will get it corrected and guess what they called in the wrong dosage again I don’t have insurance so I had to pay a lot of money to go see them again to get it straightened out and again I took all my bottles of Prescriptions in and the doctor wrote them all down in the computer and said she’ll call in the right dosage guess what the long dosage was still called in so I left a message on their answering machine because they don’t answer I said is it in competent what is it why can’t the right prescription be called in The clinic director called me and said that I can no longer go to the clinic because I said they were incompetent they also called in a prescription for my wife three days later than what she supposed to have it that’s the luck to anybody who goes there

I have been a patient at Cottonwood Family Practice since I was a child. Ever since they moved to the Cottonwood Medical Clinic Family Practice in Murray the level of care has gone down and the experience is overall extremely unsatisfactory. Despite moving to a new building, the organization/facility itself is still extremely antiquated and does not operate at all like their updated competitors. From lack of technology and knowledgeable assistance all the way down to the billing processes and consistently lengthy wait times for appointments, I cannot continue supporting this practice. Despite being a loyal patient for OVER 20 years, I will now be taking my healthcare business somewhere that values their patients as individuals and not just another number in their dated filing system. If you are looking for a new family practitioner with any level of client dedication, decent appointment times, or even updated technological services - I sincerely suggest you heed my warning and go elsewhere. There are way too many practices willing to simply treat people well and provide fantastic care, but Cottonwood Family Practice does not even slightly meet the criteria. Take my advice and skip the poor service here.
