My experience at Holistic Elements was thee best. Its been a year since I was last seen but over the course of 5 years, Holistic Elements became a safe space for me to unravel, understand, and transform my inner world. TJ helped me validate my pain, see my worth, held me accountable for my healing, embraced my imperfections and taught me how to process low vibrational thoughts and feelings with grace. For those of you who are looking at reviews, everyone has a different experience but it is truly up to you on how you want your experience to go. You will be glad that you were guided to Holistic Elements. You will feel a shift the minute you walk in and every single time you walk out.

I cant speak enough praise for Kevin Madsen. I owe a lot of growth and healing to that man.

I highly recommend Holistic Elements. Kevin Madsen is the best therapist Ive ever been to. He is thoughtful, kind, consistent and very professional. In just a few short months Ive worked through trauma that I tried to work through for years in the past. He has never missed an appointment or rescheduled. I feel joy for the first time in my life.

ONE OF THE MOST UNETHICAL PRACTICES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Currently Kendra has basically left me in a very triggered/borderline suicidal/very low place and has not tried to follow up or reach out. I was so upset with Kendra and her unethical way of handling her work in session this week that I ended the session in tears. Kendra nor anyone from the practice has tried to follow up with me, make sure I have other care, or make sure I’m ok and safe. I started seeing Ronda here almost four years ago. One day she up and left with no aftercare or plan for me after seeing her weekly for years. So I was cut cold turkey. Ronda would also randomly cancel and reschedule my appts out of her convenience. The practice also didn’t bill my appts for months and then my insurance couldn’t bill $800 worth of visits which I had to pay for out of pocket. I started seeing Kendra in fall of 2020 and now she has given me less than two weeks notice for her to also cut me off cold turkey so she can start her own practice too and not set up any aftercare for me that is reasonable. I’ve never had such inconsistent mental health care in my life. These individuals and this organization are horrible. Because of them I not only will not go to their practice ever again but will never see any therapist ever again. Thanks for ruing therapy for me.

I have been seeing Elane since January, and it has been a fantastic experience. The lobby and reception area of this practice is very calming, cozy, and quiet and it gets you in the right mindset for a session. The office manager is wonderful. I had never been to any kind of counselling before and wasnt sure what to expect, but the vibe when you enter does a great job of calming any nerves you have about a first visit - it doesnt feel clinical at all.As I said, I have had a great experience seeing Elane and have really benefited from it, but Im sure everyone else here is great too. I would recommend this to anyone!

This is a great place to come and get the help you need. EMDR therapy. Love the staff. Very professional and easy to work with.

Everyone here is so friendly and open. They make you feel so welcome. I dont know how I made it this far without Alice. She has impacted my life in so many ways and has made me a much happier person.

Have been seeing TJ for over a year and I love coming to her and this place all together. The lobby is very calming and everyone at the front desk is kind and helpful. TJ is an amazing therapist, She is extremely helpful AND resourceful! I have zero complaints about this place and have recommended multiple friends.

My kids and I each see a therapist and we also do Family therapy. I’ve seen improvements in changing patterns of behavior and shifting negative self beliefs to positive. I’m grateful for the perspectives from each therapist.

Very relaxing environment, and the women at the front desk are so friendly and accommodating! when I couldn’t make my appointment the other day because of car problems they were very understanding. my therapist alice is so calming and i always leave feeling empowered!

Go here if you want your appointments canceled without them informing you after you told them you were coming in. They did not handle the situation well and still took the other client in and said I cancel. I will never come here again and to be honest no one else should either. Very irresponsible, the therapist are no terrible though but months in advance appointments mean nothing. I will never be coming back.

When someone calls to schedule the initial appointment, our Office Manager asks him/her to call his/her insurance to find out if they have a deductible. The Office Manager lets everyone know that they have a deductible they are responsible to pay for the therapy service they receive. Prior to starting therapy, our clients are given paperwork that they read and sign that states how much the assessment and therapy sessions cost if the insurance company doesnt pay for the service. Our clients sign a contract that states they understand that they are responsible for payment. We send out several bills and provide the date that the company will send the claim to collections. Each client is given 4-6 months to make the payment. We also tell them that if they can make payments each month, we will not send them to collections.thank you,TJ Grow

I have had the best therapy I have ever received from TJ. She listens and understood exactly what I was going through when other therapists didnt come close. She is amazing!

I cancel my previous review. What the counselors here will do is not set boundaries and when you cross that boundary (by texting them on their day off), they will react harshly, making you feel even worse, then cancel your appointment without notice, and then send you a text saying that they can no longer serve you. Leaving you high and dry in the middle of a difficult time anyway. Dont go here.

My wife was going there for years and it hasnt helped her at all plus they wait for ever to submit bills to the insurance company now we owe them 500 dollars cause we didnt know her insurance wasnt paying for it
