Dr. Mark is the best doctor Ive found in the area. Have been going to him for 20 years. Hes found problems no one else could. Seeing so many patients would probably give me an attitude but the man knows his stuff. If he has an attitude when I go in I just tell him make me feel better Doc. The best.

Mark is cool but the referral department sucks and has for the last year. Waiting months with multiple phone calls. Always behind, but never behind on bill you. Dont waste your time because you will. Always want you to come back and follow up multiple times just to get money. They wont just do everything at one time. Plus youll always have to wait even with an appointment.

What a great practice! Honest and caring physician! Dr. Dawes is one of the best in his field.

This place is terrible!!! Dr. Mark only cares about his money because he wants to schedule everything you dont need. He is rude to his patients if hes having a bad day. (Which is pretty often, and he never keeps the same staff which tells you something right there. He either does a lot of firing or his employees quite because of his craziness. If it was up to me, this place would be shut down because of so much that has happened. So my recommendation is to stay away from this place.

Worst experience ever Ive been goin for about 4 months I felt like a number they want u in and out. I saw 3 different people today in the 15 minutes I was back there & none of them were my doctor. I was sent home without even discussing the reason for my visit. i had big news for Dr. Mark thatd wed been waiting for and I didnt even see him.

Dr. Marks practice should be shut down. Dont trust him with your health. He orders unnecessary tests and xrays, after only seeing you for 3 min. and then has you come back 1-2 weeks later for results. When you return, half the time he has no clue why youre there. He refers you to specialists, which I swear he gets kickbacks from and half the time the specialist will say theres nothing wrong. But both Dr. Mark and the specialist just made money off you. He always has new employees. I had a friend who worked for him as a Medical Assistant and she said he demanded that his staff aide him in seeing at least 100 patients a day. On his bad days, he would get in employees faces and yell- like toe to toe in your face. He cant keep staff due to his ego. He has you come back like 4 times for a sinus infection that takes a week to recover from. His waiting room wait is 2 hrs and you see him for 3 min.See him at your own risk, but youre better off going somewhere else where they actually care.

The stuff are very very rude,they are joking and laughing while they are working,they dont even care the patiens,especially the guy who works there did not wear uniform and his pants seems will fall off in a second,he was sitting on the chair and put his feet on the top of the counter while the patients talking to him..if I could choose I would give a Zero to this place.

Make you wait for hours then they make you come back for everything, test results, they want to send you to tons of other doctors then schedule another apt with them for results.
