Came here for my daughter. They find a way to charge for anything and everything Makes sense since parking lot is always empty. Gotta get the money somehow. So ridiculous. The doctor is great but That nurse up front will make the place run out of business soon.

Excellent service. Quick in and out of the office. He really listens to your needs and treats patients with dignity.

They do not understand how to properly bill your insurance company. With BCBS the primary account holders name is the only one on the card. Other covered family members are not listed on the insurance cards. If you are not the primary account holder Xai Family Medical will force you to pay 100% until they recieve payment from the insurance company. Beware if you think you will only have to pay your co-pay, you could be like us and be suprised with a demand for full payment of services before you are allowed to leave. It is yet to be seen if they will actually refund the money once our insurance company pays them. Even if they do issue a refund this is money we will have to float for 30 - 60 days.

Very good the service seems to me a very good place the doctor very friendly and the nurses too
