Have been trying since spring to schedule a visit to get me levels rechecked. Prescription is about to run out so I called my primary physician to line me up a new specialist to find out Dr Billups closed his practice due to Covid. I understand times are hard but he should lose his damn license for abandoning and not notifying his patients he was closing his practice.

I am a patient and have been seen by Travonda. She and the staff are fantastic. Dr. Billups closed due to the Corona. I left 2 messages, an email and my pharmacy contacted The Billups Center for my maintenance medication. I have been without my medicine and no response from Dr. Billups. Besides me, I wonder how many other men have been without their medicine? Truly a lack of patient care. Very disappointed.Follow up: my attorney has requested my medical records. The request was denied as Dr. Billups stayed I owed over $6000.00 of unpaid medical bills. This is nonsense, as I have only visited for an exam and medicine refills. No medical procedures have taken place in this office for me. Doctor is quite questionable.

Cannot not get them to call back regardless of how many messages i leave.
