Could never get anyone to answer the phone ,worst place ever would never recommend anyone to go here

My daughter has been coming here since she was born. Dr. Matthew Perkins took care of her in the hospital after she was born and continues to care for her now that she’s almost 2. We see either Dr. Perkins or Dr. Casey Meeks. We love and adore both of them!The women who work at the front are so warm and welcoming and they are always excited to see my daughter when she arrives. All of the nurses are fantastic, but I do have to name Ashley who we almost always see. She’s amazing-there’s no other word for her!Everyone is always so willing and eager to answer any of my questions and they’re just simply the best practice I have ever been a patient of. I am so grateful that Dr. Perkins and Dr. Meeks attend to my daughter and are apart of her growth. I would be lost with out them, their receptionists as well as their nurses.We love and adore you all!

I used to take our toddler here and Dr. Mccollum was great! However, I ended up finding a different office for both pediatric and myself due to others in the office. The main purpose being that I saw one of the nurses there one day and expressed a couple things I had felt in my neck/throat area and for some reason, I was treated as if I was crazy or that what I said wasnt possible. The nurse spoke very loud and aggressive, almost yelling it sounded like. She basically asked me what I would like for her to do... it was very awkward and an unpleasant experience. Sure enough, after seeing other doctor/specialists, MRI of neck, jaw specialist, etc over the last couple years, I now know why I had those symptoms back then and they were real symptoms. It is too bad that this nurse felt the need to speak so rudely and basically no interest in finding out what the cause of those symptoms were. She did not want to order any test and treated me like I was weird for the symptoms I described. After that appointment with her, I immediately decided we would no longer be going there. I am very happy that I decided to stop going there and am glad to have found the best pediatric office for our toddler as well! I hope that no one else ever has to experience what I did. I wont include names in this review, but I will never forget who this was or the experience unfortunately. I am so glad to have found the answers to the random symptoms I started having years ago. Aside from this experience with this nurse, I would recommend Dr. Mccollum to anyone looking for a good Pediatrician. I did also experience times where my childs information was wrong/not updated and heard random discussion/laughs going on between nurses.

I went today to get a copy of my medical records and I was asked to sign a HIPAA release. I read the release, which I thought was unnecessary, but there was nothing in the release that concerned me. I signed the release and had a seat to wait for a copy of my records. A few minutes later I was told my records would not be available until Monday or Tuesday. I questioned the delay and was told that their contractor comes in on Monday and it would copy my records and mail me a copy.. This contractor has access to all of the patients records because this company apparently operates the Patient Portal where you can go to a website and see your records. Of course if the website is hacked then your medical records are available to the world.These doctors have little concern for patients privacy. Perhaps I can teach these doctors a little about HIPAA. If you are not concerned about your privacy then continue with these doctors.

Dr. Baker is good but the office staff is incompetent!!
