If I could I would shut this place down. I went in and saw a lady who is NOT the doctor on 1/6/21, but hey its okay because she reports to a doctor. Apparently the doctor didnt get the correct information that I am a diabetic. They put me on a medication that causes low and or high blood sugars in diabetics, and didnt tell me that, that could be a side effect of the medication. It put me in the hospital with a blood sugar of 466 after only being on this medication for a couple of days. I was told to leave the ER when my blood sugars went down to 303 and it was confirmed I was not in DKA, the next day my blood sugars had come down to 159 until I ate, then my blood sugars went up into the 300s again after I ate a small meal and would not come back down with some assistance. I tried to call them twice on Jan 14th and twice on Jan 15th. I had to leave a message each time and nobody has called me back yet. I had to rely on my diabetic dr to help me get back on medications for my depression and anxiety, just because I receive SSDI and I have a 2 year waiting period before I can get on Medicare). It was Monday 1/18/21 before any dr could help me, so I spent the weekend with blood sugars that were wildly out of control and symptoms from not having my anti depressant. I am sorry this is a long review but I want to make sure you realize how dangerous it is to have someone play the game of telephone with your life. I have gone to only one doctors office like this before and they did the same thing only last time I was in the ICU for a week.

I have been coming to pain and spine for awhile now and I have never had anyone be disrespectful or anything all the drs here are very informative and understanding. The nurse is awesome as well. If there is a bad review its my belief something happened outside of this office because if you need help they will help you. But if your messing around then your out of luck as you should be imo

Dr.Stone and the workers there are GREAT people!! They really care about everyone that comes to that office. They make me feel like family and Dr.Stone makes sure all tests gets done to get to the point of your pain and he sit in the room and reads and shows me what the tests says.. In my books they are #1!!!

Philip, the receptionist, was very polite and efficient. Waiting time was only a few minutes. The nurse was easy to talk with, very nice. Dr. Stone is a good listener and easy to understand. I enjoyed my first visit and was satisfied when I left. I like the clinic and reccomend them.

I have always had good experiences at Pain and Spine Consultant. I see Kristi Duffield once a month and I have always enjoyed seeing her. She treats people like they are human. She takes time with her patients and seems to care. Dr Stone had to give me a shot in my knee because of an old injury. I would truly recommend the doctors to anyone that needs a good doctor.

These people have been so nice to me they treat you like a human being they really care about your well being..id give this place 7 stars if I could ...I posted this 11 months and since I have been going there I feel a lot better there still the best clinic they treat you with respect and they really care about you..if your looking for a good clinic to go to..dont wait get your butt up there.I

Kristy is very informative & polite. Met Dr. Stone only once. Was a very brief visit with him whenever I have so many issues with my neck, spine, shoulder, knee and ankle, being that I have been in two bad car accidents. Felt like he could have spent a little more time with me, oh well. But I do definitely recommend Kristy!

Bottom line DO NOT go to this clinic if you have chronic pain! They will make a mistake that will leave you screwed ! My wife was a client for two years until the day they said meth showed up in her urinalysis. My wife has been on Pain meds for eight years never once having a dirty..why..because she doesnt use any illegal substances, nor do I. They sent her a discharge letter before even talking to her about the results (judge, jury, and executioner) She was devastated! She was told to file an appeal, she did that same day. They said they would call her with the status of the denial, they never did, so she called after a after a week and they said it was denied...thats it. She pleaded with them saying isnt it possible someone made a mistake, they said thats impossible..REALLY?? They have destroyed her medical record with this lie. There staff is incompetent, uncaring, and callous. Please let others know so they dont have to go through this same nightmare. We are reporting this place to the State Medical Board and any other channels necessary.

I always have a positive experience. The Murfreesboro office is great with getting me in and out promptly. I feel they are truly trying to help me with my chronic pain.

I have a very positive informative and helpful experience. Doctor Stone and the Murfreesboro staff have shown attentive attention, very fair in treatment and a good old country doctor Thearpy. He listen and showed a visionary attitude.

I went in for my appointment and got piss tested. No biggie right? Wrong! I don’t know what happened, either the vials got mixed up or one of my medicines did it, but I miraculously was positive for meth! I don’t do drugs! So I appealed it and my appeal got denied. There’s nothing I could do to change their decision. This is now on my medical record and I will never be able to get the pain relief I need again because of it! If you want to keep your meds, I wouldn’t go to someplace as negligent as this office is. I suggest going elsewhere. It didn’t even matter to them that I had two years of clean tests! It’s almost like they couldn’t give a rats behind about your pain. No second chances, nothing! After one problem, you’re SOL. If I could give zero stars for negligence, I would!

I was a patient of four fine years- until I met Trudy Kerlin PA, & Rebecca Trangco-Evans MD, who are the least caring, most mean spirited individuals Ive had the displeasure to cross in my 50 years. In my opinion Evans lacks any integrity & is the cruelest individual ever to be given a license in TN. Totally useless, unscrupulous & well- frankly- unintelligent. She betrayed my trust & hurt my feelings more than you can imagine.TLDR: I fired them the second time I met her- shes that evil, cruel, & hateful!!!Do your homework before getting tangled up with this BS.

I kept putting off going to a Pain Clinic for my back pain because of negative things I had heard about Pain Clinics in general but I am so glad I did. Not only did I get relief from constant pain but the doctor took time to discuss my options. The office was professional and they made me feel like a person not another number! If you are a person in pain please give this place a chance to help you.

I wish I could go back to murfreesboro to see doctor stone again I loved him very much I know thats further but heck he is great I would recommend anyone to him hunderd percent...

Been with Pain and Spine Consultants for many years. So glad theyve opened the Murfreesboro location, as its much closer for me. Gary Nardin and Kristi Duffield always take their time with me to discuss any concerns I may have. Office and nursing staff are always​ pleasant.

Dr Kristy takes time to listen and do all that she can... Dr Stone done an EMG on me today I wasnt very impressed. He done my test and was like its not carpel tunnel and was just gonna walk out the room. I had to stop him and ask then what was the problem or what was next. He told me since I have fibromyalgia then thats prolly the problem and walked out ... but i love the office staff and Dr Kristy.

Dr Stone treated me like a junkie and jostled my ankle all around putting me in severe pain for days. Well, after an MRI, I found out that he was pulling on a broken bone and torn ligaments which required surgery to repair. This is not even mentioning the impolite (even rude) staff. DO NOT GO HERE!!

They put the patient first. They are caring, kind, understanding, and professional. The office is very clean.

These people are unkind and rude and they treat me as if I were a drug addict and with my severe pain they gave me the lowest dosage of pain medicine they could prescribe and laughed I do not recommend this place to anyone
