The front desk never answer the phone or returning a phone call. I tried to call to make an appointment for more than two weeks they never answer, very disappointed.why? They should do their job that they get pay for. Many people said they doesn’t answer the phone. I love doctor Nancy Jolly she’s the best.

Filed paperwork for a refill on a prescription that had to go to a mail in pharmacy, and called office more than 3 times..... I was turned down because even tho I had also talked to the Dr. Office on SEVERAL occasions and told them I would send it in, all they needed to do was to send the prescription, and they wanted me to travel the 40 miles to their office just to fill out the paperwork there and they NEVER sent in the prescription .... I have no running vehicle at this time and defiantly plan to find a more caring group as my physician

The administrative team really leaves a lot to be desired. They literally NEVER answer the phone. My partner has been calling for two days trying to reschedule an appointment they cancelled a mere few hours beforehand. This is the exact reason I left this practice several years ago. They have no phone directory when you call, so getting a message to your provider is difficult. Back in February when we had a huge snowstorm, the doctors didnt check the voicemails when the offices were closed for a whole week. My partner ran out of his meds and was not able to refill his prescription for an entire week after the fact. The community manager has clearly not done anything to improve this is the past 5 years, so these canned responses to please contact us to discuss this matter further is solely to make it look like theyre trying when the clearly dont care about retaining patients or acquiring new ones. Maybe fixing the issue at hand responsibile for many bad reviews would be a better utilization of their time instead of sending useless canned responses.

I walked my son in on a Monday morning. Almost no cars in the parking lot and very few people in the waiting area. The front desk staff is always very prompt. However when we made it to the back it is taking a very long time for the doctor to come in. But we can hear the numerous of continuous conversations and giggling going on in the hallway constantly for the past hour. Perhaps we should have gone to the Emergency room. I mean a nurse can order an x-ray and reapply a stint but this is ridiculous.

I was satisfied with the care and was sent in the right direction for my high risk pregnancy. Dr. Banker was wonderful and highly intelligent. The one thing I didn’t like was how many times I was offered an abortion by the students and reminders of when it would be too late for an abortion up to 26 weeks. I don’t feel like that is something you should continuously offer someone on every visit. I was there for my prenatal care, not an abortion. Being at a Christian based facility called “Saint Louise”, I felt rather uncomfortable and at times like I was being encouraged to get an abortion. I have a beautiful and healthy baby boy now.

I went in today Never seen an ob and I am 17 weeks along. We have some complications in both mine and the fathers history so we have been very anxious to get in. We were there for 2 hours and never seen the doctor I made my appointment with. We heard her resident telling her very loudly my medical history and the medication I was on from the hall. However we never met the doctor and they didnt do anything other than take blood. I had a whole list of concerns to speak about and was never given the chance.

As humbled as I am to receive treatment as a person impoverished, I do know charitable organizations pay their employees well enough to contribute to society the same level of respect as a catholic nun would administer her acts of service without adversity, so my complaint is ethical treatment and integrity of the administration when it comes to response, professionalism, and taking people’s medical problems not personal. It is almost like they don’t like their job was my impression. It is misfortunate because this is where people of high integrity shine , and it’s a blessing for these young and old professionals to collaborate to make a difference in the community. From a medical professional stand point, I don’t feel listened to or respected as a ailing , or impoverished person. In which we all know circumstances in life can change dramatically for worse or better at any point in life. So medical professionals should treat their patients accordingly no matter what circumstances. On the response time for ailments and medication administration lacks urgency, and tolerance while listening to the patient. Patients are often in pain and ailing, and the temperament of people vary and intensifies. It is a medical professional to stay focused on targeting the ailments and treating accordingly, prompt, and urgency. This practice eliminates returning patients, which will lead to back logged problems and ailments and patients suffering. The medical industry is the highest paid and it does not reflect in the work.I personally are still waiting, not a week, but months after being treated for an appropriate antibiotic for a diagnosis, per my medical needs, in which is delayed, and faultered. I am rating my service based on my experience and definitely hope for the community it serves sake, things get better.I know there is a lot of animosity in the medical industry, but medical industry has to have constructive criticism because it’s people bodies.People’s bodies are being exploited for medical industry right to a job in an industry.people deserve better than this.Kind Regards,

Dr Singer is great but is only in the clinic one day a week so seeing her is next to impossible. The NPs are attentive and helpful though. The front in staff is woefully lacking in their duties. Dont blame this on Covid19. This has been an ongoing problem. They almost never answer the phone and returning calls just doesnt seem to be in their job descriptions. I know I need to shop for a new doctor but have put it off because I like Dr Singer. However, since she is so unavailable I guess that shouldnt be an excuse anymore. Your office staff members need to get their acts together.

I saw a new doctor once. She was nice and we scheduled a follow up. I have had that follow up appointment canceled by them twice. First time they rescheduled for 4 months later. Then they canceled that appointment over my voicemail. I called back immediately and had to leave a message. Since it was around a holiday, i waited until after the holiday to call back again to reschedule. I left a message every day that week and once a week for about 3 weeks. I give up. Ill find someone else. Although now Im stuck waiting months again for another doctor because Ill be new again. This really sucks! Especially because I liked the doctor i saw.

Very nice staff. Doctor made me feel comfortable. Nurse was very good at client education. Pharmacy was convenient. I used a tablet to check in. Short wait time. They offer medical assistance. Just a great experience! :)

The one star is for the doctor and nurses. The people in the front are absolutely rude. Im not sure what their names are, but the older Hispanic man and the blonde white lady need to be replaced immediately. I have seen and heard them be rude to everyone that walks in there including myself. For a Catholic charity, they are inexorable. They lack empathy and compassion and are completely opposite of what this establishment stands for.

Dr z saddique is the worst, she was training an intern and all she teaches her is how to make money. Any way had some blood test and she call me and told that I have to schedule another appointment I asked if something dangerous she said she will tell me when I get there for my appointment, after I show there she told me that I have a genetic thing that dont affect me and have no medication for. Simply she make appointment to tell me something I already knew and can easily said on the phone. She just want make money dont care about patients.

Not only do they take over a week to get back to you with results because the damn doctor only works half a day MAYBE ONCE A WEEK, they take money out of your bank account without asking. I told them directly I didnt want to pay with the tablet because I do not accept automated bill payment. They told me the only way to pay is with the tablet and I reluctantly paid through the tablet. A month later, they take money out of my account and when I call, they throw me from person to person, phone to phone until I get to the end only to find out I CANT GET IT BACK. So now I have a negative balance on my account because of these people. It takes over a month to even get an appointment in the first place. Its not good if you need an immediate doctor. Any time you call, they rarely answer the phone and they dont respond to voicemails. The receptionists arent very nice to begin with so you have to deal with a crabby receptionist that never answers the phone and when they do, they put you on continuous holds and throw you from person to person. Eventually youll just get the voicemail box and if you leave one, good luck getting a call back. Its just a ridiculous and unprofessional place. They rarely open up when theyre supposed to. The doctors and nurses are good people, but if you need an immediate appointment or quick help, this isnt your place.By the way, Im on hold typing this entire thing out.

I have been receiving care here for about three years now. I always I treated wonderfully and have had the best care and help possible. Misty at the front desk is the most patient and polite person. She has always been there to assist me in any matters that have come up! I love having this option for my healthcare! They are the bees knees🐝💕

Brought my son in here for a visit one time. Loved the doctor Dr Harrison I believe and his nurse. They were lovely! This review is strictly based on the front office. All but one lady whom name I can’t remember she had dark hair and sat at check in but everyone els was extremely rude and not helpful. I was there for more 1.5 waiting to even been called back with a one year old. Another hour in the more. Which I get it’s a doctor but I felt like what was extremely long wait. As I was waiting to check out the lady there just looked at me and said “go around to the front” not so nicely at all and that was it,I had a screaming baby who just had shots. I’ve been waiting for over a month to hear back for a referral for a urologist for my son, I have to call more than 3 or 4 times to ever get in touch with anyone. Im not sure if I’ll be back which is shame since I loved the doctor he saw.

I have been going there for several years now. Every Dr. I have seen has been wonderful. It is a clinic so sometimes the wait is a little long but most times I am seen on my scheduled appt. time. The reception staff could be a little friendlier sometimes but it is a very busy office. I have called for emergency reasons and they have seen me the same day.It is a little hard to get through on the phone sometimes so you have to leave a message or keep calling. That is very aggravating but they are helping a lot of people so I try and understand that.

The doctors and nurses and most of office workers are wonderful EXCEPT for the young lady named Misty. She needs to spit that sour lemon out of her mouth and learn how to treat people. I have NEVER stepped foot in that office without her being an out and out CAPITAL (B WORD). I normally get along well with others. BUT 4 out if the 5 associations with her have ended with me having to leave and let the DRs and nurses straighten things out.

If I didnt love my doctor I would not go there. The check in check out process only one person seemed to know what they were doing. So the one check in person also checked me out and scheduled my lab as the check out people disappeared. If you have a question for someone between visits or need to discuss your appointment etc..., forget it everything goes straight to voicemail including a request for an appointment which took 3 days to get a call back on because their online system would not reschedule it and no one answers the phone. Inefficient and annoying but my doctor is wonderful and I have not had this experience with any other St Thomas clinics or hospitals (3). They have all been great.

Cassandra Gladkowski, FNP was my Family Nurse Practitioner while I lived in Rockvale. Cassandra took the time to listen to my health issues and then pursued the best treatment. She is a great practitioner who cares about her patients welfare. I highly recommend Cassandra to anyone who is seeking a practitioner for themselves and/or family members.

Scheduling appointments was difficult. Lots of times they dont answer for a whole day. I left a message once but never recevied a call back. My doctor, however, is worth the appointment aggravation. I just hope Im not really sick sometime and need attn asap.

Gave me a wrong diagnosis, when I came back for them to rectify the situation they werent able to accommodate me. The lady Kristen constantly twisted my words and worried if I had insurance. Which I do! The disappointment, unprofessionalism , and lack of sensitivity is extremely heartbreaking!

You can never get ahold of anyone and if you try to reschedule your appointment it takes days before they get ahold of you sometimes weeks and then they try to charge you for not showing up after you would already called them. When you are really sick they dont want you to come in until a month later. They tell you for the longest time if you are 15 minutes late you have to reschedule so you Check-In online at the 10 minute mark because you are running late but they still say its too late. They never really care about your problem. They just did you and and get you out thats it.. its all about the money here, nothing more. They have no care whatsoever for their patience.

Dr. Lakin is so great! I highly recommend her, it was like talking to a friend. This review however is about the Hispanic lady that sits at the front desk on the right side. She always answers the phone when I call and she is so incredibly rude. It kills me how doctor offices employ such nasty people to be their first point of contact and customer service. She literally cant not help you with anything and usually just tries to transfer you to a voicemail. I called to ask a question about my appointment and she said hello and then started talking to another customer. She then comes back to phone asks for my name and precedes to cancel my appointment. Im like I just had a question, I didnt even ask you to cancel my appt!!!! This has not been the only time she has been awful. It seems like I get her everytime I call. Please talk to her and let her know that she wouldnt have a job if it wasnt for patients. Learn how to provide better customer service since that is your purpose!

Each and every doctor, nurse, office staff...every single person.. Work so hard and show their loving and caring spirit every single time I go. They make sure you are taken care of and have what you need regardless! They give you the best care whether you can pay or dont have a dime. They also make sure you know where to go to get the help (medicines, equipment, etc.) that you need. Special ones to me have been Dr. Glass, Dr. Melson, Dr. Prentiss, Dr. Roberts, Dr. Stryker, Lacy Bolden, Noelle, Natzara...and Im sure the list goes on and on. Those who only have negative things to say, I question the type of person you are. These people work long, long hours and if you cant see the love and caring in their eyes, maybe the bad experiences come from within youself.
