I like this gym. Its small, but has everything I need. I never feel like it is too crowded. I like having the back room for quiet work. There are multiple trainers, so its staffed with knowledgeable people. They post challenges. I have a favorite trainer who I get a private session with weekly. Shana is great. She pushes and encourages me. The app is also great for building and tracking workouts.

No one works in the evening. It’s probably one of the worst gyms I have been in. I’m a paying member it’s not my job to enforce or teach gym etiquette. I will be trying the other gyms in the area.

This is an amazing gym! They strive to keep a clean place and to keep a good client base. I have never been in a friendlier and cleaner gym atmosphere where the members and staff alike encourage all participants!

I love to come to this gym when visiting family out of state. The staff is friendly and the gym is so clean! One of the best Anytime Fitness locations I have been to! I would highly recommend

Great gym. Masks not required now. Gym clean. Trainers available. A few group classes. Small but all the necessary equipment there. Great app. Reasonable fees. Fitness consultation was helpful.

New ownership has definitely improved this secure and accessible neighborhood gym which continues to improve. Brandon, Carissa, and Eric are very knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. There’s plenty of equipment for strength and cardio training. And if you need personal training, boot camp, or HIT classes that’s offered as well. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. I always feel great after each visit.

Excellent staff and trainers. I train with Brandon O. and his knowledge of exercise and strength improvement has resulted in my now 35 lb weight loss. I’m stronger and look much better. The staff accommodates your schedule. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to work out. Highly recommend this place.

This is a wonderful place to work out! Carissa is my trainer and she is amazing. She pushes me, but doesnt yell or force me to go beyond my limits. Its conveniently located and theres always plenty of room to move around. Their amenities are great as well; highly recommended!!

Very enjoyable, clean and nice equip and the owners are awesome. Easy to get in and out , no issues with parking. There is a large cardio room, free weights, cable machines and so much more.....come by and take a look whats it going to hurt? Its a Great family Gym!!!!!!

Its a pretty nice gym. The equipment is good with the exception that the gym needs a stationary bike and a power bar for lifting! First time visitors will find that it is a typical anytime fitness with clean and abundant equipment and spacious shower rooms!!

Love the gym! The owner and employees are extremely involved and courteous. The gym is kept immaculate at all times and all members are very respectful. I would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been a member here for over 3 years and I’ve had nothing but great experiences since the new owners took over it. Thank you guys for all of the improvements from the new equipment to classes to the obvious new level of cleanliness! You rock and now my gym does too! I’m here to stay!

I love this place and it’s very convenient for me. I would like to see a higher quality tanning bed so that I don’t have to pay tanning fees elsewhere when I’m already paying for that here, but I don’t feel the tanning bed is strong.

The only fault I have is that it’s a bit small but other than that it’s a great place would definitely recommend to anyone

I have been member of anytime fitness for 10 years now and this is the cleanest friendliest club anywhere! Not only is the staff friendly but the members are great as well. No egos walking around staring at themselves and acting like clowns!

The only reason Im giving ATF a 3 is because the amenities dont transfer from location to location. At least that is what I am being told.. I do like everything else about the gym especially the free weights.

I am not impressed with this location. They have new owners but, that means nothing. One is an insurance salesman and the other is a part time nurse. This space is small and very compact. I signed up for a free 7 day pass ( NEVER SIGN UP IN YOUR FIRST VISIT, remember they hope you sign up and dont come back) I have been in at 7 am until 930am and 3 pm until 5 pm, both times are overcrowded and a bit cumbersome to work out here. I would recommend any other location of AnyTime Fitness. ( not Hendersonville theyre the worst- in a corner of a Wal-Mart strip mall). Most of the locations are awesome! The bee-knees if you will! The machine selection is very minimal too. This would be a great place for a retired person or someone who wants a cool key fob to prove gym membership but nothing worth an average adult. As an adult lifter, there are so many valuable options I can recommend. Olympus Gym and Golds Gym are great for the heavy lifters if you are just looking for the movement to get you going Planet Fitness offers a No contract plan @ $9.95 a month. The memberships here are 1 year, 18month, and 2 years, the cheapest is $30 (2-year contract) the higher (1-year contract) is $40.

My wife and I have been to many Anytimes around the country, but this particular one — Murfreesboro, TN — by FAR tops them all. SUPER well-maintained equipment, SPOTLESSly clean, GREAT showers (with towels!! an added bonus!!) ... but above all this, their WORLD CLASS STAFF — Carissa, Brandon and Casey — are not only extremely friendly and welcoming (and ALWAYS not just “here” but uber-accommodating and helpful!) but beyond professional!I STRONGLY suggest the Anytime management send future Anytime staffs HERE to learn from and model the VERY BEST!

Its a nice place, theres no catcalling Ive seen and no stares from being overweight while working out. For the most part Im left alone, but the interactions I do have have all been very positive.

Owners are very rude and cussed out children while I was there. Apparently they just sit at home and check cameras for a living because no one was there. I will never return to this poorly made establishment.

Having been coming here for over a year. I feel very safe and comfortable coming here in the evening and at night.

I have been a member since November of 2012. I was not impressed with the remodel work done. The paint smell is nauseating and I really cant tell what improvements were made. But most of all it was frustrating to have the facility closed for an entire week. When I asked management about what options we had the week it was closed. They said I could go to another location. Unfortunately the other location is 10 miles away.

24/7 availability, not too crowded, not very many free weights.
