5 star clinic. Staff was extremely polite and caring.Sangeetha McCollum, PA-C and her nurse took very good care of me, and helped me feel at ease. I am excited to have established care with them. Will go here for all my PCP needs. :) Thank you!

Was my favorite. Why was it my favorite, Dr. Oruganti. Now that shes not there I dont know where to go. Its hard finding a good doctor, but when you find a great doctor your lucky. She treats her patients with respect and compassion. I hope she finds another office or opens her own practice.

Wow. How on earth they still have a medical license is beyond me. 3 Weeks after a x-ray, still no antibiotics and they keep bouncing people around Plus they charged for a second appointment.

Very unreliable and unprofessional, I scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance and just 5 minutes before my appointment in my way there I got a called canceling the appointment the person that called, Im guessing the front desk said you can still come in and we will rescheduled you for another day and went I got there they said well no sorry you will need to go online and reschedule the appointment yourself we cant do that at the clinic, so that was a waste of my time. Plus the clinic in general looks dirty and that hasnt being clean in days, floors and walls are dirty. If you can go to another place save yourself some time. I have to call another place and make me another appointment in another clinic.

Very unprofessional not consistant wouldnt reccommend my dog here for service its just about the money not the health of patient i guess thats why the ambulance comes every day to office smh bad business for a dollar sign.

I started to here Jan 2019. Finally a primary Care Doctor who when you go there does not treat you like a number and you feel as though they really care. Doctor Oruganti is a great person who care about your needs. Have pointed several friends and family to their office.

Everyone from the front office to the medical staff are friendly and helpful. Ive been seeing Sangeetha as my PCP for almost a year now. She is very kind, compassionate, and takes the time to get to know me. Ive never felt rushed or like I was just another number to her. Fabulous office. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best Doctor offices that I have been to in a long time. The staff is very caring!! They really take the time to listen to any issues that I am currently experiencing. I love that I can make same day appointments as well. I highly recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a primary care physician.

Very satisfied with the treatment my granddaughter received today from Dr. Oruganti. Dr. Was very friendly and thorough making us feel comfortable and at ease. Would recommend this Dr. And facility to anyone. Lab personal was great, got blood on the first stick. No need to poke her several times as that is what happened at a different facility.. thank you all for being very friendly and professional.

The worst office staff of any business I’ve ever experienced. I went in for a refill for a simple acid reducer and the was told the refill would be sent to my pharmacy, after calling the office once a week for two months, I was told, “Well, it’s been two months since you’ve seen the doctor, so we’re not writing a prescription until you see the doctor again.” What? I’m still waiting for you to send the prescription for the last visit! I went back to get that handled plus refill another prescription and the exact same thing is happening and it’s been over two months again. What’s wrong with these people?

I was very happy with the staff and their helpfulness. They were all smiling. The visit and issues were discussed and not in terms that were over my head. I called for my bloodwork results with positive explanation.

I give a low rating because the lady at the front desk named Cindy is the most rude person in the entire office.. I was told an amount for a visit & when I took off work to be here CINDY told me I needed more money or couldnt be seen.. so I had to give her the last of my money for the week in order to be seen ..(and its only Monday) she is literally the only person that gives me a hard time in this office. Everyone else is helpful and kind.. if they got rid of her they would be a 5 star office. But with her & her rudeness it brings them down to a 1 star..

I used to go there and I went to go get my prescription, one he refused to give it to me unless I was seen and I LITERALLY had just seen him. Two my insurance wouldnt cover the medication because he lost his license or it expired or something. Then on top of that, he made sexual gestures towards me while my husband wasnt there. Very poor place of business. The owner needs to step up and clean house .

Excellent! Good Health. Associates has the best staff. They are very kind and have such a wonderful atmosphere of respect for patients. I absolutely love Dr. McCollum. Ive been going there for 3 yeats and it is absolutely the greatest establishment Ive ever visited. I highly recommend there service.

Dr. Oruganti is so patient and kind. She is also incredibly thorough. We never have to wait long to see her which is incredible. Ive worked in the healthcare industry most of my life. Wait time is almost always a given. Not here. The nurses are great also. We have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Oruganti and her staff. If you are looking for a primary care physician who will listen and have your best interest in mind, you just found her!

I got sick at work and woking at a restaurant they have to make sure you dont come back with a fever. I looked The Good Health clinic up on my phone and it said they closed at 5. I got there at 4 and they said they couldnt see me because the doctor stops taking patients at 3:30. No where was this advertised and they would not even give me a note saying I at least attempted to be seen for my own credibility. They were extremely rude and theyre very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. Reviewed Dr. Oruganti after a visit. I did not inform her I was doing the review. Dr. Oruganti apparently saw the review and made notes in my patient file that I told her I was going to do a bad review on her. What Dr examines a patient completely naked and then proceeds to tell her I dont think were a good fit. Talk about feeling violated.. then to add to my chart after Im no longer a patient. Unprofessional

I would like to say my experience at the good health clinic was one of the best experiences Ive had at the clinic they make my feel like Im more tthen a patient. They have a great energy caring workers with positive spirits

I like Sangeetha and am appreciative how much she has helped me, but everything else there is terrible. The wait, trying to pay a bill, checking in, everything. I have waited on hold for 10-20 minutes several times trying to pay a bill. Absolutely ridiculous! FIY they use a 3rd party billing company that does not accept calls, you can only leave a voicemail, with my experience they get back to you 7-10 days later. This is probably the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Saw her for over two years and I was very glad I had finally found a Dr that listened and wanted to help me. After getting x rays and a M.R.I. i was told it had become to personable and she would no longer see me! She dropped me like a bad habit right after the MRI that showed 5 bulbing disks and scoliosis in my lower back leaving me in withdrawals from the years of medication she had me on and refused to give me a referral!! She said ur no longer my patient. I was treated as some sort of drug dealer or lyer after spending over $3000 on a MRI and x rays to find out what was wrong and causing this pain/anxiety. I was paying out of pocket nearly the entire time due to no insurance then when I got insurance they said they accepted, they all of a sudden stopped accepting it and again I was told too personable.. Is a patient not suppose to be personable with their Dr.?? She knew everything about me and my family. Highly unprofessional I wouldnt recommend this lady to anyone, she should be banned from her practices. The truth and reality is its all a money game and Drs dont seem to care at all about their patients. They want money and are scared of the DEA and hide behind their fears vrs treating and standing up for their patients with proven problems. The healthcare is the country is a pure joke, god forbid someone may actually need a medication created for a reason to help folks who do back breaking work like construction that cant access it without a stigma attached. Just for the record I dont want to take medication nor be dependent on it but, when physical therapy does nothing better believe when it come down to putting food on the table for my family call that what you want! Why dont we address the real problems in this country that healthcare is broken! Much like our divided country is broken and instead of focusing on the problems, we blame objects vrs treating the real issues. Hell if i was made of money I would go get all these spinal decompression treatments and go to therapy once a week. In my field if ur late , you get fired! Much less miss days for any reason, something these Dr. Will never understand.

They are very professional and do everything that they can to help me..they are very nice and always do the best for my health..Im very glad to be they patient...

Rude staff, refused to help or see me. They said that they would call me in the morning and never did. The girls that answer the phones for them do not have an ounce of perfesinallism. This place is as fake as the smiles on their picture.
