I am 22 and Dr. Ingraham has been my primary care physician since I switched from my pediatrician. I called to make an appointment today and was told I would have to come in as a new patient since I have not visited in three years. The lady on the phone confirmed this new patient appointments take longer and cost more because they have to review medical records and any prescription I am on. She also said this is not a state policy, as far as she knows, but a practice policy. I advised that I have no medical records because I have not gone to the doctor since I have seen Dr. Ingraham, but that did not matter. Ingraham will no longer be my PCP as I no longer trust his practices. I am 22 years old and have had no reason to visit in the last three years and will not accept a penalty for being healthy. Perhaps if Dr. Ingraham didnt make me wait an extra 30 min after my appointment time every time I was there prior, I would have been more willing to come in over the past three years. In short, Dr. Ingraham is the perfect doctor if you have all the time in the world to sit in waiting rooms and like to visit the doctor even when there is nothing wrong with you.

I am a native of Rutherford County and one of the first patients in the early days of this practice. Dr. Chris, as I call him, is to be commended for building a top-notch practice here in Murfreesboro. He is a class act. He started at the bottom and worked his way up. He has grown his practice into an impressive enterprise, but the level of care by Chris and his staff has not changed. Remarkably, Chris still spends more than a sufficient amount of time with me every time I have an appointment. His staff is responsive, wait times are short - if at all - and phone calls are returned quickly. When I overheard my aunt speaking highly of her doctor, I chimed in that my doctor was even better. We were talking about the same doctor. She had been seeing Dr. Chris for several years with he same results. These are attributes sorely needed in Rutherford County in this profession. Thanks you guys.

I like Dr. Ingraham because: he actually meets you in person, he asks you lots of question, he listens very intently, and he is very humble and polite. Thats the way it should be.

Dr. Ingrahm listens to me and doesnt try to do crazy testing 24/7 but he will dicuss your ideas about why you feel certain testing would or would not be appropriate. Dr. Ingrahm understands his patients and you are more than just money and a number!! I love love love Dr. Ingrahm and how well he handles my care!
