Look, I hate going to the dentist as most people do. Coming here for an appointment is without a doubt the best thing I could’ve ever done for my hatred of the dentist. Dr. Jackson is beyond awesome at what she does. She’s a very smart, very well trained, and very fast at her work. With the speed also comes great work that’s well done and completely painless. She knows how to kill pain in its tracks. I’ve had multiple crowns done here and I regret nothing. The staff is extremely friendly as well as totally accommodating to all and any needs/worries I had. As a grown man, admitting I have a hatred/fear of the dentist isn’t an easy thing to admit. They completely understood and made every single movement be known and were honest and upfront about all procedures performed. I never thought I’d ever recommend a dentist to anyone, but Dr. Jackson and her team are without a doubt the best dental practice around. Hands down. 10/10 for me

Most peaceful, calming, and welcoming dental office I have ever been too! (And I worked for two different dentists when I was living in Ohio.) The staff all take the time to learn who their patients are and cater to cowards when it comes to dental phobias. Dr. Jackson and her entire staff are magical!

We have 4 kids who all love going to the dentist, because of Dr Jackson and this amazing staff! We travel from Nashville to Murfreesboro to see Dr Jackson and they have always been accommodating for us as we need 6 visits at a time! Great folks and highly recommend!

I loved going into Dr. Jackson office, they were all very kind and welcoming! I came in for a cleaning and Rebecca cleaned my teeth. She educated me on how to properly take care of my teeth, and expressed how proud she was of me for including my teeth in my journey of becoming more healthier.

Great staff! I have severe dental anxiety and this group makes you feel very comfortable. I also am hearing impaired and cannot hear well with people wearing masks. They were wonderful with me and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience because they had to adapt to what I needed to be able to understand them. Overall a great group.

Best dental staff that I have ever dealt with!! I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist...but I have needed some major work for a long time. I looked them up and read the reviews and took the first giant step on November 1st of 2020 and I am so glad I did. Every appointment it got easier and easier to go. The office process from beginning to end was great. The timely notifications and confirmation was excellent.The office staff personally escorting you in for the appointment (paperwork sent via text) right back to your service chair. Transparency in your dental care is a first for me. Goes through everything before she does it. Took my special needs son for his first visit and he LOVES the dentist now. They were so kind with him even during the x-ray process. Taught him how to brush and floss properly. She even has Saturday hours and evening hours so you do not have to take off work. Major win for my family. Would recommend (and have) to everyone I know.

Dr Jackson is kind, gentle and very aware that no one wants to come away from the dentist with a new car payment. After visiting 3 other dentists that all wanted me to sign up for care credit to finance 15K of work and wouldnt do anything otherwise, the MFD team fit me into the schedule, fixed the critical problem and came up with a reasonable treatment plan over the next year. The only thing that could make it better would be free nitrous samples in the waiting room. Thanks Dr Jackson and team! See you soon for the next crown!

This dentistry is absolutely amazing. It has taken me years to find a dentist I enjoy going to, and Ive finally found one. Dr. Jackson and her staff were so incredible and friendly! She was very informative and thorough about what she was going to do and what she suggested for home health care. They made my experience enjoyable from the time I walked in! Just had two wisdom teeth removed. They did a great job fast and painless.

Took my mother in law here to get new dentures. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. Took time to help her through the process making sure to get a good, comfortable fit. They were patient with her too. Other family members are looking into switching to this dental office after our positive experience.

I scheduled an appointment for my son and myself! The staff were very polite and professional! We were in and out in a reasonable time! The treatment plan is very affordable as well, as I had gotten a quote from another dentist with almost 2 times the price I was quoted! I highly recommend!

I went to Dr. Jackson only to get a tooth pulled and she examined my mouth and found more work that needed to be done. She set up a treatment plan and executed fast and efficiently. First of all, my wife needed emergency care and Dr Jackson took care of her on a Saturday morning. Secondly, the caring hygienist made my wife and I feel very comfortable during our xrays and cleaning appointments. Overall, we are thankful for Dr Jackson and staff!!

This is my second year with Dr Jackson and staff and they are always so informative and thorough. She does an oral cancer screening along with the exam and cleaning. I will continue to support this local business!

I am very disappointed with the work she did on my daughters front teeth. She knocked them out having a seizure and the work Dr. Jackson did was awful. One tooth was significantly thinner than the other and ended up breaking off. Dr. Jackson had her come to an appointment and refused to fix her tooth. In the past my daughter had a cleaning done and I asked the lady who cleaned her teeth if it was a regular cleaning or a periodontal cleaning. She said a regular cleaning. The Dr. Jackson said it was a periodontal cleaning and charged over a hundred more dollars. Years ago it seemed like she really cared about her patients but now she just seems greedy. I asked for copies of our records and the receptionist said she would get them ready for me. Then another lady called me back and said it will take a week for us to get those records together and there will be a $45 dollar charge. Why a week? So you can doctor up the records and make everything look perfect on paper? I am disappointed and embarrassed for you Dr. Jackson. I dont know how you sleep at night.

First off, I never take the time to do reviews but I feel like this one is neccessary! My first visit was for a cleaning and I couldnt get seen anywhere, I called in to this dentistry and Rhondalynn (hopefully I spelled that right) was extremely accommodating and super sweet! She got me in literally the same week to be seen. Then, Dr. Jackson was even more amazing and fast! She very honest and made sure that I was completely comfortable. The whole staff is great and makes sure you definitely dont feel any pain at all and that you are okay! They genuinely seem to care about their clients. Ive referred my mom and step dad to been seen by them and they cant wait! Thanks guys for your great customer service and peaceful atmosphere.

I had not stepped into a dental office for 30 years before coming to Dr. Jackson. My daughter convinced me to go after having a great experience here and being tired of hearing me complain about my two front teeth for years. I can honestly say it was a pleasant experience. The office is beautiful, clean, & very up-to-date, you can tell Dr. Jackson has invested a lot to make it top notch. I don’t have dental Insurance so her in-house dental savings plan was truly a blessing. Jackie even cleaned my teeth while I was there and got dirt off that had been there since Bush sr was in office. Jokes aside, a very professional but fun staff that is patient and kind. Will be coming back every 6 months!

I had some apprehension due to some earlier bad experiences with other Dentists. My fears were needless. The folks there are absolutely Top-Notch! All of the employees made me feel very comfortable- as much as I could be since they were gonna be in my mouth with power tools. The good Doctor examined my teeth- made me aware of a couple of issues- let me make the decisions and two days later- Im back for a crown. Absolutely the BEST experience that Ive had with a Dentist. Take it from a coward- these folks are excellent people to take care of your teeth. Thanks yall😄

I feel awful not writing this review sooner. This was my very first visit to Murf Family Dentistry.I was suffering from severe tooth pain. Dr Jacksons office made room for me to come in for a check and diagnosis. Dr Jackson was spot on pin-pointing the offending tooth and diagnosing it correctly from what I thought were just fuzzy lines on the x-rays and my symptoms. She promptly referred me to an Endodontist and actually set up the appointment for me.I think I have my new Dentist. Dont let her petite stature and apparent youth fool you - she is very adept and skilled.

I went for two fillings on the same tooth. I had more pain after the fillings than I had beforehand, so I went back for them to fix their mistake. Now I have more pain since they “fixed” the botched filling. I do not recommend anyone to go here for any work whatsoever.
