Recently returned to Dr. Pitts office after an insurance change. Great first visit back. I was greeted upon entering the office. Their new hygienist, Elizabeth, was ready and I got right on back. She just started working last month. She took the time to explain everything and did a great job with my exam and cleaning. This was a great office when I had to leave them in 2011, and while most of the staff has changed, the standard of quality has not.

I love the clarity I get with Dr. Pitts and her highly trained and knowledgeable staff. I know exactly what my treatment plan entails, I know how much it costs, they handle all insurance evaluations, and at the end of my being a patient for over a year, I have exactly what I wanted: a clean and healthy smile. Going to the dentist is not my idea of fun but taking care of my teeth and oral health overrides everything. Dr. Pitts and her staff did everything they could to make my crown replacement as fast and stress-less as possible. Also, I was happy that their advanced technology allowed them to create my new crown during my visit so I did not have to come back another day for the fitting. Overall, a great experience! Ive been going to Dr. Pitts for years and Ive never had any problems! The front desk ladies are always super nice and accommodating. They never give me attitude when I have to change appointment times. Some offices get snooty about it, but these people get that sometimes life happens.My hygienist is awesome! She is very personable and always does a great job. Somehow she gets my teeth squeaky clean while still being gentle.Dr. Pitts is a good combination of friendly and professional; she takes time to get to know her patients without being overly chatty and making the appointment time long. I really appreciate that she doesnt make me feel like a number. She genuinely cares about her patients. I also appreciate that she seems to runs a tight ship. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kimberly Pitts through regular checkups, crowns, and one or two dental emergencies. She has state-of-the-art equipment and a team of expert hygienists. I have been a patient here since 2012 when I moved to Murfreesboro. I have always been impressed with Dr. Pitts’ warm and professional demeanor. The dental hygienists are friendly and always make me feel comfortable. I also had my teeth straightened with MLM aligners and had a wonderful experience.

If I could turn back time, I would not have gone to Dr. Pitts. I had a crown done which cost me close to $3,000 dollars since I dont have dental insurance. The crown has jagged edges and doesnt match my own teeth at all. I have another crown done by a different dentist years ago and I cannot distinguish it from my natural teeth which is how it should properly be done. I have no idea how Dr. Pitts thought I could possibly be pleased by the mess she left in my mouth. Dr... meh. Steer clear. I dont trust her to fix it. If I could leave no stars I would. Btw I called I office with my concern and they never got back with me.

I came to Dr Pitts five years ago to have a prostheses built by her to move my lower jaw forward. It was a great success and my bite and TMJ were corrected. My teeth had become really embarrassing and painful from not going to a dentist for 10 years and especially following medication and treatment from several breast cancer surgeries. Over these five years, Dr Pitts has given me a beautiful smile that I am proud to show.
