Dr. Poarch’s office was my best experience in a dental office. Katie was my hygienist and she was very thorough and professional. There was no run around in their treatment plan and I could tell they truly valued my business. I would highly recommend Dr. Poarch’s office!

It takes a few experiences with bad dentist to truly appreciate a good one when you find one. Dr. Poach was recommended to us when we moved to town from East TN. I have had several fillings replaced and most recently a crown. I cannot express how thankful I am for Dr. Poarch. He took time explaining the needs and why he was recommending certain procedures. His craftsmanship on the fillings and crown is quite remarkable. My wife and I both appreciate the care we have received from him and his staff. Kimberly helped most recently on my crown and our hygienist is Rachel and we see her every time we visit. I can’t recommend Dr. Poarch highly enough.

My husband needs extensive dental work. Dr. Poarch was very upfront and straightforward about what needed to be done, the consequences of not having it done, and the cost. We appreciate his clarity and also the efficiency, politeness and kindness of his staff. A win-win situation!

Dr. Poarch is direct in his approach - which can take some getting use to;). He’s also one of the best in the area; I speak from experience as I’ve had years of extensive dental work done, and have spent a small fortune on my teeth (leading to some healthy anxiety surrounding dental care). Having moved from out of state about two years ago, he was my first stop, I then tried other dental offices in the area who were overly nice, not as direct, you know - speaking to you in a calm voice, calling you honey or dear, all that razzmatazz that did ease my anxiety…while I was calmer going to the dentist, my dental health declined rapidly. I ended right back at Dr. Poarch’s office. You see, he was right all along. So you can choose - the honey dear or let’s be clear, for me I’ll take the later. Thank you Dr. Poarch!

This was my first dental visit in twenty years. I have never felt comfortable going since I was a little kid. I finally went and it was more than obvious I picked the right place. Dr. Poarch had come highly recommended by a personal friend and I was not let down. His office staff was wonderful and the facility was super nice. The hygienist was superb and was very of aware of my nervousness. However, she did a great job and also put me to ease without me even knowing. Dr. Poarch was a “to the point” Doctor but in the most friendly and professional way. I felt 100% confident in everyone there and actually look forward to my next visit.

I needed several old fillings and crowns replaced. Let me tell you, these folks were awesome. Dr. Poarch and his outstanding helpers made my many visits a real pleasure. It was clear that their attention to detail and my comfort were their top priorities. My new teeth look and feel like a million bucks!!

Dr. Poarch’s office is immaculately clean. All the staff are friendly so welcoming. My hygienist, Amy, is the absolute best. Leaving my visit with her is like leaving a lunch date with my best friend, but my teeth are clean. If you are in the unfortunate position to need major dental attention, Dr. Poarch will not let you down. He truly is the BEST!

Dr. Porch is the best dentist that I have ever been to! He is compassionate, kind, informative and has a great sense of humor! I cant say enough good things about him but he is well worth any wait! The entire office is caring, and upbeat! Best of all, you wont be sold work that you dont need! Dr. Porch is honest and will tell you exactly what you need, what can wait and he will do the job right the first time. I have found out the hard way that paying a cheaper dentist isnt always the best idea for quality work. I have had to pay for rework because I went somewhere else. You mouth is worth quality work! (Quality doesnt always mean more money, unless you habe to pay twice!)

Let me start off by saying Dr. Poarch and his crew are top of the line. Back my freshman year of high school (now 6 and a half years ago) I was hit in the mouth by a baseball and lost 8 teeth total. After the accident, Dr. Poarch was able to give me back a smile that was better than my original! I can’t thank him and his staff enough for the honesty, care, and most amazing experience through a rough time in my life!

Awesome dentist. I drive 45 minutes past probably 50 other dentist offices to get to Dr Poarch. If you do not have dental insurance I highly recommend checking into his plan he offers to patients. GO VOLS

Dr. Poarch is.the.best. I have had problem teeth my entire life, and need a highly skilled, highly competent dentist. Dr. Poarch was recommended to me by an oral surgeon when I needed final restorations after implant surgery. I wish I had found Dr. Poarch sooner. In addition to being an excellent dentist, he is honest. He does not manufacture problems that are not there. From personal experience, I know this combination is rare. He has my trust and confidence.

He made sure they I was comfortable and couldnt feel anything the whole procedure. I had to come in last minute for an emergency and he got me in. I am so thankful for Dr. Poarch and his team. I can’t begin to give enough praise to Dr. Poarch and his staff. They are so friendly and take all of your needs and concerns in to account. He has so much integrity and truly cares about his patients. He and his staff make you feel like family. I have struggled with a bad implant denture made by another dentist for 6 years with it constantly breaking and not being able to eat very well. I had given up hope and then I discovered Dr. Poarch and his team. He made me a new implant retained denture and it looks amazing and the best part is I can eat again with out fear of it breaking. He and his entire staff went so far above and beyond to end my nightmare and make sure everything was perfect. When it was finished they celebrated my joy with me. if you’re looking for a dentist you will never find a better one. I truly can’t give enough compliments to them. He does such quality work and is there for you every step of the way. This review can’t begin to cover the gratitude I feel. I hope that it helps other people find him so they can learn to smile again too.

My experience, even though I would rather not go to a dentist at all, has been a good experience at Dr. Poarch.He explains why and what he will do, he is particular that a procedure is done correctly and does what he says he will do.His staff is also thorough in their work and I like that they send reminders for your next visit.I wish that I had known Dr. Poarch at the beginning of my dental problems. He has given me a chance to smile again.

Best dentist I have ever been to.

Dr. Poarch is fantastic, but his billing lady is extremely rude. I have waited a long time to write this because I do not like to leave negative reviews.After seeing a new dentist, I firmly now know she (cant remember her name) is extremely unprofessional and I will never visit this place again.I have never had anyone yell at me the way she did! Long story short, due to me having a baby my insurance changed to my husbands. I had already scheduled a crown procedure. His insurance was out of network. If someone would have mentioned that to me, I would have gone elsewhere. I did not think to check because I really liked Dr. Poarch. Then I get billed for a huge amount. The lady literally yelled at me when I spoke to her about it. How rude. We were struggling at the time to make ends meet and to have her speak that way to a patient is something I will never forget.

They always remember me by name when I walk in. They all like each other. A happy office and excellent dental care and work
