Im not normally a reviewing person but I hate that their stars are low because they were great! Gloria was beyond helpful figuring out my insurance stuff, painless blood draw, really enjoyed talking to her. Seriously she went above and beyond. Sharon helped out with the insurance stuff too and they could not have been lovelier to work with. I know people said there was a long wait time but that has to have been a long time ago because they could have taken me immediately if my insurance company wasn’t difficult. Feels a little weird reviewing a Labcorp but they were so great that I wanted to try to help their stars.

Fast service. Kind and efficient woman at front desk also did my drug test for a new job. Expect to sign in yourself at the kiosk. Low key.

The short haired black woman at the front desk is extremely rude and totally useless. Every time I asked her for help, she would tell me she didn’t know. So I’ve been sitting here for over an hour in the waiting room completely clueless on what I’m supposed to do because SHE WON’T EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT I NEED TO DO. She said my school should’ve told me.

Sign says open 7:30 am. In 3 places and guess what? It’s way past 7:30 not open and no one even here.

Great fast and easy experience. Although check in at the kiosk killed the germaphobe in me, the entire process was smooth, fast, and easy. Lady atthe front desk got me in as soon as I checked in and my blood work came back within 24 hours. Thank you LabCorp!

I was nervous about going to a new-to-me lab corp, but the staff were professional and friendly. I tend to have rolling veins, but the girl got it on the first stick. Thanks for a good experience.

I don’t know why they bother having you sign up for an appointment. Waited over 45 minutes after my appointment time. They just took everyone in the order they arrived. Only one person working. Go to AEL Labs on Highland for a much better experience.

Went this morning for blood work! Outstanding service was amazed there was only One employee at this location. I am a Cancer Survivor with continued blood work for follow up and am terrified of needles, the remarkable lady that took care of me was great at her job and I will highly recommend this location for repeat procedures.

Bill was just a few days past due and they sent a really threatening letter. The kicker? It was a $6 bill. Dont treat me like a criminal for pocket change. Ive contacted my doctors office and asked that they discontinue services from this corrupt organization.

Desperately need 2-3 technicians at medical center pkwy locations. Too busy and wait too long

Horrible experience. was foced to wear a mask....they were drawing blood mind you....i kinda need oxygen. nearly passed out and was extremely painful compared to other places

Had no issues with the Murfreesboro location. Walked in and out within 10 minutes. Lone staff member was courteous and professional.

I honestly believe online appointment is just for looks. Made an appointment and arrived 30 minutes early only to be called back an hour after my appointment time. I would rank my experience as enjoyable as a visit to the DMV.

Andrea was so pleasant and professional. Im very afraid of needles but she made me feel so comfortable and did a great job even though she was the only one there running things. I would go to this location again.

Went for an employment drug screen. Check-in was easy and encountered no issues or long waits. Staff was friendly.

I just went in on friday and before I have at different location. For the one at the person who said they close @ 11:30,12:30, it clearly says for lunch. You waisted your time an gas but not reading clearly an then not waiting. Better yet not calling for a responsible person who clearly has no gas why attempt that. An get what you needed done. Lol. Every place is down an hour for lunch each day. Lol. Anywho the ladies behind the desk was very nice.A receptionist and one who gives the drug screening. My only problem is they take forever to clear me. Like I need to work. Lol. But who knows... But because of Mondays holiday I guess thats why. Other then that. Give them a thumbs up. Their was no line or anything neither time I went. Sometimes you just cant help who decided to come the same time an date

Lunch says 1130 to 1230. They leave a lot earlier! So get there at 11am. Hopefully they havent locked the doors then. There needs to be someone else working, so other day time workers can get thier blood work done when they have time also. So inconvenient.

Long wait with noone here... why...? Corporate needs to get involved and fix this if management is okay with the business continuously getting bad review after bad review. Rude people and long wait for NOTHING!

Lady working there on 4/17/19 at 9:50am was fast, professional, and courteous.

Watching this lady behind the counter talk to a girl like shes trash. Smh this place is pathetic. Wont come here again.

LabCorp must be conducting some sort of social experiment because they have no one working the front counter. You MUST sign in at their kiosk or you will be skipped and probably not seen. I banged on the glass until someone wandered up and acted perplexed that I would not know their process. Save yourself the headache and go to some other place to have your labs done.

Absolutely useless individual behind the front desk. Unhelpful, unfriendly, acted it was an unbearable burden to have to deal with a customer.

Came in to do a drug test & there was a skinny black woman who walked up & had a very ugly attitude with me . Not to mention I stood up front for 10 mins while they all talked in the back . Very unprofessional & shouldn’t hire ghetto employees.
