Stopped in to get a few beauty products. I was greeted immediately as I entered the store. They have a decent selection of hair products, and I was helped when trying to find mine. The store was exceptionally clean. Good place.

I gotta brag on the staff here… unlike any other staff I have seen in retail. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Even when the store is super busy, they are running around accommodating every person. I especially love Hannah and Caitlyn… they always greet me with a smile under the masks! Love these employees that makes shopping so wonderful :-)

Very helpful staff, I went in because I needed a moisturizer for my scalp. Kinda have a sensitive scalp. The young lady recommended curl smith. Haven’t had a itchy scalp today or burning scalp. Thanks for being awesome employees and knowing the products!

Schiana is amazing. If you want your brows done. Shes the person to go to. Dont forget to tip her. She is totally worth it. Super friendly, sweet and has always made my brows look amazing.

Beauty Associate, Caitlin, exemplifies customer service unlike I have ever seen. It was my first time ever shopping at Ulta, and I’ll be honest, I was overwhelmed by the selection and the different products the store carried. Caitlin greeted me, and then took her time showing me around the store and helped me find what I was looking for. She was patient with me even though the store was super busy, and the products she recommended were amazing. My initial experience was about 2 months ago, but now I come in frequently just to connect with her and have her recommend new skincare products and fragrances. If you come in here and are new to the Ulta shopping experience, find Caitlin! Bravo to any training in customer service that she has had, because the professionalism and care is off the charts!

Absolutely love this place, but I will say its dangerous for me. Because the prices are actually amazing for the quality make up youre getting. I never spend less than $30 going in there.

I was a little nervous at first going to Ulta to get my hair done but my stylist Darcie immediately put my mind at ease with her confidence and communication. I’d had a bad experience with a previous salon and needed it fixed ASAP and Darcie did an amazing job. She was very upfront with what to expect of my hair and explained what she was doing throughout the process which helped me feel even more comfortable. Absolutely love the work she did and will definitely be back.

Had my self esteem torn apart. Just had a baby and thought about putting some quality time into myself but an associate looked at me like I never should have come in. Told me I should work on my hair skin and make up that she had someone who could help me with clothes. Just wanted to get back out there and decided to run back home.

I love Ulta, this particular store however does not carry several things I go in looking for. For instance, no Beauty Bakerie and the Kylie products are all gone. The staff is nice tho.

Whenever I go in here no one ever talks to me or asks if I need help.

The people are kind, items are stocked well, and you can pretty much find anything related to beauty here. I often go the Ulta for my sensitive skincare products. The sales are really good but you have to watch the sales.

Before any karens come on here to complain about the mask situation at the store, remember that it doesn’t matter if the mandate was lifted. If a store requires you to wear a mask, then you have to wear it. End of discussion. if you’re going to be a cry baby about it, order online or do a curbside. you’re not going to win. all you do when you cause a scene at the store is bring embarrassment on yourself. trust me, even the customers are judging you. coming from another customer who’s seen the babies (; . i promise you ulta isn’t sweating over losing you as a customer. for every loss there’s a gain.

I had very complicated returns with a lot of products on multiple receipts, some paid with debit, some cash, and a few with store credit. I called it the return from hell! In fact, their system froze trying to process it all. However, Ashley, one of the managers, was absolutely amazing through it all!!! Not only did she get my returns processed, she also remained completely unflustered, extremely professional and was super hilarious as we formed an immediate bond. I look for her every time I shop at the store just to say hi. Ashley is definitely a jewel that shines very brightly! Ulta is very blessed to have her!

Mask or No Mask...There is absolutely no excuse for the way I was treated in this store. I am still a person that should be treated with kindness. Just sad....

Most difficult curbside pickup ever. My wife asked me to swing by and pick her order up since she got an email saying it was ready. This Ulta being in an outdoor mall area, I was already out of my car at a store next door. My wife called the store and let them know I was outside waiting. There were about 20 people lined up outside waiting to get it. Apparently me standing on the sidewalk in front of the store doesn’t suffice for “curbside.” I was told that I had to be in my car. I walked back to my car and pulled up. Then I was asked to move my car to a different place on the curb. Turns out they didn’t even give me everything from my wife’s order. When I called and asked about this I was told that Ulta just gives you what they happen to have and that you don’t get charged for what they don’t have. I was then told that I should have seen that clause in the email. What an incredibly disappointing experience. I get it folks. These are difficult times we’re all living in but if other companies have figured out how to do this well then Ulta needs to try harder to delight the customer.

I travel outside my city of Smyrna to this location because its immensely more satisfying. They have more stock of items and carry lines the other ulta doesnt. If you want the real ulta experience, shop here.

Employees have been nice to me the times Ive been here. The price of the makeup depends on what you are looking for they have some really affordable ones all the way to some that are little expensive but overall my experience was good.

Amy was so helpful at the Avenue location! She was so knowledgeable on the different products they offer and also gave me some tips and tricks on different ways to put on my makeup.

They are often out of products that I need in store. However, with that said, Autumn at the hair salon did amazing work on my hair! Never have I ever had a stylist take so much time talking to me about color, finding what is safe for my hair, helping me with the style, and showing me great products I could use. My color turned out beautiful and very unique. Shes such a sweet person. So despite the fact they are often out of what I want, her service definitely makes up for it!

Lines were slow to move.Probably a great dynamic for women who love to shop and gab.Not a good mens experience waiting in line 20 minutes to buy a $100 bottle of perfume.

I didnt have to wait to be admitted to the store when I went but there was a line waiting when I left. I found what I was looking for. They didnt have the chapstick I wanted but thats not a big deal for me. Its a plus for me that you can get a gift for your birthday and that was one of the reasons for my visit. They didnt have this months birthday gift so they substituted it with something even better.

I wish I could leave NO stars. I was asked to leave this store because I had no mask on. DAYS after the mayor lifted the mask mandate. So if you aren’t playing the mask game, take your money somewhere else. They don’t want it at the Ulta at the Avenue.

They were out of a product I needed and no longer do store to door delivery. Some if the employees were helpful, but some seemed like they were just trying to pressure you M into spending more money. They have expensive products, but some reasonably priced products if you take the time to look. However, they were out of stock on multiple items I needed and I would appreciate it if they had more sales and promotions.

I absolutely LOVE Ulta! Their service is so much better than Sephora. They’re all really knowledgeable about their products and items they sell. Casey is one of the employees! She is so kind. I look for her when I Goni their store. She’s transfer it to the Ulta store in Hendersonville. So happy for her, but sad for me bc she knew the exact products she thought I’d like. Hendersonville store, you’re gaining one of the best employees you could ask for!

Love Ulta Beauty they sell everything a woman could want from blow dryers, curling irons, make- up all brands perfume and nail polish. They also have on staff salon to do your hair, knowledgeable staff on make- up show you how to apply it. There prices are reasonable love the staff. So if you havent been there go in and see I was amazed and keep going back.

The stylist here named Donna is the Sweetest, but has also done a wonderful job helping me get my hair back in shape. She has been working with me to get the color and the hi-lights and low-lights exactly the way I wanted them so I wasnt so washed out with my white hair. Now I have some contrast to it and I love it!If youre looking for someone to take the time to work with you and get your hair looking its best, book an appointment with her and tell her I sent you! I promise you wont be disappointed!! ❤❤❤

Went for a haircut for the first time in the salon. I had booked with Donna for early in the morning but she was able to accommodate a last minute afternoon reschedule when I called the morning of.She was a wonderful lady, very helpful and friendly. Very good at what she does and listens to her clients (as I witnessed her with a lady before me. ) I would recommend her and cant wait to go back and see her!

I love this store and come in here a lot today I came in with a friend and Lucy the cashier was so rude she was looking at me veryJudgmental then when my friend asked her to throw a cup away she rolled her eyes right in front of us I do not want her attending me when I go in there she needs to fix her attitude her serviceDoes not even deserve 1 star! horrible!

Just moved here, so the store was pretty different from what im used too. Employees were nice and greeted me when i walked in. I needed help finding a good hair product and they took me to a cute and tiny young lady near the salon. I believe her name was Ashley. She was very helpful and answered all the questions i had, plus more! She was super funny too. Great experience! Definitely coming back again!

So i went and placed my order for 2 things to pick up. i got the confirmation that it was placed and waited 30 minutes, i finally drove up to the door and an employee told me that sometimes the system takes an hour or so so i stayed and waited for another hour, just to get my TWO THINGS and then they sent me a text saying my order had been cancelled. I paid $77. i called the store to ask about it and the girl said she would put me on hold to let me speak to the manager and then hung up on me and i have not heard back. I am visiting murfreesboro from huntsville for the day and needed to get home soon, I instead had to waste almost 2 hours of my time and will now be late.

I probably shop here too often. The store is clean, and well laid out. They stay fairly well stocked. I have never tried having them style my hair or make up. They have the newest fragrances and products.

Overall experience was okay. During shopping we were helped by a young man, Tristan, who was amazing! Very helpful and nice. They were out of the foundation I needed but Tristan told me I could have it shipped to my house for free and pay for the product there. So we went to checkout and were greeted by the lead cashier, Faith, who had zero customer service skills. Told her we were purchasing products there and ordering another. She failed to tell me it was going to be two transactions until she rang up the products we picked up there and told me the total, to which I asked about the foundation and she then kinda got an attitude. Then as we were waiting to place the order and she kept walking away and talking to other people. She was having trouble with the device used for ordering and at one point walked away with my card with her to answer the phone. Didnt even talk to us or ask if it was okay. Just very rude all together.

I had my hair done by the wonderfully wicked Miss Donna at the Ulta salon at the avenue recently and she did an absolutely amazing job! With her trusty sidekick rachelle, the delightfully dynamic duo helped me defeat all my dusty hair dumps and turned me into almost as much of a super hero as the two of them are! 10/10 would recommend!

I drive 45 minutes to get my hair cut there because the stylists are amazing. I can book my appointment online, which I love and I can request a particular stylist or just book an appointment and trust fate to bring me the perfect stylist. I did have a tiny bit of trouble booking online through the app at first, but now its a breeze. And its a store full of all things beauty. Whats not to love!?

I had the wonderful Ms. Darcie Lamb cut and style my hair for the second time...she is AMAZING! This young woman is literally a hair artisan! The first time, I was scheduled with another stylist (I had never used Ulta before), but this stylist had a family emergency and Darcie stepped in. She cut & styled my hair from a picture I brought her. This time I wanted to change the color & go a bit shorter with the cut...the result is beyond my imagination. At my age, its not so easy to trust a woman coming at you with a pair of scissors swearing shes going to make you look great. Well, Darcie does that and more. If you havent found your perfect stylist, I highly recommend Darcie Lamb!

I had a resurfacing skin service by Brie and it was awesome. Very relaxing and educational experience for a newby like me. I had a lot of questions about skin care products and makeups specifically foundation. She helped me pick out a face makeup that would protect my skin, had good coverage but wasn’t heavy or cakey. Brie is very knowledgeable about skin care products and how key ingredients affect your skin. I highly recommend her for any skin care needs!

I love this location. Awesome customer service. Amazing sales all the time. Stock was low on colourpop products but still a good experience. I love how they cater to high end and drugstore.

I have been to this location many times. I have only enjoyed my experience there twice. There are two employees (the guy and the girl I do not remember her name but she literally used her whole hand to help me with eyebrows pencils,and she was awesome) who work on the floor that are nice and helpful along with being knowledgeable. The cashiers are nice as well. But I went in there today and the girl who was helping me pick out an IT foundation was rude, she seemed mad that I asked for help and took her away from standing around talking. I will not be back to this location.

Always friendly, always a big help. This time I was going back for seconds ... The masks were buy one, get one 1/2 off. I love the YES line, they REALLY work so I got 8 of them. Made a steal. Ulta to a woman is like Home Depot to a man. Heaven!

This location needs a serious change in management ASAP. I’ve never walked into such a unsanitary disorganized beauty establishment in my life. Half the testers were either empty or looked like they’d been chewed on. I couldn’t find one tissue/wipe in the compartment stations. Theyve definitely stepped up their inventory which is a plus but everything was in complete disarray and clutter. The line was at the back of the store with only one cashier working. I’ve seen this store in such better conditions over the years. If I owned this store I’d be highly upset with my investment.

I cannot say enough good things about this location of Ulta. The staff there are absolutely amazing! I am in the Murphreesboro area on business and visited the store on two different occasions. The first time was to purchase beauty products and the staff members were all extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and very helpful and patient with my many questions. Then I had a horrendous experience at Vogue Nail Bar where they burnt my forehead when they waxed my eyebrows. I then went back to Ulta and the staff there examined me and confirmed that the wax that was used was way too hot and it had blistered my forehead. They then treated me like I was their patient and put serum on it to heal it without any cost to me. They were so sweet and kind and showed me so much compassion. If you are in the Murphreesboro area and need beauty products I highly suggest stopping in at this location of Ulta. They have high-quality products and top-of-the-line customer service . Please reference my Vogue Nail Bar review to see the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. Kudos to the staff working at Ulta today! You all deserve a raise! Thank you so much for saving me today!

Always a great store but inventory on some perfume items was really low today.

I came in and had Darcie do a cut and color for me. My color before was very uneven and so was my haircut. Darcie completely fixed it all! I love the cut and the color is amazing now! I would recommend this salon to everyone!

The staff are always very helpful. They will help you track down the item that you are looking for and if it isnt in the store they will help to have it shipped to your mailbox.The store is always clean and so are the bathrooms.

I went in to get my wife some lipstick with my daughter. It was almost closing time and I dislike going into a store like that because I worked retail for years and I know how it feels when everything is picked up and ready to clise up. So when we walked in I apologize for doing so and asked where to find the lipstick. The young lady immediately took us to it and answered all my questions. She was very helpful and built a great rapport with my daughter because they had the same name and same amount of siblings. So if you ever stop by Ulta make sure to ask for Samantha.

I drove all the way over there to get a gift for mothers day, And they treated me as if I had the plague refusing to open the door to even speak, but instead trying to scream through the door! This must stop now. Im officially refusing to purchase from any business that That chooses to continue to perpetuate this fear based political strategy. There have been less than 600 cases in Murfreesboro since tracking began. If you choose to be a part of the problem and continue bankrupting our society, and and choose to be so rude to your customers and continue to assume they have a virus that is statistically improbable, I choose never to buy from you again.

This store was out of several things and also didnt carry other things i came in store what i came ib store to buy. But i was able to find great deals and good alternatives to most. They honored free gift offers and coupons as well without any problems and with smiles. :-)

I have visited this location several times. Its the closest one to my house. What happened to myself and another customer tonight was absolutely sad. I could literally combine every negative aspect of every single visit to all of the stores besides this location (which includes all 2 of the Knoxville locations, all 3 of the Cincinnati (and several surrounding area locations, about 4 or 5 total0) locations, and the location off Thompson Lane close to downtown Nashville), and they would never add up to even be close to the negatives that I have experienced in ONE single visit to THIS location. I think Ive visited this location about 8 or 9 times. Every time, its something. Tonight when I went to the store, I was just wanting to get ONE product that Ive been wanting forever. I knew where it was in the store, and it probably wouldnt have taken me 2 minutes to get in and out (not including the awful line to pay because they are very slow at the registers). But, I didnt even get a chance to go in the store. When I was parking, I noticed a woman standing right outside the door. When I got out and started walking to the door, a sales associate inside LITERALLY shut the door in my face. They were NOT closed yet!!! I must admit I thought they were open an hour later than they actually were; however, I was AT the door to walk in 2 MINUTES before closing time. I have never seen ANY store, not even Ulta in particular, operate in this manner!!! SAD. Just really sad. Unprofessional and very rude. I dont think Ill ever go to this store again no matter how badly I need something or how quick or easy it should be to buy it and get out of the store.

There is no such thing as mandatory face mask order public in Murfreesboro

Nobody offered to help me, it was crowded, had many items I can find at CVS, did not have the eyebrow make up I was looking for, and a long line. Upside, does carry a large variety of higher end makeup and beauty items all in one store.
